I went to redeem church service on sunday, car filled with bone surgeons. 2 ghanians, 1 kenyan and 3 nigerians.
We could have come back to asokoro with 2 sisters each.
I have 2 invitations to lagos county club though.
Is this goodness achievable in all other big church in abuja? Am confused. Try moslems?

Just to follow the humor, CI and I may the animal, lions maybe, but on this CS matter we will eat up all fraudulent rats and rabbits who should have honorably SHUT UP, but I guess anyone is welcome to interpret and misinterpret our posts, after all you were not scammed and you have made that point abundantly clear, only looking for additional recognition wherever interests you. Especially your interests in knowing more about what the friends did in Nigeria-hoping to gather more information for the fraudster is a childish ploy.

Those who are providing workable solutions seems to be the same persons who have lost money, emotional peace and other valuable resources. The more this people find it hard to complain together to an attorney of any sort -and free service exists with the Lagos State Govt.- the more the exploitation progresses as said by imperiouxx! Why, A public notary can also give a free attestation! But it is very difficult to convince the applicants for a united action without unnecessarily compromising your own safety!

Once again, there is no need for you to use multiple identities (justwise=risktoget=risk2get="several" Immigration officials=etc)
You may not be MR. Fred himself, but how much info have you passed to him?!
How much email- addresses have you gathered?
How nice it would be for the main man to be brought to book where he names those contributors to Nairaland who have been working with him - fellow travel agents!

As it stands, I want to appeal to all applicants in CS to go ahead and collect their passports now, as this is a better option than running after government officials should they decide to make processes more unreasonable!

Best answer for this forum, is that applicants should verify this at the embassy and you can also use the website. A word is enough ---. Also if you know someone who has been to Canada lately on the same scheme, and he is not a scammer, you can ask him. As for Fred he succeeded because he employed "third party tactics and trust relationships". Suspect anyone trying to build such on this forum. I hope you know who am referring to!

I don't know how much you have collected from people either directly or indirectly, but I don't think you should be concerned if your hands are clean! Just focus! Don't loose your focus. The only way to prevent mass scaming is to be in the side of the rule of law and due process. Notice your last comment in which just now I have become an immigration agent from Canada!! You're out of focus on that one! As you will observe your suggestions are becoming hollow because you were only interested in your ego.

Now I am very suspicious of you because these are the exact words of a scam and con artist that was arrested at the Murtala M. Int. Airport in 2004. What the people did not know was that he was busy sending mails to the same persons he was scamming, telling that them, that the employment/admission was a racket. In this way he collects useful info from them, which made him always to be ahead of the pack!! I want to believe this is not happening here.

People who did not attend any visa interview at Canadian embassy, they did not apply for any job in Canada and no medical report and yet they are expecting to be issued a 2yrs work visa by holy ghost. What a dream.

I feel compelled!
If you attended any visa interview at the Canadian embassy, if you did apply for any job in Canada and have a medical report you can still be scammed as long as you are in the habit of using a third party OR unapproved immigration consultants.
The same person who is shouting SCAM SCAM SCAM has several ways of monopolising you to himself to deceive you. Private mails, secret directions, "HOLY travelling books", embassy officials without portfolios and worst of all TRUSTED colleagues, relations etc are those you must be wary of.
Ask for directions from the canadian office in Lagos or Abuja about how to locate an approved consultant that will help you with all the issues in packaging yourself to qualify for VISA and work permit-IF YOU WISH TO USE A THIRD PARTY. They will tell you what to do to qualify as well as how you can succeed in your application.
Believe it or not, you can actually work in Canada after 1year with the right efforts!

We do not have anything against Mr. Friday. Our contact just wanted to be sure that he is not on the side of anyone hoping to take advantage of this 2nd step of retrieving passports. During our initial attempt to intervene he was not in the picture, only for our contact to receive information that he gave away his cell phone number to CS clients who might need to keep tabs with developing stories  on the CS issues.

