just go to any jewelry store, then propose to her in a very romantic manner. like taking her to a fine cool quiet restaurant with romantic music in d air and then do ur deed.
or if u cant find such restaurant. do it in ur place. makin everything quiet and romantic prepare her favourite meal ,candle light dinner with fragrance candles and r&b songs. beleive me its cool. am talkin from experience - u re probably giving her her dream come true. and make sure u say it right no blabbing and dont be too serious too. try make her smile and cry all together.
