Same Morghalu tried to create division amongst the Yorubas using bigotry in his tweet below.

In the tweet below, just replace SouthWest with SouthEast, Egba with Anambra indigenes, replace Yoruba with Igbo, and you would get where he is driving at.

Same way they portray Anambrans as the supreme and most intelligent Igbos over other Igbos from other states in the SE.
They are all bigots, even the educated ones amongst them, they just kept quiet. We grew up thinking otherwise because the ones who grew up with us in the west kept their views to themselves but a few things happened 1) the internet, 2) IPOB 3) the influx of ibos from the SE and the last elections have exposed them for what hey really are.

I did t really read your post beyond a few lines because it’s the usual drivel!

One day you will realize there is only one path to the presidency……votes!

The next question should be where are the votes coming from and who has the votes you need? The second question should be what would it take to get those whose votes you need to vote for an Ibo president? It’s really as simple as that!

Let me answer these questions

You need the votes of the North especially the Muslim north and the SW. there is no ther pathway!

To get their votes you need their trust and their willingness to support. Nobody votes for people they don’t trust.

Very simple!

If you are shouting Biafra today, supporting Kanu tomorrow, trying to pass indigines bill as deputy speaker, abusing northerners and Yorubas, when you are not even in power, how will that translate to trust or willingness to vote for you?

The behavior of Ibos is the reason why Ibo presidency is not on the cards till at least 2055. Everybody else can see this except I is themselves.

They insult everybody and they want to be president?

The one of 1966 the north have forgotten. Instead they started insulting g them in 2015. Now they have added SW. how do you want to be president without the 2 largest voting blocks?

Forget 2039. That has been sealed for the SS. The next slot in 2055 and if Ibos. Are not careful SW with take it again.

Will there be a Nigeria by 2055?

If Nigeria will still exist by then, I pray not to be in the country.

Nigeria is like a downward sloping curve
All the more reason why we shall be playing tribal politics hence forth just like the ibos.

We support those who support us and we vote for the opponent of those who vote against us. When ibos contest, we field a candidate or support their opponent.

2023 was a line in the sand. A psychological turning point/shift in the Pysche of many Yorubas.

That the ibos would give 95% of their vote to their tribesman when there were 3 candidates from 3 regions is one thing.

That they are prepared to saddle the rest of us with an incompetent man just to have an ibo president says a lot.

We don’t need or want SE votes in 2027. Next thing they will tell their descendants it was SE votes that saved Tinubu in 2027…..none of that please! If Tinubu loses nothing spoil, he comes back home and we welcome him. We rest and reload for the next tribal election.

We are no longer going to be the glue of this country while others play ethnic politics. No matter the fate of this country, in the worst of times, we have always fared above others.

Honestly it's quite unfortunately, Imagine Governor's installing Traditional Leaders. The Oyo own is the most disgusting. Oyo Messi PLAYED OUT
Traditional rulers should count themselves lucky they still have a pretend kingdom. They were defeated by the a British. The only reason traditional rulers were retained and still exist is because they British were understaffed in the colonies. So after conquering their kingdoms they retained them, allowed them to keep their titles and employed them to administer their domains. That’s why you will sometimes see salaries of Nigerian kings during the colonial era. The emphasis on salaries not royalties. Employees are salaried, kings collect royalties, so a king collecting a salary is an employee in all but name. For ibo land that had no kings they created Red cap chiefs for the same purpose.

When the colonial government left, the regions retained the traditional rulers as employees, regions morphed into states. That is why traditional rulers are under governors today.

Personally I think some of these traditional rulers make a mockery of the stools they occupy. You are a traditional ruler for a reason to preserve the culture, not to be speaking English and bowing to foreign religions. The only job you have is as a custodian of culture and tradition. Nobody forces you to be king.

FULANI PLOT TO TAKE POWER FROM THE SOUTH LEAKS IN LIVE STREAM — HAUSA WHISTLEBLOWER EXPOSES ALL!

In this video,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uE-XgEdoap8
something very shocking just leaked during a live session with Magnus Oraka — and honestly, it might shake up Nigeria’s political scene if people are really listening.

So here’s what happened...

Magnus was hosting a live session, and during a heated debate, two Fulani men and one bold Hausa man joined the conversation. At first, they were just talking politics as usual — Peter Obi, the so-called coalition, nothing unusual. But then... things took a sharp turn.

The Hausa man dropped a bombshell. He said the so-called coalition forming right now isn’t just politics as usual — it’s a Fulani coalition. Yes — a full-blown Fulani alliance with one mission: take power back from the South and return it to the North.

Magnus himself admitted he was shocked. He quickly started thinking of names involved — Aregbesola, Malami, Atiku, El-Rufai... and even Peter Obi. The more he thought about it, the more it started to make sense.