We just wanted to be sure he clean--if that's verifiable. We have no problem with him for now, just surveillance.

see if you people want to sit here and argue about who is who, then you all have a problem. mariofemi that you are talking about was at NAPTIP to meet with the agency on progress report. He was even seen along with some other petitioners adressing the crowd. While mariofemi and the others were claiming itso a scam,some applicants still argue with them that its not and that they still believed that its real and there is visa on thier pp. no matter how you argue here,applicants out there will take the path they so wish. To all truly concerned,
First, does any one know for sure if a certain applicant going by the name Friday, with cell phone number 080225577xx truly independent?!

Second, with all the passports now with NAPTIP the next big step is for all the respective owners of these passports to collect them without being surcharged by
a) Unscrupulous volunteers or agents serving as representatives of the aggrieved, contributors on nairaland volunteering to help people e.t.c
b)NAPTIP officials, the Police, EFCC or other independent law chambers offering to offer 'free' legal services

The efforts of certain representatives attempting to ''work'' along with NAPTIP in order to retrieve the "hostage" passports is fair and reasonable, but caution is needed every step of the way: Since CS clients are without a legal representation for many issues that might come up, then they may become the sitting-duck of every authority who has possession of the passports. Take caution whenever delays in the release of the passports begin to occur as it might be a ploy to extract money by frustrating the owners of the passports.

We understand that it might take 7days after the 26th before passports will before released!

It might therefore be the right time for all who truly need to get their passports as a first step to know their rights in this situation i.e a situation where an agent has failed to deliver a service and has decided to abscond/desert. The owners of these passports have not committed any crime on account of giving their passports to CS Management.

If you still have not engaged an attorney (sincerely no short cuts to some of these things), it might be good to make sure that you can trace your agent to his/her home just in case---

Finally. for all those who have their passports with CS management - you can do a letter to NAPTIP signed by up to 2000 persons with the aim of submitting it to the authorities as soon as you find that unnecessarily delays to release the passports are rearing its ugly head.

It is getting to the point where we can have nairaland as one of the most credible ways of confirming travel agent scams.

ObJ cannot visit BOKO HARAM  without explicit clearance and permission from the presidency. 
OBJ is not just an ordinary citizen. Aside being at the healm of affairs in Nigeria twice, he's   
also a member of  State Council. So whatever he does has implication on the Nigerian system.

Do not be fooled to believing that OBJ went to beg anybody. (You and I know that OBJ is not known for
that).  He went there to spell some terms to them diplomatically though. Believe it or not, some top  BOKO HARAM guys were at the meeting and believe it or not you do not know what images of faces OBJ
was able to catch.

The next line of action from the presidency will take everyone by surprise but surely. The fact that OBJ
is now involved in this should send some warning tones to the leadership and sponsors of boko haram. Whatever OBJ gets involved in has vendetta written over it. Lets hope that the likes of IBB and Atiku are
not involved with the boko harams.

All the visit by OBJ is to establish a fact in the nigerian mind that ''Nigeria has used all forms of

I was told by my agent that we should be expecting text message again, Why cant Mr Fred come out and address the Applicants boldly since he has invested much on them .

Moriafemi, I know you are always on here to read everyday , and you also advice applicants to come on this thread as said by one of the applicant above. Please you need to advice Mr Fred , if he cant not meet up the airlifting before this weekend , Let you people schedule a meeting with all aplicants , give each applicant a photocopy of the visa on there PP, so the ones travelling will be sure and those not will be sure. If by this weekend nothing is done then you people have really dissapointed us.

To All Agents , wit my opinion , You all are the DEVIL behind the downfall of the program(IF MR FRED IS REAL). some of you dont even have Freds Contact , you cliam such huge amount of money from Innocent Nigerians all because you have the information earlier .What did you do with the money? now you are asking people to keep praying and to be calm so that Fred wont disappear . I guess what is said above is a highlight that we believe is one of the best ways to go. Also, no matter how many times people change their IDs on this forum, what they say will matter less and less if those aggrieved have their passports back with them. Disappointments will fizzle down. Then they can proceed on the next step.

