Romance / Re: WOULD A NURSE BE A GOOD HOUSEWIFE? by calyx: 8:41am On Jul 15, 2009 |
I would disagree here, sorry oh Poster, Police babes would make a very bad housewife to a non police man, they are at the mercy of thier higher officers, they get bangged at will for promotion etc,I know what Im talking about trust me, I use to go stay with my Uncle during my Uni days whenever we have a break and he lives in apolice barrack,Police women are worse, only God will help them,I think they can only get married to a Police man, I am a witness too |

Politics / Re: Dora Nkem Akunyili (OFR) As The New Information Minister by calyx: 7:10pm On Dec 19, 2008 |
This is really sad for a govt that is constantly preaching a million and one agendas for effective deelopment of the country. However it may, i am not a proponent of Akunyili resigning immediately, nope! Resign, Yes! but not as if its in bad taste, and then let the gladiators plotting your downfall laugh. She should all the same remember to leave before the lies start coming |

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Answers Please by calyx: 3:21pm On Jun 30, 2008 |
Question 1 You most probably have qualifications that are almost equal to other interviewees at this stage with respect to what the interviewers are looking for. Now the interviewers are only interested in those other extra qualities which differentiate you from the next person. It would be expected that everyone of the interviewees at this stage must have this extra but it now depends on who has a stronger extra quality wrt the next person. The best way to approach this is to make reference to a big challenge you have had to surpass sometime in your adult life. It could be in university days or in the course of previous duties, depending on level of job sought (entry or experience). This challenge referenced here must be strong enough to score you good points because it may just be the gap btw you and the job. Question 2 Just tell the interviwers anything you can remember about yourself (interesting ones oooooo). From school days to work days and everyotherthing interesting about you could be mentioned here. Goodluck |

Romance / Re: Funny Marriage Proposal by calyx: 7:12pm On Mar 05, 2008 |
I do not think this guy felt anything less than performing a romantic activity as the time t at which same proposal was made. He may even would have started thinking he had over romantized the proposal when the babe got fussy. Abi is there a way you expect an okada man and an oxford graduate to have the same notions about the best way to propose to a lady. What ever girl is concerned should better be guided ooooooooooo |
