Russia is not concerned about Finland and Sweden like it is with Ukraine. They were never part of Russia or have native Russians being marginalized in those countries.

What sober military men in potential adversary countries across the globe see is that Russia has, with one hand tied behind its back, eviscerated the massive, relatively well-armed and well-trained Ukraine military. The US intimidation factor has been forever compromised. China is about to become the world power or already part of the world power structure, they never were a world super power. Russia was a superpower until the soviet union collapsed.
