psucc:Every industry in Nigeria has its own parallel market otherwise called black market! |
freddie009:Freddie009...You did not specify in your original message. So coming here to tell me what you meant in your original statement really isn't enough. You know quite well that many won't scroll through the entire thread to finally read this point you wrote here to understand what you meant. So I would suggest you go back to your original message and add a modify at the bottom. You can as well specify and explain yourself better there. When you leave an open ended statement out there, there are people that will take it hook, line and sinker. |
If the sockets or bulbs the landlord provided for you in your apartment while moving in are blown, who should repair it? Or if the sewage that's full of your shits is full and oozing out to your frontage, who should empty it? Some things are just common sense. For me, unless it's structural or aesthetics and maybe fundamental flaws that only the Landlord should correct, no tenants should call me for fixing anything I provided for them when moving in. Well, except if I follow them use or damage the thing in which case we will all contribute to fix it. This is why I don't live in the same house with tenants. |

10mobile:There's nothing wrong with GMO. |
nlfpmod:I don't know how nairametrics get information for Q4 of 2024 when we are still in Q2. Unsubstantiated or fake reporting! |
helinues:Anywhere you want to get it cheaper would definitely leave little or nothing left on the 48K proposed by FG. And imagine a family of 6? That 48K is not a "Living Wage". It is a "Slave Wage" |
Offpoint1:Think about it, mathematical, if you start digging you could possibly come out on the other side of the sphere or maybe fall off into space. The earth has a circumference, doesn't it! Science can be funny sometimes. Imagine the theory that if you could fold a paper 42times, it will reach the moon. Most of these theories are just good with the science people. Let's leave it with them. |
There's more land under the water. The water itself is sitting on top of land, dubbed "Seabed" |
JoeEeL:Exactly. |
YelloweWest:God doesn't have a religion. |
Religion scam can never be eradicated in Africa. |
That feeling on top of the world thing. Yeah yeah yeah! |
OriOko88:Before you put tribal colouration to it, have you asked yourself what or where is the source of the report? I'm yet to see any official source! |
Mariangeles:Ok, CAF has adopted yours too. |
Tap0lane:We have been so polarized by politicians that we engaged in tribal sentiments. Any little truth, we will simply colour it with tribalism. I won't join you in such discussion. And just so you know, I'm yoruba. I base here in Lagos and my name is Olufemi. The FM in my ID should have given you a clue. Change your ways! |
AbuAeesha:I can only communicate to them via the medium I have. And most definitely through the medium the message came to me. Also be reminded that the government is struggling to approve a minimum living wage of #615,000 for me. How do you expect me to do an expansive outreach to them with a slave pay of #30,000? Going to fight a fire without proper training and adequately equipped is like signing automatic death warrant. I can conduct a refresher (both basic and advanced) training for the fire fighting department if the government will seek my services. That they may be lucky today doesn't mean they will be lucky tomorrow. |
They are using the wrong medium and wrong technique in fighting the fire. |
Yungmil:It doesn't go. You just have to prevent it with proper diet and good lifestyle. You may have to meet a dietician to recommend or produce your "meal timetable". You must henceforth be conscious of everything that goes into your mouth now. |
Treshmike:It will come and go if the diet and lifestyle is not suitable. It's very important to take the diet and lifestyle advice very seriously because continual hemorrhoidal episodes can lead to colon cancer. |
Yungmil:Actually, you need to sit on the water itself next time. All you need to do is just warm water and not hot water. It's called "Sitz bath". Get Epsom Salt and pour into the warm water (about 40deg Celsius). Sit on the water for about 15minutes with the pile prolapse touching the water. Do this as many times as you can to ease the discomfort. |
MaestroJosh:You have to look into your diet. You need to avoid any food that leads to constipation especially fatty and high carbohydrates. I would suggest you go vegetarian. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. You need to run away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks. Drink lots of water and exercise regularly. Once you get your diet right coupled with good healthy lifestyle, your intestines will heal itself and you will be fine. The earlier the better because it could lead to colon cancer. It doesn't matter what drugs or herbs you take, as long as your diet is not right and your poo is rock solid that you have to strain before defecating, you will continue to have hemorrhoidal episodes. Drugs and herbs may cure your current episode. Proper dietary that suit your system will prevent it happening again. As they say, prevention is better than cure. |
ubest1:Very good point. |
DaudaTheSexyGuy:Toto sellers for your area go don hammer. |
Peejayz:The country has been loosing foreign investors with companies leaving in droves in the last 5years. The statistics are there. When you've created an enabling environment for investors businesses to thrive, they will naturally come on their own. This carrying bowl in hand to do bambiala only gives wrong signals to investors. The government should first create stable and affordable electricity and increase minimum wage so that an average citizens will have disposable income to spend on whatever investors are bringing. Our government, both states and Federal should create enabling environment first. |
What episode are we now in this series? This actor no dey die movie might force Mr President to declare a State of Emergency in Rivers if this chaos result into uprising. |
Peejayz:You can garner investment locally too. Let's not be narrow minded. If those people he's travelling to meet did not invest in their own country would we be seeking them? |
freddie009:It depends on what they are doing. Unhealthy competition is dangerous. I have "close" mates that are into scam, G-boy, Yahoo boy, rituals, cultism and so many evil stuffs. I thank God I never join them in those practices because almost half of them are either dead before age 35 or currently rotten in various prisons in the country. |
judatech:Very deep oooo! |
Gadafii:His type is not ready. He's just using bf and gf relationship to pekus the girl. |
Guy, until you marry her, she's not exclusively your property. Know this and know peace. |
Pussyisgud:That's perception for you. It may not matter to you, but to him, it matters. |