But here’s the real shocker...

The Hausa man revealed that Tinubu outplayed the Fulani elite. He said the Fulani are angry — very angry — because a Yoruba man used the same political tricks they thought they had mastered for years, and beat them at their own game.

Now, according to this insider, the Fulani power bloc is moving fast — not to fix Nigeria, not to bring change, but to silently snatch control back from the Yoruba South before Tinubu’s influence fully settles.

This isn’t just politics anymore, guys — it’s a quiet power war, and it’s happening right under our noses.

Guys, I’ll let you watch this video for yourself so you can see exactly what I’m talking about. Also don't forget to like, share and subscribe to this channel if you haven't already done so. Take a look guys, and remember to share your thoughts after watching.

Politics › Re: 2027: “Betray Tinubu And You’ll Pay For It” — Onanuga Threatens Aregbesola by casualobserver: 1:41pm On Aug 04, 2025
ogododo:
Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, has issued a stern warning to Rauf Aregbesola, Interim National Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), over his recent political activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a fiery tweet, Onanuga accused the former Interior Minister of betrayal, reminding him that Tinubu was responsible for his rise from a “struggling party man” to commissioner in Lagos and later governor of Osun State.

Onanuga described Aregbesola’s current alliance with opposition forces as “perfidy”, insisting that anyone who turns against the president at this critical time would face consequences.

This is the same Aregbesola that Asiwaju Tinubu met as a struggling party man in 1999 and made a commissioner and later governor of Osun State. Now that Tinubu is president, should a man like Aregbesola be in a gang-up against his benefactor? Aregbesola is a religious man. He Show more

He said no politician could “repay good with evil and get away with it,” warning that Tinubu’s camp would not fold its arms while former loyalists attempted to undermine the political structure that brought them to prominence.

Aregbesola, once a key ally and political protégé of Tinubu, recently collapsed his Omoluabi Progressives bloc into the ADC, where he now serves as Interim National Secretary — a move widely interpreted as positioning himself against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the build-up to 2027.

His defection has unsettled Tinubu loyalists, who view it as an act of disloyalty from a man once considered part of the president’s inner circle.

The clash between the two political heavyweights underscores the growing tension within the APC family, as realignments and defections intensify across Nigeria’s political landscape.

While Aregbesola argues that his decision to join the ADC is in pursuit of a stronger democratic alternative, Tinubu’s allies insist that betrayal will not be tolerated, signalling that the battle for 2027 may be as much about loyalty as it is about party lines.

https://parallelfactsnews.com/onanuga-threatens-adc-secretary-aregbesola/
Why is it that we claim to be educated but cannot understand what we read?

Onanuga made no such threat. He simply posted a statement by someone called Mayor Akinpelu.

How poor is our education system that when we see quotation marks “…..” especially with a name we don’t understand it means the statement enclosed by quotations marks are the words of a third party?

This is the 3rd incident in 2 days n Nairaland!

Jesus Wept. We really have an epidemic of poorly educated people roaming our streets. You shouldn’t pass “o” level English for this blunder!

Let me educate you and those who don’t know. Anything inside a quotation marks “……..” are somebody else’s words. The name of the person may or may not follow but usually the name of the person who made the statement will be mentioned.

Amumaigwe:
Credit the quote to the right author, @sarki. We know his reputation on this platform and on X (formerly twitter).
IBB's book has rested the agelong lies about Igbos killing the North in the 1966 coup. The north now knows that the tribe that was meant to benefit from the 1966 coup was not Igbo.
However, what is paramount to Nigerians, especially the Northerners who have been betrayed and impoverished by Tinubu government, is to install a new government that will alleviate their suffering come 2027 irrespective of religion.
Everyone believes that Tinubu is the worst president of all times and anybody but him is good enough.
1: Sarki is not the author. Did you people really go to school? Did they not teach you what it means when you see a statement in quotes “….”?

2: this is the next sentence that follows the comment by IBB on the war. “I may be wrong here since this view is speculative. I admit here that my views may be the views of a naive officer who viewed things from a distance”-ibb

IBB did not rest anything. You merely deliberately twisted what IBB said. He said that was he doesn’t know because he wasn’t part of the coup plotters and was far removed from the coup plot. He specifically said it was his personal opinion and that he may be wrong. You people chose to ignore that part. If anything IBB confirmed the feelings of the North as a result of the coup.. how the Ibo wives in the barracks were teasing the Northern wives. It’s there in the book.

I said deliberately twisted because in the sentence, IBB goes on to what he wouldn’t know as he was far removed from the coup plotters. The next paragraph then goes to to talk about the reaction of Ibo wives in the barracks. One could understand what I described above occurred in 2 different parts of the book. But this is one continuous paragraph and 2 sentences following each other where one is deliberately ignored.
