KP MileApo is super interesting. I think cos it's a full blown Mafia series and then I love seeing Mile. I love him alot. Then Barcode too. He's so innocent. Mile weirdo family 😂 😂 members.
I'll have to watch manner of death then. Haven't watched it although I've seen it alot.
You can recommend some more. I'm a bit new to the BL world.
LITA is great too. I'm still in love with P'Payu and clueless Rain 😂

If you're cutting in the market, I suggest getting the dry ones still in the bag or wherever as far as no water has touched it.....
reasons;there'll be little or no loss of nutrients when washing.... the water might still be clear,,,no greenish colour.

I used bronze tone few years back it didn't give any problem rather it worked well, maintained my colour and also had a nice smell.
it made my friend to get for herself but hers started bleaching her........I think its from skin type/texture and also if the cream was original....
just stay off creams for now
maybe use Vaseline

saw lone survivor(felt for the true soldiers who went through such) and miracle in cell no 7 mentioned and remembered my eyes were full
p.s the only consolation I had in the turk version of miracle in cell no 7 was cuz it had a happy ending unlike the main one (Korean)

I'm posting this here cos this is one of the most active sections. Please I need your advice

I'm 20 years, normal height, decent looking, but I'm skinny AF.
I have very skinny wrists (and legs).
Heck, slightly below my rib cages i even have holes on both sides.

Even when i'm with friends, I don't pull off my shirt.
I've been having insecurities and self esteem issues because of this.

I love short sleeve shirts but I can't wear them.

I can't even wear a wristwatch.

I'm someone who likes a well built muscular body, but as of now I can't afford to maintain a steady diet (say a particular amount of calories a day).

To the body builders and health experts in the house, here are my questions -

(WITHOUT A STEADY DIET)
1 - With my current body, can I gain more muscle/weight through rigorous exercises (like calisthenics)/ gyyming ?

2- How can I make my thin wrists and legs thicker ?

3- To gain more weight, are there supplements I can take with my normal diet?
