The problem with most of you NIgerians who go abroad is that you do t realize most of the white people you interact with are mostly commoners no matter how successful . 99.9% of Nigerians abroad have never mingled with the elite of the society they live in or have access to the real elite. You dont know any politician, any top civil servant any fortune 500 c-suite member, talk less of having their phone numbers or access to them socially. If you did you will realize they are exactly the same as our elite. You dont know what you dont know because you have no access to their elite.

Oga I am a British born citizen, I lived in the Uk for over 2 decades. laws are selectively applied everywhere. They are applied based on the nature of the country.

You can argue all you like but in addition to the indefinite ban by the NCAA, this girl has now been banned for life by the airline operators of Nigeria from both national and international flights. which means she can never travel on a plane ever in her life again.

so like I said keep speaking English there. Kwam will serve his 6 months and enter a plane. She will never see inside a plane for the rest of her life. nobody ever said life is fair, respect your level!

oga you go explain tire. make something of your life because anywhere in the world there is one rule for the elite and another for the masses.

That girl is now in kirikiri, she is banned INDEFINITELY from all airflights both national and international. If she is lucky not to go to prison, she will go back to uyo on nightbus so if you like be speaking english arguing rights.

you are a nobody, your father is a nobody, you dont know people and you are fighting on a plane? you think laws were made for the poor?

like i said be there speaking English!

laws are not applied to the elite and the masses the same way, laws are created to protect the elite from the masses...deal with it.

You people want to win elections through lies. 1: You can’t edit Wikipedia like that 2: I have referenced that page many times in the last 2 years it has never listed the election results by army barracks.

Anyone with a brain would ask why would Wikipedia? What’s the relevance?

You think everyone on Nairaland is a victim of poor education that you can deceive with falsehoods. You and your propagandists have been exposed.

I know because I have referenced the Wikipedia results numerous times on Nairaland and I know it doesn’t list the results by PU talk less army barracks.

Beware they have started the fake propaganda we all heard in the twitter spaces they promised to engage. This is one of them.

They know most Nigerians do not verify.

You deliberately posted the “source”. in such a way as to sound authentic and credible but in a manner that people couldn’t click on the link. It is fake and Obidient propaganda!

giveaway signs:
1: things like "governed by PDC supported by APC"
2: mentioning "kwakwanso" shows whoever produced this fake table has no understanding how results are presented and couldn't hide his political leanings.
3: all the results on wikipedia page are displayed in different colours to distinguish the different parties. APC light blue, PDP dark green, LP red.

when you are driven by emotion without the brain to back it up you leave obvious clues. EVERy party has its own colour as can be seen from my screeshots below

He is the genuine link people can verify themselves.

Below are sample screenshots from the authentic page. All results are displayed according to the color for each party. The screenshot posted by the OP is fake and emanated from his keyboard. Compare what he posted above to the format used on the real page.

When we say get a good education, e get why! So that even if you turn to a life of crime, you will do your criminality like an intelligent person not like an Obidient. An Obidient will commit a crime and smile at the CCTV thinking he is so smart!

Basically you want them to change the rules of the game to make up for your inability to learn how to play politics.

The problem with the Ibos is they always deflect. It’s always someone else that is the problem. They never take responsibility.

Nobody since 1959 has won an election to president or prime minister without the backing of other tribes. Nobody!

The uncomfortable reality the Ibos are deflecting and run away from is: why is it the Ibos cannot find partners outside Ibo land willing to back them and support the Ibo presidency? SS (GEJ) found support, SW (abiola, OBJx2, Tinubu) found support 4 times, why always you?

Do you think all Igbos are like you and hate Yorubas and Tinubu to the extent they cannot be true to the God they serve and even their fellow men to then offer factual testimony of Yoruba's goodness towards Igbos as Rev Onuagha does below?

Umahi, Kalu and many of your reasonable leaders have confirmed the above. Yet you reject it to insist Yorubas and Tinubu are your enemies to the extent you now embrace Atiku, Malami, El Rufai etal as your new Gods.

The hatred of you lot for Yorubas, who have never harmed or threatened your interests, let alone carry out a pogrom against you as the North did, na die.

This is why Yoruba and Igbo relationship is strained today. You never put yourself in the shoes of Yorubas to note how you insist on demonizing a people who ,in reality and factually, are your greatest allies globally yet you proclaim them your "worst enemies" simply because we won't allow you turn our accommodating SW into an annex of your SE that Igbos control politically and administratively.

