Maybe you've not been to Anambra state and knows little or nothing. OBI started the flyovers are paid in full. Obiano came into the picture while the projects were ongoing. He couldn't access the funds so he was only meant to supervise and make sure it was finished based on the contract agreement. Sorry you were fooled.

Use reinforced retaining walls to fortify that section of the fence at least 1.2m from ground level. It'll cost you but an ultimate solution. Upen up some hollow in the retaining wall for excess water drainage. Use strong meshes to cover the hollows in oder to block off reptiles. Goodluck sir
