Good and the EU is presently deliberating in the future of Biafra. |
xest:I can personally confirm all those words. To be honest, NK said many things that are now coming to pass, including the failure of this govt in lifting the economy. Believe it or not, we are just as one foot away from a civil war just as he predicted that Somalia will be a paradise compared to Nigeria. |
No gunmen did it. This was done by Fulani herdsmen! |
capricon:No you don't need to be... In all honesty, these Enugu people couldn't have done any better, they were taking unawares, imagine invading a community by 3 am, what do you expect them to do by that time? This carnage was done with full impramatur of the president, and as such the community fell for this dastardly act. What we should be considering now is how to stop further acts from occurring. We should try to be vigilant at all times. |
Whatever thing they are planning I tell you IPOB is always one step ahead. Are you aware that tomorrow the EU commission will be discussing Nnamdi Kanus incarceration and Biafran referendum? Are you also aware that IPOB will be holding a peaceful protest at the eu headquarters tomorrow? Are you also aware that this Enugu massacre happened at a time ICC IS in Nigeria? So at least ICC will be seeing first hand the nuisance Nigerian govt has turned itself to. To be honest, IPOB has nothing to fear, Buhari has already been exposed, we are only being patient and strategic, very soon the results will become clearer. I know thousands of igbos who called Kanu names and forsook IPOB and it's ideology, many of them are silently regretting and others have come out to denounce buahri. I tell you Buhari is drawing more resentments to himself and unifying the igbos more than ever before. I love what is happening. |
Bawsse:No no no, you should keep standing with Buhari, it will very soon get to your community, maybe by den you will not only be standing with Buhari, but you will also be sleeping with buhari. |
Very true! In fact Buhari has surpassed the untenable records of Abraham Lincoln. His body language alone has fixed all he problems in Nigeria. Who knows, by the time he finishes his first term Americans will be struggling for refugee status in Nigeria. |
Hagm0nd:To be honest, I know you're a Yoruba, but I think you made a point. We ndigbo, should realize that we really need to stand to the excesses of these herdsmen, otherwise we will not have any place to call home. It is high time we get started and become more proactive and serious. I stand for everything IPOB AND MASSOB stand for, but I'm sick and tired of all these internet rants. We just need to get serious! |
Beremx:Sorry for breaking your instructions. One thing I want you to know is that life is a learning process, it's nEver too late to learn something. Also, I want u to always look at the both sides of a coin before making any decision. Some of us know Buhari too well, and we were warning people against this man, but people like you on the other side of the isle ignored us completely without any consideration and voted for Buhari. Well, we are just seeing the results, and don't even think for a moment that things are somehow going to get better, to be honest it will get worst. Jonathan wasn't perfect, but he sure as hell was better than Buhari, like I said you shouldn't light your hair on fire over your decisions, you should just learn from them and move on. One of my uncles campaigned vigorously for Buhari, including spending his own money, I tell you since January the guy has been in pains. Just see this as a lesson and think thoroughly before making any decision/s. |
PapaBrowne:As an Igbo guy my heart is filled with heaviness over this incident. But, like you rightly said, I believe it is better to die fighting than to die for nothing. I honestly believe our people should bein immediately to form armed brigades and deal ruthlessly with any invader. I can confirm to you that this will not be the last we've heard of this type of incident. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. |
Signed! |
Ekweremadu is a strong politician. It will be fool hardy for tinibu to think he can remove Saraki and install his stooge, in a senate with the likes of David Mark, Goodswill Akpabio, etc. it is most predictable that if Saraki looses the SP position (which by the way is MOST UNLIKELY) then undoubtedly Ekweremadu will emerge the new SP. |
Op, this your story get as it be! Oooh! |
Nonsense! Everybody now wants to associate with IPOB, well I don't blame the old man, he's seeing relevance. |
Nonsense! this is just nuance twisting by FG. What is the difference between securing a loan and securing a fund for infrastructural devt. Won't the funds be paid back, either in cash or kind? Or is the fund a dash/gift, well, they have got gullible fellows who they can deceive at will. |