To be sure there are many issues that made us come on this forum:
1. The attitude of authorities when you try to seek their assistance in investigation {From embassy staff to policemen, such that one is compelled to work only with friends in those capacities in quasi-formal ways}
2. The lack of public records on CS such as a working website, a press statement, a reaffirmation of company integrity by management etc.
3. Caveats in client agent relationships

Many of us are not registered charities in Nigeria, and how one intervenes in a matter that you are not a primary party to is quite limited - and money matter can be dangerous, fatally dangerous, and for those of us here in Naija, who might one day be compelled to show up in person and stand up against a potentially angry agent, we have to make sure that we are well protected.

So, I will encourage all who have the right network here in Nigeria to encourage stakeholders to engage intelligently.
Stop all this talk about
1. "There is a now a Visa on passports that can be collected after payment of 1.4million"
2. "NAPTIP is disturbing CS management" etc

If on the other hand a group feels it can hold on for a while for the CS management to sort itself out, that will still be sensible. That is why the use of a legal rep. is advisable and in order, and I will believe that it is useless for genuine CS agents to respond to the scam claims of contributors, EXCEPT if it is now ready to start:
1. Returning Passports
2. Returning Fees
3. Implementing travel arrangements,

Who knows if justwise=moderator=marofemi=capriani=seun=doubling=etc. We are talking about a contributor with about 12,000 posts and has achieved only a passion for self recognition attempting to discredit even those who choose to discredit the program! I hope you will agree with us that it is better to be evaluated by someone else (not a sycophant), because then you get to see or understand
1. how other workers in the field get results and
2. how you are perceived by a section of your community.

If you are also a travel agent or has been scammed and you need redress, what we have highlighted in this forum is a sure way of putting Crystal Services management in a position of accountability. What I see you doing in MANY instances is to be seriously guiding your popularity with  about 12,000 posts. One or two persons have even gone ahead to brand CaImServe as investigators and maybe more will follow. Maybe more abuses will follow our comments. What we see clearly, is that with people still going ahead to start daily prayers and to request for more registration forms, means your methods are NOT WORKING and people are simply amused by the abuses, but not paying attention to you!

We should be more concerned about how people can form groups like interest-groups devoted to getting their passports or money back or both. People can pray if they wish. It is their right, but some posts like that from chivic123 and vesto09 (m) with only 10 posts tend to illuminate even though we do not accept all the submissions therein.

If however your preoccupation continues to be passion to be seen as correct in your posts, a continued feeling of self importance, with about 12,000 posts then go ahead with your own agenda. By the way, how come no one has categorically confirmed that CS does not have an approved oversea partner in Canada?! - or maybe no one has asked Fred or justwise or Femi or Jumoke or Alhaja or Folake or Capriani, etc about this?

We have seen results of some sort and we believe 1/3 of our objectives has been achieved and any in intelligent stakeholder who has had to loose something more than even money, will agree that there is an opportunity now than ever before, for applicants who wish to approach an attorney at law, make a complaint and have proper representation. Delay of course is dangerous.

If any one does not agree with this please let us us have your own plans of action.

I was at crystal today to observe situation and investigate today and I was able to see some prayers session going on from the crowd there.Some men of God prayed and the crowd joined in praying for the success of the programme and to see the end of this saga. Information gathered also was that Mr fred is in the country and has gone to see NAPTIP because of the ultimatum given to him to appear on the 13th sept 2011. Why am saying this is to let you know that its better we investigate in our own little ways than insulting people here.

