A Lagos based Agency is looking for an experienced Client Service Manager/ Senior Copywriter to join our Brand Management teams.
Type of Job: Full Time
Location: Ikeja
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Job Purpose
Connect the company’s creative effort with clients needs.
Responsible for all customer relations management.
Also responsible for proposal preparation and project implementation.
Key Result Areas
Generate proposals and provide follow up action on client feedback in managing their request where appropriate
Implement projects, and also design and develop attractive programs for clients that ensures excellent client service and client satisfaction;
Present and defend the company’s content development work
Work in close and harmonious concert with top management and other arms of the agency, namely but not limited to Client Service, Creative Services, Strategy, Business Development and Finance/Administration
Weekly written report on client satisfaction/feedback
Maintain and develop client-business relationship by developing creative solutions for existing clients as well as pursuing new clientele opportunity;
Effectively Handle customer issues/complaints/enquires and resolve them accourdingly (where possible).
Ensure maximum profit of 70% on all negotiations/service pricing & credibility, while ensuring that the client relationships is not negatively affected.
Conducts research and analysis into future plans and needs of targeted agencies/customers/market opportunities/threats
Be a good ambassador of the company’s name and brand
Ensure timeline deliveries for campaigns
Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations
Participate in and oversee concept development in various communications channels.
Work closely with associates in brand planning/brand strategy to ensure that creative work is on strategy.
Oversee the work of writers, art director, experience designers and other members of the content development function.
Interface with the client as part of the agency team.
Perform any other task as indicated by the Supervisor

Education and Skills Requirements
BSc , HND, English, Mass Communication or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO ,email marketing and web analytics
Excellent writing skills.
Deadline oriented.

The only interview I have seen of Fela sitting in a channels tv studio this year was in January, where he said money will fail in 2019 elections, he wasn't shown any video neither was it spoken about. I have searched through Channels tv logs online and haven't found any interview where the things you have mentioned transpired. I believe if this video exists it would be everywhere online. Kindly post a link if you are certain this actually happened.
