if jonathan really went there at 3am as the post suggests then the man is truly the worst thing that is about to happen to Nigeria. A wise president will steer clear away from the entire charade.
Jonathan truly believes he has this election in his back pocket. Nigerians please let us prove otherwise Pray, who do we vote in then? |

peacettw: This reminds me of a documentary i watched on National Geographic channel done in india. These people were literally worshipping rats which were in their thousands. They ate rat poop and will drink milk dt thousands of rats have eaten from. I really tot that there were no better horror movie made and to think that it was all real just made it more grotesque. Googled for it and got this link news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2004/06/0628_040628_tvrats.html Rats Rule at Indian Temple Sharon Guynup and Nicolas Ruggia National Geographic Channel June 29, 2004 The floors are a living tangle of undulating fur. Small, brown blurs scurry across marble floors. Thousands of rats dine with people and scamper over their feet. It may sound like a nightmare from the New York City subway to some, but in India's small northwestern city of Deshnoke, this is a place of worship: Rajastan's famous Karni Mata Temple, i guess one man's rat is another man's god worship item |

share soap, perfumes/deodorants, bed, towel, cream with my wife. she wears my boxers, t-shirts and even singlets. don't share shaving sticks, toothbrushes but probably won't mind doing so in emergencies (i think ) remember getting a pair of pajamas for christmas of 09 from a friend in the office who travelled to the states. on getting home to show her, she calmly took it to the room and imagine my surprise when she came back out in them. till today i've only worn them once and when i did she accused me of donning 'her pajamas'. i swear women are thieves darlings now i beg people buying me stuff to limit it to unsharables |

[quote author=mr.official link=topic=610070.msg7800531#msg7800531 date=1298650566]LWTMB! I killed so many with rat poison. But it's like they reinforce immediately. Another part is that, they don't dry up after eating the poison. They'll begin smelling, and by that, i'll have to look for the rat and then throw it out. *unnecessary wahala* I don't like rat gum, i believe a big rat like the one in my house will use the rat gum as shoe for protection. ajadudu: Nurse said she could not find my result and said she was going to check with the doctor. At that point I thought it was a code language for, 'you are positive and I need my oga to break the news to you' and was looking at how to dash out of the hospital and jump in front of a truck or something,
She then realized she had filed it with my firstname name rather than lastname, I know what it feels like to win a lottery my people when I read negative. post of the day |

chaircover: Folks we cant go through life being negative about everything. Yes some people have scammed and been scammed in the past, so have a lot of lives been saved from donations like this.
When I saw the post, my first thought was feel for the lady and her family and scamming never even crossed my mind.
The poster has put on more than enough information for anyone to cross check if they want to. I beleive in God and even if I donated and I was scammed, I know that I will be paid back in multiples.
Please let us not discourage people from giving if they want to give. I beleive that we are all adults on this forum and people should be able to make their own minds up.
Illness can happen to anyone at anytime and I pray that it doesnt happen to any of us and I also pray that this lady recovers from the illness.
My only gripe is that the poster; a moderator for that matter who knows the rules should have used his real user name as that would have given you more credibility with the doubters but we all learn everyday.
God bless this family and meet them at their point of need. Amen. CC @bolded, that's what i thought too initially, but like you said, we all learn everyday. the fear of being scammed is the beginning of wisdom (especially if it's happened to u before), but to sit and do nothing has unthinkable consequences. those who want to help should just go ahead and do so. if unsure why, well think of it as your yearly good act God bless. |