Some are so obsessed that they claimed am mariofemi. must you attack anybody that say something positive or even neutral about crystal services or assume such person has a double identity, its only those that support your view alone you wont insult. Please lets make meaningful contribution here,and lets be reasonable in our approach. What you have achieved so far is self importance and you are playing to the gallery. The usual effect is that some will start praising you for suggesting from day one that the scheme is fraudulent, without a solution that has worked!
If you have been warning the public about something and your warnings fail due to its ineffectiveness, what will you say about your methods? Won't you say it is becoming monotonous and useless? Some who used your methods agree that even friends ignore them. There must be a fundamental flaw in your approach if that is the case.
Also, the kind of languages used by some of you on this forum - and read by some in authority - how can a decent man/woman want to meet with you. justwise may have played a part and capriani done some, but who can claim to be on a high horse? Please get humble and provide logical solution that will work.

Honestly i just need to make my analysis and contribution on some issues. I have being following this thread right from the onset when insults and abuses started and i was fascinated,both from justwise,jennykardry,mariofemi, cipriani and oiestin,jaypree4real and the rest. At a stage mariofemi and justwise were the only set of people making us see reasons on both side and i wonder why mariofemi backed out(still coming to that) and left justwise alone to be. On the others or some in this forum,i wonder what you are now trying to do.when the battle was hot between them,most of us turned on lookers and when it seems the issue has tilted to one side,we decided to now join and save our faces.

I am an applicant also but i backed out when my spirit felt i shouldnt do it anymore and i quickly withdrew my passport from them directly because i followed what mariofemi said about crystal not having agents and i approached ADERONKE OSUN, who is the PA to Mr Fred(principal officer). I dont want to believe those that claimed they made investigation did,they just wanted to feel important on this forum. I made investigation on the programme and these are my findings to help this house. Some information are misinterpreted,some were made just to make the forum sweet and some are totally wrong.

THIS ARE MY FINDINGS
1.Crystal services doesnt have agents.the likes of matto,alhaji,Big daddy (an elderly man that lives beside crystal services office), Dr clark, AY (a fake PA to mr fred),and the rest are never agents.They are the ones that bastardised the programme.
2.The programme crystal services is offering is real and genuine,but how he want to go about the visa is what i dont know, beacuse he never revealed this to anyone.
3.The applicants are not up to 8000 as claimed but between 6000 and 7000 (pardon me for not getting the accurate figure) i got this figure based on how they took the group picture(20people per exposure and the photographer took about 52 per day,multiply by 6days 20x52x6=6240).i took my time to monitor the photograher and how he was taking it and how the protocol guys were controlling participants.
4.some visas of applicants were truly brought randomly down to the office for applicants to see.
5.The guinea material was never sold to anybody for 3000 naira,but everybody purchased it outside on their own.
6.The police are aware of the programme and they have done a thorough investigation on it.i was oppurtuned to be at Pedro police station and i saw a copy of a letter from Mr Fred to the CP of lagos state for police assistance and the endorsement of the CP on the letter at the DPO office at Pedro Divisional Headquaters.
6. One Mr kolawole and one Mr Ayo(both agents) lost their lives along with 4 others in a motor accident along the expressway.
7. According to NAPTIP, they themselve claimed the programme is real but mr fred has not finished submitting all the requirements
8. A kind of kickback or gratification which is huge in amount is among what NAPTIP need (nigerian factor)
9. For mr fred to have fulfilled requirement 1,2,3 of what NAPTIP want from him,it showed some genuity of the programme
10. A sensible person living in abroad will never drop his or her social security pin.
11. That the national theater was actually booked but txt wasnt sent on time to inform applicants of the cancellation
12.Mr fred was actually a resident of canada and started this programme in ghana.residents of okuneye street even claimed he used to get visas for australia and canada in years past,but the population of this one is what is strange
13.Its not only in the hydo power alone people will work,but some couple of organisations so far they are in manitoba,a train station was specifically mentioned by him one day when i was around with people in his office and at a joint.
14. There is a joint in ikeja where he always hang out.


