thatigboman: Oh, so it is true that is Tinubu's son that own lekki toll gates. Lagosians i pity u guys. What?! Only one man? Wife senator, son lekki tollgates, inlaw tax collector, daughter market leader. Lagosians, shame on you
Missssii: I refuse to jump on the bandwagon asking for the head of this woman. The hypocrisy and shallow mindedness really stinks.
There is no way on God’s green earth that man didn’t know those children were not his. The whole of FCMB knew about the affair and knowing the patriarchal society we live in, a couple of people would have briefed him immediately. Those Niger republic looking kids couldn’t have been born to Yoruba parents. And we all know it.
I find it very convenient that a man who had moved on enough to have fixed a wedding date with another woman, has his “family and friends” springing up out of nowhere to claim damages and justice. It screams of greed and blackmail. If this man wanted to fight his battles, he had years to do so when he was alive.
Apart from the disciplinary action required for the MD of FCMB for having an affair with his subordinate, I see no other “crime” committed here. The late husband and his ex wife had both moved on to different lives years ago. If he was that scorned, best believe he’d have blown hot once it happened.
Those that are looking to cash out from his death are going to be shocked because they’ve basically played their hands. They’re going to have an entire bank and it’s disgruntled MD on their neck and they won’t find a kobo out of this. No way can they prove in any court that a lively man already engaged to his new love interest died as a result of emotional distress from his randy ex wife of years ago having kids with her randy boss. The greed in all of this really stinks. The innocent children have their faces being plastered on all social media to push their agenda of extortion. If they wanted justice and not a few shekels, they’d have written to the banks directly and copied all bank regulatory agencies before proceeding straight to cour
Greedy opportunistic people!
What if Mr Thomas was murdered? His death must be thoroughly investigated.
Ulunne777: Yes on a good day after you've been warned several times. This year alone I had bought up to 3 slippers for them and they'd throw it over the next compound while playing.costly kiddies footwearsoo. They usually land in a big gutter there which means no retrieval. I talked, threatened yet when I buy another one the same story.
I have had enough and after flogging them very well presented a new one. The one called bathroom slippers.each #150
OMG,6 months after they are still intact to be washed every Saturday. If you see the carefulness. Lol
Your children would be happy with you in the future.
bizme: I have been involved in quite a number of discussions and debates of this nature where some believe that the only way to bring up children is by beating them. Others believe the opposite is true. I was brought up by parents who considered heavy handedness as a parental virtue and they never spared the rod in dealing with us... I have noticed the same pattern in our educational setting where teachers prefer to communicate their emotion via the cane. I personally think most of such beating comes from parents' and teachers' inability to rein in their temper, rather than the genuine interest in the child's well being.
I have my little children, and it is not difficult to talk things over with them, and even set up disciplinary measures that don't involve beating.
Looking back over your shoulders, would you say the kind of beating-filled/beating-devoid upbringing you received has affected your relationship with your parents? And would you accept teachers to beat your children anyhow?
I believe I am posting this in the right section.
Beating a child is just one of the many disciplinary measures. Choose appropriate measure in the spirit of kindness and mildness.
Dedetwo: The OP probably could have a point. I guess it is the reason Buhari and China avoided eastern corridor. The threat of Biafra or Republic of Igbo land will upend the equation. It only takes one powerful to country to support the seemingly threat and the Chinese hopes shall be dashed.
Eddie4God: Op you have a point. That's what the Chinese did to Sri Lanka. When Sri Lanka was unable to repay a loan used to build the Hambantota Port in Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka had to hand over control of the port & 15,000 acres of land around it for 99 year to China. The transfer gave China control of territory just a few hundred miles off the shores of a rival, India, and a strategic foothold along a critical commercial and military waterway. The most funny thing to me is that it was even a Chinese company – China Harbor Engineering Company – that built the port. So the Chinese loans are used to pay for strategic infrastructures built by Chinese companies. Thus the money largely returns to China through their companies who constructs the projects & the borrower will still have to repay the loan.
That is essence of communism . Government has some stakes directly or indirectly on any companies.
Charmingrascal: Ilorin is now looking like a State capital, not the way it used to be the last time I visited few years ago. Even my friend who is not a Kwaran was impressed.
Present governor is trying but most infrastructures you saw were done by Saraki and his successor. I am familiar with ilorin very well.
