Read my first post to understand my point.

I am not taking anything away from Messi's greatness in the sport.

The first part of my post was how his supporting cast were not really mentioned at all in the success story. When Messi scored those goals, someone had to pass the ball to him right? Those individuals do get rarely mentioned in stories this..

That's where I said, life is not fair.

On the other part of my write up, I think the goal keeper made many critical saves that won them the title.

I support messi
...but I agree with u on this a hundred and ten percent...you made sense... Most others who criticize messi don't always come up with a good reasoning layout like yours -which is why i always troll them anyway...truly that argentine keeper tried a lot too, imagine if France scored all their penalties...all in all I think the Argentine team were really hungry and determined for that cup.

As both a Ronaldo and Messi's fan, though I prefer Messi because he's more skillful and entertaining, I have sent my female friend to the market to buy things for fried rice against our celebration today.

I know Argentina will win, but I don't bet. If I was a gambler, I'd bet in favor of France, but my emotions will be with Argentina.

This is just to make sure I'm not too attached. In football, no matter how sure we are with the team we support, anything can happen.

In summary, if I were a gambler supporting Messi, I would do so with my emotions, but put my money on France.

If Argentina loses, I'll feel bad, but at least, my bank account will be fatter and I'll eat fried rice.

If Argentina wins, I'll feel good and eat my rice with joy even though my bank account suffered it.

I support soccer players, but I support with 70% sense and 30% emotions. I urge every smart person to do this to avoid being disappointed or depressed when things don't go your way.

Messi is not the GOAT yet, but today's victory will solidify it. For Ronaldo, he can never be the GOAT, but he is my legend.