On mariofemi,I was oppurtuned to meet him on monday, he is not an agent, but i guess he too just believed in the programme based on what he too know and have seen. It seems he is just a friend of Crystal services and also an applicant. He was the only person that came out boldly to addresse the angry crowd on monday when all the so called agents and staffs of crystal have all hidden their faces.he told us what he know about the whole programme and begged the crowd that for everyone to be calm that if the atmosphere is hostile, the man fred wont show up (i reason with him on that), for those that want their passport back, that he has heard the man tell applicant, they should make available a copy of the data page of the pp and also a withdrawal letter and get 1.5m naira available paraventure a visa is on the person pp,but if no visa is there, then no need to pay any amount. He was even recorded by some applicants with camera and he was asked various questions, he offered his phone number to the crowd to update them if mr fred is around in the country, and he mentioned about this forum and how he was adviced not to reply justwise and the rest anymore and even ask people to come to this forum and partake.

What i really want to bring out is that,we on this forum should learn to investigate rather than just believe what people say or post, or just turn this place to a comedy arena. kudos to justwise. Justwise and some serious nairalander are right in thier own view (not those that jump in when the story got sweeter and when the deed had been done or people like the clown ogundokun, camimserv(a fake investigator that was never at crystal in a jeep but a pathetic applicant that sat on the fence then and took a side now), risk2get (no focus) and the rest). Some of the so called anti crystal all processed the form but are all ashamed to own up to it.its better for everyone to shut up and allow justwise and few others to talk. More will still unfold on this issue because a text was been sent by a malicious sender asking people to pay 2000 naira into an account in phb. Mariofemi came around yesterday with some other applicants that are closer to mr fred, warning people not to pay the money, that the text can not be from crystal services.
I want to believe to some extent there is an evidence of truth in the whole issue,but it seems crysrtal services missed it along the way or some bad element just want to cash in on the situation and destroy it. I will continue to investigate and get more info, but strongly believe Mr Fred will arrive soon from dubai or might have arrived as they claim. I will use this medium to beg mariofemi to come out and say something to us here, "dont be shy and dont mind if you get insulted. you talked bravely to the crowd on monday and yesterday and we will appreciate that too here, even if people disagree with you".

Thanks for all your comments. Am quite happy to be called a fake investigator. I notice too that that many persons are too much concerned about their self importance and how good their posts are thereby playing to the gallery. Many of their claims I have found on the internet and is a digital form of plagiarism. Also there is NO NEED TO LIE just to remain relevant. When arguments fall flat, the next thing that a loser does is to resort to violence in words or in action as you can see by the abuses being used here on this forum.

CS is either a fake venture, a venture gone wrong or a venture that will work in parts or in full. My collegues and I soon found out that some of these forum members are really without any beneficial information; they listen to what the CS agents are saying or what they gathered from the grapevine, make informed guesses and come to publish. That is why you all can not meet in bariga as nairalnders, since it is easy to claim you are in London and USA even Manitoba. After all no one is asking for your pictures to ensure that you are not a trinity or four-nity!

What we intended to do is to ensure that in the case of a scam, stakeholders can get back something without the whole of CS disppearing into the thin air: and we certainly don't know how desperate some of the disgruntled agents are who we might masquerading on nairaland as ordinary contributors and using sweet word to deceive people into revealling their identites and their locations! We have achieved what I would rate as 30% of our objectives and those who are affected have benefitted directly and largely indirectly.

It is entirely almost useless for people like mariofemi to continue to explain anything here, because his information is used for tonguelashing and abuses-how does these help the applicants except get them perplexed, weak and confused. Once again this is the time to get a qualified attorney at law: for protection, for representation and for needed compensation. It may turn out that all you need to do is to spend a little more money on a lawyer in order to
1. get your a decent reprieve in case you agree you have been scammed or
2. get a reassurance that you are not being scammed- if it is not a scam!

If we can not get further cooperation beyond what we have, then we are already satisfied that we have highlighted HOW to go about geting some compensation and we will wait for some time to see if things change significantly before we make any more posts on nairaland. My colleague will continue to use the same forum to make any needed comments:I am off tommorrow to Ethiopia.

