Justiceotuya: Oya to root tecno q1 Download pda.net to install adb drivers for tecno. Please google it. I dont want my post to be hidden out of too much links so i want to minimize my links Afer installing pda.net to ya pc, Download this file http://mediafire.com/?h0y57u41ldm7cn1 Put ya tecno in usb debugging And Set it to camera mode, connect to your system Extract the root package and run the .bat file in it Type 1 and hit enter wait for your device to prompt for restore. Click on restore. Then the setup will try to test the root and reboot ya device. Once ya device is rebooted by the setup, check for superuser and use a root app or root checker to confirm root. Enjoy

after much battle wit d battery, I av finally won.
dis is wot i did:
After removing d under of d battery (WHICH IS KINDA PLASTIC) You wil meet an IRON body which can not be removed, so wot did I do?
i jst took d battery n started scratching d under of d battery on our cement floor n VIOLA!!! d iron was scraping off little by little. I continued until d battery fitted into my Q1, now am typing dis using a NOKIA battery in my Q1.

HERE ARE STEPS ON HOW TO INSERT NOKIA
TORCHLIGHT BATTERY INTO Q1.
STEP 1: Remove the base of the nokia battery by pilling it off.

STEP 2: Open your Q1 back cover and remove its big BL-5D ;p

STEP 3: With your common sense you should be able to guild the nokia battery to fit in perfectly with a little firm pressure if needed.

A new antibiotic-resistant form of
gonorrhoea could be 'worse than Aids',
according to some US doctors.
Gonorrhoea HO41 was first detected in a
female sex worker in Japan two years ago
and "the potential for disaster is great",
warns William Smith from the US National
Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD).
"It's an emergency situation," Smith told
CNBC . "As time moves on, it's getting more
hazardous."
HO41 has not yet killed anyone, or spread
outside of Japan - but action is needed in
advance, said Smith.
"That's what's kind of scary about this. We
are at lows in terms of infections, but this
strain is a very tricky bug and we don't have
anything medically to fight it right now."
The new strain of gonorrhoea resists existing
drugs and the NCSD has asked the US
government for an extra £34m in funding to
prepare, reports Sky News.
It claims it is a case of "if, not when" a
drug-resistant form of the disease arrives in
the US, and that if action is not taken now it
could potentially cost around£501m to treat.
"This might be a lot worse than Aids in the
short run because the bacteria is more
aggressive and will affect more people
quickly," Alan Christianson, a doctor of
naturopathic medicine, told CNBC.
"Getting gonorrhoea from this strain might
put someone into septic shock and death in a
matter of days," he claimed.
Gonorrhoea can cause pelvic inflammatory
disease, ectopic pregnancy and infertility.
The disease used to be referred to as "the
clap" and is normally passed through
unprotected sex, but if treated early is
unlikely to lead to long-term problems.
However, medical experts in the UK share the
concerns of their American counterparts.
Professor Dame Sally Davies, England's
Chief Medical Officer, recently advised the
Government to add the threat of drug-
resistant gonorrhoea to the civil emergencies
risk register.
"We have seen a worrying rise in cases of
drug resistant gonorrhoea over the last
decade," said Professor Davies.
"Antimicrobial resistance to common drugs
will increasingly threaten our ability to tackle
infections and the Health Protection Agency's
work is vital to addressing this threat."
Cases of the sexually transmitted infection in
the UK rose by 25% in 2011, with 21,000 new
diagnoses.

i av been trying to find d solution to dis problem n now i think i av finally figured it out. here is d procedure:
Go to "settings " click on "data usage" then select d sim u want to switch off its background data. then from there switch ON ur mobile data after dis click on "Set Mobile Data Limit" after setting d data limit , now click on d "left most" of d four touch pads on ur screen, from d options dat pop up choose "restrict background data" and u are done.
i hope u guys find dis useful.

To switch off all backgroung connections, go to MENU click on SETTINGS then SIM MANAGEMENT,4rm there scrool down to DATA CONNECTION click on it n then click on OFF to switch off all ur data connections...
or just simply PULL DOWN on d notification area on top of ur home screen n then click on DATA CONNECTION n click on OFF to switch it off.