TB Joshua warned about these things, some of us begged Buhari to have a rethink over his actions, but unfortunately we were talking to a statue. The coming weeks and months will be very interesting. BUT please, what I want to beg intelligent minds ( not zombies) is to always remember to place the blame accurately. Most people do not know that Jonathan saved Nigeria from disintegration by his selfless humility, yet we ridiculed him, now we have Saul in our midst who will out of arrogance and incompetence lead this country to doom. Well, like I will always beg - remember to place the blame rightly, don't blame anybody for your own mistakes. |
Uduak2019:My brother everything happens in the fullness of time. What Nigeria is passing through isn't unexpected to enlightened minds. We warned about it and some people called us pacifists. When Buhari was shooting people with such reckless abandon, those cheering were his fellow nomads who do not understand the consequences of what their oga was doing. The reactions of the EU and USA are not unexpected, and don't ever SAY that it is because of the loan deal with China, after all Obassanjo signed a rail road deal of over $8 billion with the Chinese, though that didn't materialize, Jonathan also did a lot of business with the Chinese. Afterall, It was not EU or USA that asked/commanded buhari to shoot at innocent protesters. My problem with some Zombies is that they blame everybody but Buhari, but thankfully no matter how much we try to deflect blame from buahri a time of reckoning is approaching fast. Don't ever think Nnamdi Kanu is stupid, some of us with some grain of brain, have been asking why is Nnamdi Kanu so bold in his countenance, now you have the answer! |
There is even an Igbo woman acting as a judge in ICC. HER name is Chilue Osuji. We will be contacting her... |
poseidon12:What people don't even know is that Buhari has been under ICC investigation since 2011 for the post election violence. Now he has both the Shias and IPOB case hanging over his head. In fact the eight cases are all for the dullard. |
dabossman:Stop consoling yourself. There is a different between ICC and TI. ICC just as any court prosecutes offense brought before it. They don't rely on Media trial, instead a plaintiff must bring a plea against the defendant before the ICC, and this has never happened since the history of NIGERIA except now during the dullards rule. The other guys you mentioned Ibb, OBJ, can't be prosecuted because their crimes predates the birh of ICC. ICC can only prosecute crimes committed from 2003 onwards. |
cosmo84:Nonsense, you didn't go through my post and as usual you jumped thinking I was exonerating Buhari. Far from it, I'm stating the facts in unequivocal terms that Buhari will be indicted, get used to that. |
mykl01:Are you being sarcastic? |
LemonBoy1:Noooh, it doesn't work like that. He alleged crime was committed during Nigerias membership in the ICC, so even if you resign now the case will still go on. You should ask why didn't Laurent gbabgo or Bemba the president of CAR pull his country out of ICC, when it was clear they were goin to jail. Just Like ICC will not prosecute a case earlier than 2001 before its inception. And that is why scene like Gowon cannot be prosecuted for the civil war or even Obasanjo for the odi massacre. |
Keneking:What happened to their news reportage. Aren't they reporting real events? |
TkesterA:Yeah, you are right. Things might get ugly real quick. To be honest I cant find any honest justification to the crimes committed by this administration against innocent civilians. But what Buhari didn't understand is that we live in an age and time where information flies like nothing. People were taking pictures and videos of all his atrocities while he was busy perpetuating them. Well, only time will tell. |
nnachukz:People don't even understand how the ICC works. It is a court that prosecutes crimes that fall within its jurisdiction, crimes such as: Rape, murder, massacre, destruction of a civilian society by any means, etc. They have professional judges. The prosecutor's team will first investigate the case submitted by the plaintiff to ascertain if the case falls within the court's jurisdiction and also to ascertain if the case should go on owing to the fact that some cases may be minor or trivial, like an unintentional killing of a civilian society. For example, if the police in trying to quell a riot accidentally kills people, though the ICC has the jurisdiction over such matter but they may not go on to prosecute the case, because