Charmingrascal: I just left Ilorin today and I can categorically say that Gov Abdulrazaq is trying even though his party members who brought him to power have already started ganging up against him simply because they want to be controlling the State affairs and he is not giving any room for that.
He appointed ordinary people who can truly serve as Commissioners and the party want him to appoint their own people not minding if they could deliver or not. He sacked teachers who are not qualified and they have been announcing on every Radio stations in the State that there is an ongoing recruitment for teachers who have NCE. Education is the key if you employ good and qualified teachers our State will be better.
The previous administration employed O' Level holders as teachers at the dial minute.
I drove around Ilorin Ilorin metropolis to some parts of Kwara South and I was so impressed with the level of development I saw.
AA is working but his party members want to rubbish him because he is not dancing to their selfish tunes, they now go on radio to degrade him.
APC is truly an evil party but we still have working Governors in the party. If we have had someone like AA in Kwara all those years that Saraki was in charge, Kwara would have been so developed.
The Governor is there to serve the Kwara masses not his party!
Recently, 10 persons were sentenced to two-month imprisonment in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State capital for indiscriminate dumping of refuse. Is this the best way of tackling environmental mess? Should state governments employ this way of dealing with residents who pollute the environment? In finding answers to these, NatureNews went to the streets in Abuja to guage people’s views.
Uchenna Innocent, a businessman in karmu market Abuja: Living in a dirty environment is dangerous to health. There are many ways to caution and discipline people, not jailing them. Jailing them will not solve any problem. The government should make available waste bins on all streets and roads including market places as an easy way to dispose trash.
Lovet Udofia: Jjailing people for dumping refuse won’t solve the problem. State and federal governments should provide general bins with strictly rules.
Ajayi Ayomide a resident at Jabi Abuja: There should be officially designated areas with properly integrated waste management systems, which should be used for dumping refuse, rather than keeping someone away from their family for two months. Such won’t solve any problem.
Jailing people for environmental, traffic and other minor civil offences should be prohibited. Offenders should do community services or pay fines. We are congesting prisons unnecessary.
AltCtrlDel: Help!!! Pls Where Can I Do DNA/Paternity Test & How Much?
I got this from a friend via WhatsApp. But I don't know how to edit the screenshot to cover his name and details.
"Men are dying from emotional battery and verbal abuse. Women get attention when a finger is laid on them or they even cut themselves to get injuries and their feminists coven takes it up from there.

Indabello: I said will be"launched" meaning it is yet to be on Google. They just finished working on the app, it has been transmitted to the Digital Minister for assessment and upward review. I think from Monday, it should be on Google play store.
It is real oh. Media, business, politics and medicine are mixed. Media is exaggerating it. Business men want to make money from it. Politicians want to take advantage of it to be popular. Physcians want to take the glory.
FarahAideed: After looting over 100 million naira from Endsars you want to be free ? God Punish U !!!! You are more corrupt than the leaders you criticise ... You couldn't even wait for Those killed in Endsars riots to be buried and within a week you took your loot and went to Seychelles to chill... You are a thief
That's for girls who love blindly.. This girl in particular knows what she wants, and believe me, even if she doesn't get it, she will be close..
Boys cannot deceive her, Neither will she waste time in an unproductive relationship..
She can also be trapped in unloving relationship. Anybody can be deceived. She can be dumped by the rich man after wasting her precious times in a relationship.
Prostitute formulated a lie for him and he believed it.
Shame on the journalist.
There is nothing beautiful about a prostitute.
Does a prostitute understand morality, I doubt, no wonder, she is trying to guilt trap the journalist by calling everyone an hypocrite for not supporting a dangerous trade.
Prostitution, fraud , fornication, adultery , homosexuality , ying, murder , dishonedty , deceit are under the same bracket of sin. #absolute morality #say no to moral relativism
If they could not pay, they would be jailed, which will cause further congestion of prison . Traffic, environmental and curfew laws violators should do community services. Lasma would not need to employ workers again.
peacekante: This is sad. Despite ENDSARS Protest, police brutality still persist. An OAP in Abia state was also assaulted by these policemen recently too. Something has to be done to end these madness seriously.
100 millions endsars protests cannot stop police brutality.Read history of modern police in the world. Central police system was created to suppress workers class during first industrial revolution. Police in essence is instrument of state oppression worldwide!!
