Coding is done by writing out the answer in a structured way and using the initials to form a phrase or something that's easy to remember.

It's simpler to recollect and easy to work out cos you just need to remember the outline, and you're good to go.

Anyway, I think understanding what's read trumps cramming. The former sticks longer. But there's also a place for cramming. For instance, someone who's prepping for, say Bible recitation, will likely do well cramming. Don't you think so?


Although cramming can really embarrass you if care is not taken. Lol

I'll do very bad at cramming. I've never liked it and haven't tried it. Last semester, of course you know I was sick but my books never stayed away. That's how bad I can't cram. For those that scale through using cramming, that's a special talent to have honestly, the best I do is to ‘code' my answers.

Baby'm Cramming has never been the way I learnt things.

In secondary school I know must of my works by heart, and volume was never the issue.

Now in the University, for a field like Sociology (being one in University of Ibadan), there are few courses you could cram.

I've always prioritized understanding over cramming, because we're expected to finish the last leaflet of the answer sheets and probably get extra. If you cram, you can only get maybe 6pages but with understanding, you could elaborate more into 11-13pages and score full marks.

I go for understanding cos it gets stuck in my head than cramming. Sometimes I don't define concepts/terms but explaining to the simplest gets me more marks. On the other hand, the lecturer determines that as well, some will tell you ‘give me just as I've given you'.

So, just develop yourself while in school, application of knowledge comes later.

I've lost interests in myself, I'm still here cos of my sister and my niece.

When I see much SM messages, I'll turn off my data, I hate SM now. Facebook and IG are repulsive to me. Only Twitter excite me sometimes.

I used to hold long deep conversation but now, I don't care whatever people out there are going through. Except they're family and close friends.

To the topic:
Same thing happened to me within the last 2weeks, I fell sick very close to exams and I visited the school clinic, after dragging over 2hrs waiting at the lobby, I finally met a doctor who was nice, Dr. Shittu (whom have handled me before), he spoke with sensitive and knowledge to lemme know about my situation.

I did test and returned the next day, I met another Doctor who just asked questions based on crammed symptoms and experience, I got drugs and took them, honestly, they didn't work.

Rather, I felt nausea and extreme loss of energy and strength, I had to discontinue the drugs some days to my exams cos, I better manage myself than swallow drugs that can't cure what kept me sick.

@MissJoy29 and everyone out there, medical practitioners are just largely ignorant most of the times, manner of speaking is not empathetic, consultation, empirical analysis of sickness have been misused by Nigerian health workers.

My advice, when you visit the hospital, watch carefully how they behave to you, to avoid being treated for other health issues as another.

Germany surprised even themselves. They were soooo terrible.

I was gladly expecting the Germans to school the rest of the world on football but they too, were wasteful and shambolic in extraordinary ways. I was beyond disappointed by those performances.

Portugal was no team at all, they only boast of CR7, which is their biggest threat to any opposition. Crashing out to Uruguay is very bad given the organisation and composure of the South Americans.

France for the first time in this edition of the WC proved themselves when they tore Argentina to shredded pieces. They can progress if they have more to show as well against a very resolute Uruguay side.

After watching Japan pushed Belgium with their speed and techniques, and Aunty Courtois not reacting properly to shots, I have resolved not to support them any further.
