31 Dec., 2011was my sister's Traditional Wedding!

While the cooking was going on at the back very early in the morning, with everyone lending their human capacity and resources to prepare food early, my Aunty(My Uncle's wife, whom was most disliked for her negative joke and severe bad character and attitude) was busy shelving everything that remains, rice, egusi, fish, crayfish, meat, pomo, maggi, salt, tomatoes, just mention it.

I took notice and informed my mom who quickly alerted my sister, 5mins later, we started cooking everything even when advised against doing so cos people might not turn up as expected (it being a trad wedding).

At the end, we delayed by 1+. Wedding started and the whole village flocked everywhere and the food was more than enough to go round in sufficient. My aunts face was stiff like fried meat, and it would have been a disaster if no one discovered what was happening.

My mom cried cos of the embarrassing show that was averted, well that my Aunt was later nicked Boko Haram(by me ) and only very few family members actually knows the true identity of the person behind the name.

1. I love nothing more than sleeping butt-ass naked. Anytime I do this I feel completely different, but if I don't do so I'll feel stressed.

2. I've been battling depression since 2012. I've had my highs, but the lows have been the overwhelming.

4. I have a very high brain activity, the only time it stops is when I sleep, which can be as low as- no sleep in 50hrs and as high as 12hrs of sleep in 24hrs.

5. In the past eating out was forbidden for me, but now I eat out, the only thing left of this habit is, eating food prepared by a lady when I'm not present. Walahi! I'll share that food with my friends!

But i thought the cut-off mark was shifted to 45. Why was someone who had 44 included. You guys should just put the cut-off at 40. Less than 100people qualifing out of over 400 candidates is really not a good percentage.

I frankly support this, I scored 44% and lost hope afterwards. Honestly, the mathematical aspects are just put in to fail some people(myself not excluded).

I perfectly understand the reasons for lowering the cut off to 45% but 40% can still avail many people the opportunity to still fight for this.

And even if it get lowered, UI exams might not avail me opportunity to take the test.

1. Don't marry for the sake of pressure/pity; your mother's pressure might be strong but try to keep deflecting it.

To the mom, calm down, in your era, photographs might have been used to marry and later love blossom, but these modern eras has spell more marital crisis and the trend ain't slowing down for no one. Consider and picture your daughter in the best and most happiest union that will leave you proud and happy as a mother.

Parents should just jettison this idea of having age ceilings for their children, it tend to bestow unwanted pressure on them. Marriage self no be by force na.