such is the tragedy of our every day lives and in this case ICC will only issue a directive to the relevant organ or authority responsible to be more reasonable in their actions next time to avoid such human casualties. All these go down during the ICC preliminary investigation, the preliminary investigation is conducted to ascertain if the case can go on to the next level which is now the full investigation of the various evidences rallied by the plaintiff against the defendant, needless to say that at this moment the ICC is almost certain that the case will go on, i.e the prosecutor is almost certain that he is ready to prosecute. Unfortunately, this is where Nigeria is right now. The coming of the ICC prosecutor, the chief prosecutor for that matter is to signal to the Nigerian authority that the result of there preliminary investigation indicts them (Nigeria), and they will go into full investigation and also to intimate the Nigerian government to be ready for the investigation because certain govt officials will need to be examined. Now, IPOB is claiming to be in possession of forensic evidence against the Nigerian army i.e. evidence that shows that the bullets used against arm-less protesters indeed came from the Nigerian military (and this is scary), coupled with video evidence. This is the reason why the army is sweating to brand IPOB a terror group. But the truth is that you don't just label a group terrorists without strong evidence of their ties to destruction and untamed violence and evidence to show that they have carried out such crimes like ISIS is doing now. For Goodness sake the Nigerian govt should know that they are appearing before a panel of judges, learned and experienced judges for that matter that understand the terrain and they want to present these baseless charges before them? Predictably, some of us saw this thing coming, and raised alarm, but Buhair being a dullard thought everything about power is fiat. he ordered his COAS to use hyper force on unarmed protesters, because he is buhari, well I wish him good luck. Now IPOB has said they will resume their protests once they get their TV station running, the implication is that this time they could hold the protests for the time they want without harassment because the world is now paying attention. I believe this shouldn't have gotten to this level had Buhari not been reckless with his decision. Over 8 cases have been established against Nigeria in the ICC, I told a friend of mine that the next battle ground in the world is Nigeria. Its unfortunate that it is only in Africa that you see unarmed protesters been shot with such reckless abandon, and yet Africa will claim to be unfairly treated by the west. |
For those who don't know the prosecutor. Here is a video of her. Buhari has just succeeded in shooting himself on the leg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYsMn6Y5bag |
Story! |
Fleshly:Mehn, that write-up is classical. I have not seen any such personal attack on nairaland, since I started with Nairaland. The guy must be Trump in the making, A good example of a demagogue. But all in all we shouldn't be too personal on opinions on nairaland. |
Appleyard:Appleyard, I'm not really a fan of Russia, but I'm a big fan of the vladimorivich Putin! I've studied Putin for many years, in fact I'm a graduate of putinism studies, in the Putinist department, lol. Jokes aside, I believe that Putin MUST have calculated all possible consequences of his action in Syria and must have developed appropriate responses to them, before venturing into Syria. Look how much he he been able to achieve within a little time despite all the doomsday prediction from the west, including even Trump who predicted that Russia will get bogged down in Syria, now tell me who is wrong? Truth is, that the west and her politicians are still learners in this chess game, they need a 5 year lecture for them to catch up with the Vladimorivich! Sometimes, when I want to have a good laugh I tune into some western channels to hear their suggestions about Putin, and believe me whenever I do that, I always have the best laugh of my life. When I begin to hear things like Putin wants to re-establish the Soviet, I do fall off my chair laughing, because while the west is still hallucinating about a possible restablishment of the soviet by Vladimorivich, he is actually doing that, in fact he is even developing a new world order that suits his fancy... Which honestly I believe that his new world order will be better than the existing world order. |
mayorkyzo:That's a strategy. Don't you know that it will make Isis to kill all the Chechen terrorists in its fold, and that will somehow free Russia of terrorists. |
