OkoAmarashy:Those ones were not installed by a compromised SC based on clearly fraudulent documents, after they came FOURTH! Neither did their party lose a recently held rerun in the same “stronghold” where they got 99.9% of the votes with 100+% voter turnouts! |
Citytrend:How does reporting this news equate that? Or do you mean news like this should not be reported? |
Ogegeodey:The best thing anyone can really do for Hope is to help impress upon him that if he had any self-respect he should resign. How can a person walk around not only knowing himself that he is a FRAUD, but knowing that everybody knows he is a FRAUD! |
PatrioticNaija:The man dies in you when you sit on your hands and do nothing in the face of clear pervasion of justice. Whether u can upturn the decision or not is irrelevant. The important thing is that u do something, make some noise, contribute in your own small way towards drawing attention to the evil being perpetrated. |
idealogical:You say that because u belong APC. Me, I have nothing to do with PDP and I couldn’t care less about I hedioha. I am a totally independent observer. The best thing you can really do for Hope is to help impress upon him that if he had any self-respect he should resign. How can a person walk around not only knowing himself that he is a FRAUD, but knowing that everybody knows he is a FRAUD! |
GOVERNMENTBOY20:Funny motherfucker u r. Go into comedy writing |
idealogical:Good sir, childishly canceling a post doesn’t erase it, in fact it highlights it and exposes your inability to counter the points raised. Have u considered what u r up all night defending? HAVE U NO SHAME, SIR?! Consider: The Uzodinma documents they relied on to replace an 8-month incumbent governor with a FOURTH place finisher: not only were they full of ridiculous numbers, they were also incomplete, smudgy, full of alterations, signed only by APC, and showed results for only APC and PDP out of 70 parties! YOU DON’T USE SUCH DOCUMENTS TO REPLACE AN INCUMBENT GOV NO MATTER HOW HE WAS ELECTED, NO MATTER WHO FAILS TO SUBMIT WHAT, NO MATTER WHO FAILS TO PROVE WHAT!! Consider: PDP won the rerun recently held in the same Hope’s “stronghold” where he got 99.9% of the votes with 100+% voter turnouts! Consider: Never in Nigerian judicial history (or any authentic democracy for that matter) has the SC ruled against ALL lower courts AND the election authority itself in order to immediately replace a sitting governor with a 4th-place finisher - all based on clearly questionable, uncollaborated, and unauthenticated documents supplied solely by the 4th-place finisher himself!! Consider: The precedent set here. A person that comes 10th can easily be declared winner and immediately replace the incumbent. All they’d have to do is present result sheets which the Supreme Court MUST accept no matter how outrageous and defective they may be, as long as no one can produce the originals! Consider: Using that precedent, a ruling party can easily “win” any election, effectively removing any say u may have in choosing who rules you. That’s what u r up all night supporting! Once again, HAVE YOU NO SHAME SIR??!! ——————————— Vanguard. Tuesday, January 28, 2020 Imo Guber: How Supreme court erred in computation of results *Declared more votes than accredited voters *Failed to interrogate petitioners’ evidence *Avoided mentioning figures in a written judgment |
idealogical:(So why not be honest and appeal on basis of 2/3 and save us this embarrassment of a judgment??!! Also, don’t be fooled, the ruling party ALWAYS controls INEC!) I was just trying to clarify to u what u just said “amen” to - to be sent to hell not just on technicality but on RIDICULOUS technicality as in this case. Like I’ve said, this is not just another case. This is a case that strikes at the very core of what type of country we’d end up becoming. The SC has a duty to make sure that such a momentous, unprecedented decision has solid, unassailable documentary basis?! They start doing that by thoroughly examining the documents in front of them! SC does not exist in a vacuum. This is also their country and they ought care they are setting a precedent that can gradually make the country a one-party state. But this TANKO SC is obviously compromised. Here they are, removing a gov and replacing him with a fourth-place finishing appellant based solely on a set of uncollaborated documents supplied solely by the appellant himself. Regardless of what anyone else submits or fails to submit, they have a DUTY to EXAMINE those documents they are basing everything on to make sure they are up to par and that the figures therein make sense vis-a-vis number of registered and accredited voters! That is how it is done! And that is why you’ve never had a judgment like this before! |
toplinetrtrend:In that case we’d have nothing to discuss on NL because a simple Google search would give answers to just about anything |
idealogical:You wish to be sent to hell on a ridiculous technicality?? Be careful what you wish for |
garfield1:U r a paid party apparatchik (albeit poorly paid) so your partisan input doesn’t count |
Don't worry about my life, worry about yours.(So why not be honest and appeal on basis of 2/3 and save us this embarrassment of a judgment??!! That is how it is done! And that is why you’ve never had a judgment like this before! Study Bush vs. Gore and you’d see the stark contrast. The US SC could have relied on ridiculous technicalities, but they realized how important the case was. They not only thoroughly examined the documents, they ordered a MANUAL recount of the original votes cast! Compare to this case: Tanko’s SC refused to examine Hope’s documents or tabulate his numbers, because they knew fully well if they did they’d have no choice but LAUGH HIM OUT OF COURT! All elections have errors. After all the shenanigans and maneuverings the umpire declared Ihedioha the winner and Hope 4th place. That is the baseline. You don’t lightly change that. That’s why the bar for replacing an incumbent is high. YOU DON’T REPLACE AN INCUMBENT WITH A 4TH PLACER BY ACCEPTING CLEARLY FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS AND REFUSING TO TABULATE CLEARLY RIDICULOUS NUMBERS!! |