Good luck to you lot. I will only ask you to observe Yorubas have always been historically okay , because they tend to make dispassionately correct decisions, and have therefore avoided traumatic damages to their psyche as you Igbos forced upon yourself making sentimental decisions that led you into the Igbo Coup, Civil War and IPOB madness that has now left you a confused people suffering from mass PTSD today.

The talk of most of you confirm that, again, you are about to self-destruct.
Oga why are you wasting your time trying to reason with the unreasonable?

We have past that stage now o! Going forward we will respond in kind!

No need to appeal or try to reason or convince anybody.

How please ?

Lamido Sule has said the honest truth, Nigeria will be dragged back with people like Wike in power.

PDP is too weak to expel someone like Wike! It would be the final nail in their coffin if they did!

Wike, Makinde, Bala Mohammed. Who else is in PDP that they can afford to expel their most influential member, troublesome as he is?

Mumu say na photoshop grin, here's the declassified book with various documented picture files that covered and reported all the events in the civil war. The title of the book is boldly written there on Google books.
Fact still stands:

1) if the story is true it means you committed atrocities against northerners during the war. For sparing a yoruba captured to be an issue worth highlighting, it means it was normal practice by Biafran soldiers to brutally MURDER captured Northerners! That is a war crime! That is barbaric, sadistic and against the international laws of war!
2) the alternative is the whole story is a lie and typical revisionist propaganda!

Pick one!

Let me make it clear! You are not doing any captured yoruba soldier any favour a by not killing him. Once an enemy soldier is captured, his welfare and safety becomes your responsibility. If you kill him you have committed a war crime under the Geneva accord!

Politics › Re: Nigerian Civil War Picture Of Nigerian Soldier Captured By Biafrans And Spared.. by casualobserver:
Maladaise:
Because he was identified as a Yoruba soldier fighting on the Nigerian side
Stop the nonsense propaganda. There are international rules even in war! Soldiers are not allowed to kill captured soldiers from the other side. Nothing to do with his tribe! If Ibos had the opportunity they would kill him. War protocol forbids it!

If Biafran soldiers killed other soldiers that weren’t yoruba after they were captured it means the Biafran soldiers were not obeying the rules of law. If anything this statement is true shows Biafrans were killing captured Northern soldiers because they were from the North. Rather than portray Biafran soldiers in good light it displays Babarian acts and war crimes against the North!

Don’t forget once a soldier is captured he is deemed incapable of fighting! Once you capture an enemy soldier, you are responsible for his safety and welfare. So the idea of sparing someone because he is yoruba is all lies! Like I said if it is true it means you were committing war crimes killing captured Northern soldiers.

It is an international war crime to kill a captured soldier! It is even against the law to torture a captured soldier.

This is typical of the lies told!

Politics › Re: Lere Olayinka Reacts After Sule Lamido Said Jonathan Is PDP’s Best Bet For 2027 by casualobserver: 9:44pm On Aug 09, 2025
GEJ can’t work for the same reason Atiku can’t work. They both damage the chances of politicians from their zones of becoming president or VP in 2031.

Northern governors are not backing Atiku because they want to be president in 2031. So also all those from SS defecting to APC is because they are lining themselves for Vo in 2031 and presidency in 2039. GEJ becoming president changes all of that to they won’t support him.

That said the best chance of beating Tinubu is GEJ. Certainly stronger than Atiku or Obi. But that’s assuming he is the only candidate I.e a 2 horse race. There is also a possibility that GEJ is thrown in as a spoiler to get Atiku elected. I guess this requires a bit more analysis.

Na because say your Uni get Profs wey no grad with first class, they are pained grin cheesy

Your problem is that no school suppose give first class to those that deserves it coz your school never get first class law grads that are reputable
No my point is it is difficult to get a first class in a non science subject in a good university. Science and technical subjects are easier because 1+1 is always 2.

Your problem is that you evade the subject and argue off point. Signs of someone who did not go through the rigours of a proper university. A proper university is designed to filter out quackery and train the mind to think critically and logically. People like you can never get a 1st class in a proper university but when people like you go to Baze and get 1st class anyhow, you question the standards of the university.

For the record, I went to university when our universities were at par with any of the universities in the world. You have no idea the caliber of professors we had in our university system in those days. I can tell you for free that less that 5% of the lecturers or professors in Nigerian universities would be employed in my time. Most are lecturers because they could not get a job in the private sector and the best brains stopped applying to universities to teach.

That’s why today we produce lawyers who can’t speak English, who can’t think logically and who do t u derstand the meaning of a state of emergency or the difference between a court order and a recommendation.