Greetings to all nairalanders in this forum.

Honestly i just need to make my analysis and contribution on some issues. I have being following this thread right from the onset when insults and abuses started and i was fascinated,both from justwise,jennykardry,mariofemi, cipriani and oiestin,jaypree4real and the rest. At a stage mariofemi and justwise were the only set of people making us see reasons on both side and i wonder why mariofemi backed out(still coming to that) and left justwise alone to be. On the others or some in this forum,i wonder what you are now trying to do.when the battle was hot between them,most of us turned on lookers and when it seems the issue has tilted to one side,we decided to now join and save our faces.

I am an applicant also but i backed out when my spirit felt i shouldnt do it anymore and i quickly withdrew my passport from them directly because i followed what mariofemi said about crystal not having agents and i approached ADERONKE OSUN, who is the PA to Mr Fred(principal officer). I dont want to believe those that claimed they made investigation did,they just wanted to feel important on this forum. I made investigation on the programme and these are my findings to help this house. Some information are misinterpreted,some were made just to make the forum sweet and some are totally wrong.

THIS ARE MY FINDINGS
1.Crystal services doesnt have agents.the likes of matto,alhaji,Big daddy (an elderly man that lives beside crystal services office), Dr clark, AY (a fake PA to mr fred),and the rest are never agents.They are the ones that bastardised the programme.
2.The programme crystal services is offering is real and genuine,but how he want to go about the visa is what i dont know, beacuse he never revealed this to anyone.
3.The applicants are not up to 8000 as claimed but between 6000 and 7000 (pardon me for not getting the accurate figure) i got this figure based on how they took the group picture(20people per exposure and the photographer took about 52 per day,multiply by 6days 20x52x6=6240).i took my time to monitor the photograher and how he was taking it and how the protocol guys were controlling participants.
4.some visas of applicants were truly brought randomly down to the office for applicants to see.
5.The guinea material was never sold to anybody for 3000 naira,but everybody purchased it outside on their own.
6.The police are aware of the programme and they have done a thorough investigation on it.i was oppurtuned to be at Pedro police station and i saw a copy of a letter from Mr Fred to the CP of lagos state for police assistance and the endorsement of the CP on the letter at the DPO office at Pedro Divisional Headquaters.
6. One Mr kolawole and one Mr Ayo(both agents) lost their lives along with 4 others in a motor accident along the expressway.
7. According to NAPTIP, they themselve claimed the programme is real but mr fred has not finished submitting all the requirements
8. A kind of kickback or gratification which is huge in amount is among what NAPTIP need (nigerian factor)
9. For mr fred to have fulfilled requirement 1,2,3 of what NAPTIP want from him,it showed some genuity of the programme
10. A sensible person living in abroad will never drop his or her social security pin.
11. That the national theater was actually booked but txt wasnt sent on time to inform applicants of the cancellation
12.Mr fred was actually a resident of canada and started this programme in ghana.residents of okuneye street even claimed he used to get visas for australia and canada in years past,but the population of this one is what is strange
13.Its not only in the hydo power alone people will work,but some couple of organisations so far they are in manitoba,a train station was specifically mentioned by him one day when i was around with people in his office and at a joint.
14. There is a joint in ikeja where he always hang out.


On mariofemi,I was oppurtuned to meet him on monday, he is not an agent, but i guess he too just believed in the programme based on what he too know and have seen. It seems he is just a friend of Crystal services and also an applicant. He was the only person that came out boldly to addresse the angry crowd on monday when all the so called agents and staffs of crystal have all hidden their faces.he told us what he know about the whole programme and begged the crowd that for everyone to be calm that if the atmosphere is hostile, the man fred wont show up (i reason with him on that), for those that want their passport back, that he has heard the man tell applicant, they should make available a copy of the data page of the pp and also a withdrawal letter and get 1.5m naira available paraventure a visa is on the person pp,but if no visa is there, then no need to pay any amount. He was even recorded by some applicants with camera and he was asked various questions, he offered his phone number to the crowd to update them if mr fred is around in the country, and he mentioned about this forum and how he was adviced not to reply justwise and the rest anymore and even ask people to come to this forum and partake.