Senatorbng:At least Ihedioha’s win had some basis - no one doubts that he can win Mbaise massively any day. Also Imoites were jubilating en masse upon his declaration as winner Compare to Hope: How do u explain that PDP won the rerun recently held in the same Hope’s “stronghold” where he got 99.9% of the votes with 100+% voter turnouts! Not only that, unlikely elections, SC rullings set precedents that lawyers will cite forever. The precedent set here can easily be used by a ruling party to win all elections, effectively becoming the only party in the country! YOU would thereby lose YOUR ability to have a say in who governs you. That’s what it’s about. Forget PDP/Ihedioha, focus on that! |
PatrioticNaija:With due respect sir, you are the one being STUPID. This is not finally about PDP or Ihedioha. This is about YOU having a say in who governs you, and about YOUR country becoming a one-party state. If Hope had any self-respect he should just resign. I don’t know how he can walk around not only knowing himself that he is a FRAUD, but knowing that everybody knows he is a FRAUD! |

All they’d have to do is present result sheets which the Supreme Court MUST accept no matter how outrageous and defective they may be, as long as no one can produce the originals! Atlantis585:Just look at. You acknowledge the SC is COMPROMISED yet your attitude is to just let it be and prepare for 2028! IT IS YOUR ATTITUDE THAT IS DISGRACEFUL SIR! NIGERIANS ARE SO DOCILE!! RISE UP AGAINST THIS JUDGEMENT BY TANKO SC!! IT GOES WAAYYY BEYOND THE PALE!!! Tuesday, January 28, 2020 Imo Guber: How Supreme court erred in computation of results *Declared more votes than accredited voters *Failed to interrogate petitioners’ evidence *Avoided mentioning figures in a written judgment Facts have emerged that the Supreme Court failed to do a thorough mathematical computation of the results of the election but relied only on the wrong computations submitted by Sen. Hope Uzodinma to declare him the duly-elected governor of Imo State... Both the EPT and the Appeal Court dismissed the petition for lacking in merit. By relying on the faulty tabulation made by Sen. Uzodinma, the Supreme Court arrived at a figure of 950,952 total votes cast at the election, which is more than the total votes cast at the election totalling 823,743. This gave rise to 127,209 excess votes at the election as affirmed by the Supreme Court, which all through avoided mentioning figures regarding the votes cast for the disputants or the total registered voters and valid and invalid votes in the judgment. ——————- Here are some magic numbers (remember these numbers exclude votes scored by the other 68 Parties!) “The Guardian obtained a certified-true-copy of the record of the appeal filed at the Supreme Court by Uzodinma and APC... On figure number 69 which shows votes cast at Eziama/Okpala (Umualum Village Square, Eziama) total number of registered voters =492, whereas the APC scored 819 votes and PDP scored 7 votes, meaning 334 more votes than registered voters! On page 22 of the record, at the polling unit 285 (Obudi/Aro, Central Assembly Square, registered voters = 449 APC polled 780 votes PDP polled four votes, leaving a total of 335 votes higher than the actual number of registered voters. Also on page 22 of the petition, polling unit 282 number of registered voters = 591, APC polled 586 votes PDP nine votes, indicating a total of four votes higher than the registered number of voters. Figures from page 79 of the record of appeal show: Registered voters = 526 APC got 526 votes, while PDP was credited with two votes, indicating two votes higher than the total number of registered voters in the area.” |
kamez:Who did u people offend indeed! U r the beneficiary of the WORST judgment by a Supreme Court in any authentic democracy anywhere. I am so vehemently against this judgment, though not necessarily for PDP or Ihedioha! Heineken:Happy and prosperous new year to u too sir |
Patrioticman007:Why r u obsessed with trinity?! I’m talking of Lord Jesus, God the Son of God and u keep talking Horus. Whose son was Horus? What book prophesied Horus coming? How many miracles? What message did he bring |
Snapchat:If u don’t know what is being debated better shut up. Below is what the debate is about: xtivin2: CanadaOrBust: |
Davidflight:The above made me not read the rest. ANY CHILD BORN IN UNITED STATES IS AUTOMATICALLY A US CITIZEN!! |
Arrewa:We are not doing badly here in France:
|
If u r rich enough age doesn’t matter |
Xavi2019:The lawyer will say anything to win the case. Lawyers, of necessity, are liars |
Patrioticman007:Who said anything about trinity? Who is the begotten son of Horus?? |
Patrioticman007:Son of God u mean. ONLY begotten son of God. Begotten not made. God from God |
Raysleek:U r wrong. In most places it was totally banned |
Xavi2019:U r quoting what a lawyer said as fact. Does it seem to u true that “relieve himself in front of the wrong person,” is “something that every single person does, every single day”?! |
xtivin2:Not true. I hear in US peeing on the street attracts a hefty fine, or even drinking in public |
Sad |
Zino990:Well Africa doesn’t have the largest wet market in the world. Wuhan does. When the doctor raised alarm that 7 traders from the market have a weird new virus, he was arrested and made to sign a statement instead of quarantining the market. The Bible is somehow right again - people should not eat certain things! |
