With a stroke,no matter your recovery rate,you would still manifest some level of weakness if not outright paralysis of any of your limbs or a speech defect.This is a man with full use of his limbs and no obvious mouth or face distortion.
Severe,drastic weight loss is also not a classical symptom of stroke.
Though I am not saying it is,but without a fuller,more truthful information,from his appearance and forced bubbly nature,it looks like a man that has been diagnosed with a terminal illness,has accepted the terminal nature of his diagnosis and is doing all his best to live the remaining years of his life with as much fun as he can.
It could also be testicular cancer and the severe weight loss is coming from the disease and the aggressive nature of the treatment he has been receiving.

allow NATO into Ukraine (with less than 2mins of missile response time to Moscow), allow the genocide of ethic Russians in Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Kharkov.

But in any case, even if he had allowed the second option (which would make him wick and certainly will lose support from Russians), he would still lose the EU markets and all the investments because the US is after the dismemberment of Russia.
