That's a fair trial. People should learn to keep to terms and conditions. Before we talk about morality, contract is contract, and that's what the suit is about. |
No matter how cheap a commodity is, those that will not buy will not buy, and no matter how expensive a commodity is, those that will buy will buy. |
Dpharisee:Even you yourself try understand what you said up there. "Rail corridor". The minister has said it times without number that they widened the road to allot corridor for rail. Not that present project involves rail or train project. Rail corridor doesn't mean rail project. The idea of securing the allotment is that in future, they would not have to start looking for corridor and start demolishing properties again for rail track, hence they take the corridor (passage) along with this present construction. There's no rail or track or train in the current project. Only it's corridor is added to the coastal road project design. I hope this clarifies. |
It's funny how one government will unveil a project and another government will come tomorrow to say it's not approved or properly sighted. |
Believeintruth:If you say so. I just want to highlight the point that any construction project is not linearly timed whether white elephant or black elephant. If you understand, you understand. Whether they terminate the coastal road at Kutuwenje, or Kuala Lumpur is not my headache. Are we not used to uncompleted projects already in this country? And talking of white elephant projects, the coastal road is not the first and won't be the last. All our four refineries are white elephant projects, All our Electricity generating stations are white elephant projects, all our airports are white elephant projects. That's just our way of life. We're used to it! |
YesDaddyTill203:Train track is not in the scope of the project atm. They only secure allotment for it for the future. |
batrianrat:Construction doesn't follow linear projection like that. You can take 3 years laying foundation while the main structure itself will take just 3months. And don't also forget that momentum will ramp up as well as they progress. |
So he puts Nigeria Leader on that list? |
The protocols positions were wrong. All of them were not suppose to be at the back. Atleast one person should be ahead to guide his steps. Even security wise, atleast one person should be ahead to that exposed and vulnerable height. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xycvDzkEoA&pp=ygUaS2ltIGpvbmcgdW4gZW50ZXJpbmcgdHJhaW4%3D |
I hope he remember to send the prayers to their respective email account before going on recess? |
SenatorCharles1:Court order is different from judgement. |
This is what church has turned into! |
Did you input you peculiar variables in the AI programme? Did you tell the AI where you live so that he can compute your rent properly? Where you work so he can give appropriate cost for transportation? What electricity band you are on? etc |
lexy2014:That's how it should be in an ideal society. But ours is not an ideal society. When the youth attempted to express their voice/power in 2020, bullets were rained on them at Lekki Toll-gate. This your "plausible deniability" is enough evidence that power is very far from the people. |
Okwyjesus:I will screenshot this your ray of light and show you after this administration ends it's tenure. You will decide if it's ray of light or suffering pro-max when that time comes. |
KendoRide:Trust me, the wordings doesn't mean anything to Nigerians. Even if the government wants to adopt Timi Dakolo's "Great Nation" or Funmi Adams' "Nigeria, My Beloved Country" as official anthem, there's absolutely nothing the people can or will do. It's unfortunate that in Nigeria, the power doesn't reside with the people. It's with the government. |
This is why some governors will continue to say they can't pay minimum wage. They've seen that some family can live on 10k per month! |
After digging out information for myself on Google, I found out this Oluchi is confusing the two ambassadors award up. Yours is just normal ambassador Temi Otedola is the first L’Oréal Paris First African Digital Ambassador. I can't find anything that says digital about Oluchi's ambassadorship. I suppose her award is analogue. |
Just use Nixoderm. You should be fine within a week. |
It's the season for Anthems now. We may change flag or even country name on June 12! |
If there's a vision, there's a provision. |
cadmanspize:You forgot to add IPOB in the East! |
PSG board no dey watch Italian league? |
yoruboid:What are you doing to stop this kind of conversation? Though tribes and tongue may differ, in brotherhood we should always stand. |
Dangote, the man with a large heart. How I wish we have up to 1000 of his kind in Nigeria. |
This man still dey misyarn. Is he not part of the shameless government? |
Mariangeles:That's not an excuse. That's the truth. You can't imagine the "value added" that's put into that leaves. The trimming, the thorough washing, the effort at delivering it same day as harvested and the neatly packaged. I will pay for all that any day, any time. |
Love800:No, not necessarily. They will only ask for their own appropriate wage giving the circumstances and conditions they found themselves. If the shop owner or Landlord increase his rent, the net effect will cascade down to the product they sell.... And that's just one example. |
FourQu:You should know Nigerians like to compare poverty. |
It's simple market principle at play. Who will increase the wages of the informal sector? Let's not forget that the people on the informal sectors too also approach the same market, the same hospital, pays the same electricity bills, buy fuel at the same rate and their children attends the same schools. Everything has to shift accordingly. |
nkemjacob2:The question I have for you is: Can you not find a single girl without any issue? I'm sure this is one question your relatives will ask you first! |
South Africa has scored 1. Iwobi just dey play rubbish. Almost everybody want to strike for Nigeria. No cohesion in the Nigerian team. South Africa will probably win this match by 2-0 with the rubbish out boys are playing. They will use game management techniques to hold the first goal and forced error from our players will make them score the second. Nigeria, I hail thee |