What i really want to bring out is that,we on this forum should learn to investigate rather than just believe what people say or post, or just turn this place to a comedy arena. kudos to justwise. Justwise and some serious nairalander are right in thier own view (not those that jump in when the story got sweeter and when the deed had been done or people like the clown ogundokun, camimserv(a fake investigator that was never at crystal in a jeep but a pathetic applicant that sat on the fence then and took a side now), risk2get (no focus) and the rest). Some of the so called anti crystal all processed the form but are all ashamed to own up to it.its better for everyone to shut up and allow justwise and few others to talk. More will still unfold on this issue because a text was been sent by a malicious sender asking people to pay 2000 naira into an account in phb. Mariofemi came around yesterday with some other applicants that are closer to mr fred, warning people not to pay the money, that the text can not be from crystal services.
I want to believe to some extent there is an evidence of truth in the whole issue,but it seems crysrtal services missed it along the way or some bad element just want to cash in on the situation and destroy it. I will continue to investigate and get more info, but strongly believe Mr Fred will arrive soon from dubai or might have arrived as they claim. I will use this medium to beg mariofemi to come out and say something to us here, "dont be shy and dont mind if you get insulted. you talked bravely to the crowd on monday and yesterday and we will appreciate that too here, even if people disagree with you".

First thing to say is that this is one of the best replies on this forum after the National Theater incidence the other one being from vesto09!
I guess that people like mariofemi will stop commenting because of the unproductive swipes being made by contributors and I can not pick issues with contributors who are only using this forum to gather information!

What I set out to do is working as anyone truly and genuinely concerned will notice!

It is all scam. I live currently in Manitoba, Winnipeg city to be precise. I once went for  research  intern with Manitoba Hydro sometime last two month. To be candid with you, whatever CS  is saying about giving people job in Manitoba Hydro  is a scam. In manitoba hydro, I can authoritatively say that the number of employee, both canadian, and international  immigrants is not even upto   8000. And according to a fellow Nigerian I meet in Manitoba Hydro, we have only 32   Nigerian working in  Manitoba Hydro and they are all Engineers, most of them were born here, study at the University of manitoba, only few came in through PR  to canada and started working in Manitoba Hydro. It is a SCAM!

How come we have not had any contributor telling us of the result when an applicant attempted to retrieve their passports, or does it mean that none of them have asked? The person from our end said they are being asked to wait! What we know is that CS through its agent is asking for more time. Has any arrest being made? - None that is directly related to our own findings. Delay in having the affected people getting an attorney at law to retrieve their passports may be dangerous, if there is a need.
Might it be true that some on this forum members who appear to maintain a sustained view of skepticism are actually part of the problem? Please note and review what each one is [size=8pt][size=8pt][size=8pt]proffering as solution[/size][/size][/size].

Let me inform you of something that some of you may already know: The American embassy was at one time collecting 14,000 Naira for processing non immigrant visa to the US, the result is almost always the same, that is, a pre-printed document denying genuine applicants of a visa, that's all the applicant will ever get. The same American embassy in Lagos will issue visas to drug dealers! The point is anyone in this Nigeria would have known that so and so is a drug dealer prospect.  Anyone who have had to be at the receiving end of the American embassy will understand what I am talking about- denials may include grandfathers whose children are medical doctors and living in the US, academicians traveling to attend a seminar etc! The whole point is that it's all business for the American embassy. If 500 applicants are interviewed per day they make 7,000,000 Naira for the consulate in Lagos alone.
This to me is official scam. If agents who work with them defraud people, that is unofficial scam - bottom line GET AN ATTORNEY at law.
