A man was electrocuted while attempting to vandalize a transformer in Zaria, Kaduna state. According to reports, the suspected vandal was electrocuted after power supply was restored to the feeder he and his two other accomplices had deliberately tripped to commit their nefarious activity. The accomplices are presently in police custody awaiting to be charged to court. This happened barely a week after a vandal was electrocuted in the same Zaria. A journalist and On-Air Personality at Solid 100.9 FM Enugu, Blossom Martins, has called out two young ladies who have been labelled a scammer after allegedly defrauding her. According to Blossom Martins, the twin sisters identified as Alexander Soina And Alexander Sophia - claimed that their father is blind, their mum is dead and their aunt threw them out of the house, in a bid to get help from people. The girls are said to have used sympathy method to allegedly scam and collect money from various unsuspecting victims. Another reporter who works with City Radio 89.7FM, Gwen Divy Ifeson notified Blossom Martins of the girls' tricks after making a payment to them. A group of Nigerian soldiers were so excited after catching and killing a huge python which reportedly entered their territory. The gallant men killed the big reptile and posed with it as they took series of pictures in an elated mood. One of the soldiers who posted the picture online said 'he and his men have finally found the snake that swallowed the N36 million Jamb money'.. A Muslim doctor who conducted a surgery in her hijab has revealed her joy after the successful operation. According to the lady who reportedly led the surgery on a little boy, she thought Muslim women are illiterate or they are not allow to practice what they want for those who went to school. Aishat Obi, the Igbo woman who converted from Christianity - says she loves her job and her Islamic dressing gives her joy everyday. The 94-year-old ex leader appeared in high spirits as he posed with his lovely wife Grace and other family members. This is coming after Mugabe alleged that his wife is being harassed and cries daily, according to reports... Mugabe told the African Union's Moussa Faki Mahamat during a courtesy call he made to the Mugabes' Harare mansion this week that he doesn't feel safe. "They told you I was safe, but how can I be in this environment?," Mugabe reportedly told Faki, who is chairperson of the AU commission. "My wife is crying daily. They are persecuting her… What am I without my wife and family? We are not safe," the Zimbabwe Independent quoted Mugabe as saying, citing "detailed notes" supplied by officials who attended the meeting. A lady has accused Hon Michael Enyong, the House of Assembly member representing Uyo Federal Constituency, of impregnating a woman and abandoning her along with the new baby. According to Emem Etina who broke the news, the lawmaker gave the lady, Regina Christopher who has already giving birth N300k to abort the pregnancy but she refused. The lawmaker reportedly rejected the baby and allegedly said the lady can't do anything about it. The matter was brought on social media in order to get the lawmaker's attention. Emem Etina who hails from Akwa Ibom State but based in Lagos - was arrested and detained for five days after sharing the news online. She shared an update on the story after her release. An armed robber was gunned down after being nabbed by security operatives in the Delta state. According to reports, six kidnappers were on operation at Mission road in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State before the arrival of security men. Out of the 6 armed robbers, 5 ran away - leaving their gang member to his fate as he was gunned down by security agents. Guns, bullets and various charms were recovered from the robbers who abandoned them in the course of fleeing. A Nigerian Pastor, Anderson Chinenye has been reported to have come back to life at the mortuary after his supposed death in Abia state. According to online reports, the pastor underwent an operation at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Umuahia, Abia state capital following heart issues and was said to have given up the ghost. He was allegedly certified dead by the doctors yesterday morning and was about being deposited at the mortuary before "waking" up this morning according to reports. His church members and friends have taken to Facebook to celebrate his 'return to the land of the living'. A fuel tanker simply identified as Mr George Tayokhe who survived an attack from a group of armed Robbers has recounted his ordeal. The man shared his testimony recently at the Prophetic Word Assembly in Enugu state. Read below; I am member of Prophetic Word Assembly Enugu. I'm a tanker driver.A month ago, I was robbed on my way to deliver fuel to a fuel station, a group of armed robbers attacked me and took thousands of naira from me.They took me to a bush tied my hands and legs and opened my tommy with a sharp object,removed my intestines and cut my two intestines and left me alone in the bush bleeding. I screamed for help but no one could hear me but as God may have it my conductors had ran to some soldiers at a nearby checkpoint on the road. They came in search of me after 4 hours,they found me and took me to a hospital in Agbor Delta State where the doctors rejected me and told them(soldiers and conductors) that I was dead. I was struggling to speak out for him to see that I was alive but I could not. I tried waving my hands but he(the doctor) never looked at me again and left us. The soldiers paid for the ambulance to take me to another hospital in Asaba still in Delta State so they can go back to work. When we got to the hospital in Asaba, the doctors rejected me again and said they can't treat me, the ambulance decided to take me back to Agbor because he was tired and it was already getting late. My brethren,as we were standing on that lonely road that night thinking of what to do,a man appeared from nowhere and came directly to us to know what the problem was, after the conductors had explained to him, he said he will take me somewhere,entered the ambulance and we drove to a teaching hospital Nnewi Anambra State. As soon as we entered the hospital the man handed me over to the doctors and disappeared infront of everybody and till today nothing has been heard about him. The doctors took me to the theater and the surgery was done successfully to the glory of God and today I am alive to testify to the glory of God. I wish to thank God for my pastor,Apostle Godstime Ebirim for remembering me in prayers all these while, may God bless him and continue the good work he started in him... Praise God!! The twins; Hills and Wills Nwokedi are the authors of Dominik's Diaries (Grandma: Desperate Measures), a book stylishly written in order to inspire the children. According to reports, the twins who are now popular because of their book - have met top shots in the UK... Hills and Wills were born in Nigeria and brought to UK at their infant age of 2. They are currently in Primary year 6 and have great passion for writing and reading with a desire to become authors. They also have a book club for Children to join and freely interact with each other and exchange stories. The talented boys are also students of green belt karate, Bushido Shotokan Karate Club Dojo. They also belong to the Anfield community band and Let's Play Group Notre dame College in Liverpool were they play Clarinet. A hospital in Lagos has been accused of negligence after officials allegedly refused to render help to an injured man who was involved in an accident. According to reports, the hospital located in Ajah area of Lagos literally closed their gate as the unconscious brought was brought by people to the hospital. Veteran actor Segun Arinze who berated the hospital for this, shared the below post on Facebook. I just witnessed one of the most unimaginable acts by any hospital. I was in a barbing salon having a shave opposite Doreen Hospital Thomas Estate Ajah and we heard crowd noise downstairs we stood to see what was wrong? A Man had an accident and was brought in unconscious. Doreen Hospital refused to open their door to help rescue the Man in spite of all entreaties. Some of the nurses refused to help they were just watching the Man on the ground. So what happened to coronary law? Treat the Victim or patient first!! And ask questions or ask for payment later? What are hospitals turn to in Nigeria?
