The sins of this generation is legendary and it is not seen as sin anymore.

Something that shouldn't be and shouldn't be spoken about is what someone created being, born and feed with mum's milk and bread as an adult, is coming in public to speak about, even asking for advice.

I TELL YOU THE RARE TRUTH, FOR ENGAGING IN THAT LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION YOU MUST SURELY PAY FOR IT.

FOR ACCESSING A MARRIED WOMAN NAKED PICTURE, YOU MUST PAY DARELY FOR IT.

FOR SPEAKING IT OPENLY WITHOUT SHAME, YOU MUST PAY FOR IT.

FOR EVERYONE THAT APPROVES SUCH INIQUITY, YOU HAVE YOUR PART.

SHAMELESS PEOPLE ALL OVER THE EARTH.

Is there still people with moral and value for life, marriage, women, chastity and virginity?

You guys really need to repent and become better persons.
There is no way we can have a better generation with this mindset.

My degree is very useful to me. The course I studied in college is a course I already had in mind since my junior secondary school and also seen people who studied that course and how their progression has been in the manufacturing industry. Let's assume I studied Accounting in school, I will strive hard to become a chartered accountant. My advice is go for disciplines that will make you multi sectoral. Why should I go and study petroleum engineering all in the name of working in the oil and sectora and limit myself to one industry.
let the rains wash away my tears of not studying medicine. i tried all i could but didnt get. its one regret of a life time. i hope someday i wl b bouyant to pursue that course even at old age. i just love that course. those who are medical doctors are really priviledged

this accusation may be out of envy and jealousy or may have been masterminded by her business rivals. why didnt the morgue attendant draw the attention of another staff to it as additional prove, how come he is the only who saw and never told another staff. methinks that is a lier he has been paid to cause this womans death. he shud be investigated by security agents.
PoliticsRe: Full-text of the Supreme Court Judgement on Bayelsa by cckalima:
mushystuff:
Yes the court did. The high court already did actually and then the Supreme court affirmed the judgement of the high court while quashing that of the court of appeal.
The court stated clearly that only the issuing authority 9f a certificate has the power to correct or effect name changes if the owner of such certificate claims there was an error or something fundamental was added or remove. He didn't comply with that. i still hv issues wt the defense team, for me the SC did not establish any case of forgery here. its merely

Mis-arrangement is 'ABC'; CAB' for example. Meaning those same names will appear consistently but perhaps not on the same order. In this instance however, you have:
1. Degi Biobragha (First School Leaving Certificate)
2. Adegi Brokumo (WAEC/GCE)
3. Degi Biobarakuma Wanagwa (First Degree)

He then swears affidavits claiming his correct names are:
4. Biobarakuma Degi (9 Aug 2018)
5. Biobarakuma Wanagha Degi Eremienyo (18 Sept 2018)

How much consistency is there to these names? Why would 2 affidavits sworn within 1 month of each other have such differences in names when he isn't a woman that maybe got married and took on her husband's name?
i blaim the defense team. the sc could not establish a case of forgery here it only prempted that the multiple affidavits is an indication of a cover up somewhere and i think that premise is wrong. is there any law that restricts the number of affdvts one can swore to.only such law can invalidate multiple affdvt. in nigeria 5 men can father a child at different times. a woman marries a man has child leaves d man moves wt the child 2 anotha man leaves dt one 4 anotha, at each time d education of the child is sponsored by different men who wants the child 2 bear his name and sometimes gives the child his own name. this common in BY and elsewhere could this be the ordeal of DEGI. there is no prima facie established here. the sc acted on mere conjectures it could not prove the certificate does not belong to the same person nor that it was forged. there are windows of good defense 4 d defense team which i raised earlier including tracing the chronicles of the real ownership of d certificates 4m the issuing body. photographs attachd 2 form during enrolement and who signed at the point of collection of the certificate are all windows of defense to establsh if d certificate belongs to the same person. i think there is a lacuna in that judgement particularly that the plaintif could not establish a prima facie case here. the sc didnt look at the peoples mandate neither did they weigh the consequences and merits of the case a factos in delivering judgement. Degi is a victim of his recklessness or ignorance

You are really a big disappointment to the institution you graduated from.
Don't you know that electoral candidates do submit their credentials to inec before election?
So you are telling us SC gave him a document that bears those names
on the contrary you are missing a point here. to forge a certificate is to provide one for yourself where it does not exist in reality but here this man may have impersonated someone but again certificates are signed for before collection, has it been proved that he didnt finish from those institutions?if it was issued in proxy who collected it, are there no photograhs used in the registaration of these exams he wrote, its not fair to say he bought certificates when there are no proves. i think the defense tean didnt do s good job

Actually this further proves the judgment was very political

There's no evidence the certificates were
forged

No one came forward that the other names belonged to them

Forgery is a serious criminal case that needs to be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
my brother even the institution that issued the certificates where not invited to make inputs as to the originality of the certificate. again before you enrole for any program or exams forms are filled, why didnt the defense team reach for those forms to see if the names on the form submited and receipts issued at point of purchase abinitio were the same. that would have largely proved in each instances that its the same person and that he was just a victim of his recklessness and ignorance

i hv read tru but u and i know that had this case being that concerning the presidential election, this same supreme court would have done all in its ambits to sustain it citing relevant sections of the law particularly as the court knows that its consequence outweighs its merit. that should have also come to play here.

That is how a school is supposed to be run.

You won't talk about the numerous holidays schools normally have which other professions do not have

Try working in a bank with 40k as DSA, living at Ikorodu and working at VI... Then you'd know..

Moreover most people complaining don't just like to work that's why teaching should mostly be for married women who have husbands doing something...
oga park well. I know you have a school but in your school running how many teachers have you developed by sponsorship to study further. It's all about making the money for the proprietors. Many of you proprietors are inhuman. You say that's how a school is ran yet when people like you get to public sector and the institution is ran as you said you will be complaining.

No angst meant.

An 'AVERAGE' Eagle (Covenant Uni Graduate) is far better than an 'AVERAGE' Great Ife or indeed any other average graduate from ANY Public university in Nigeria. Please note that the key word here is ' AVERAGE'.

The most important attribute they are imbued with is attitude. Something terribly lacking among the majority of public school graduates.

Let it be stated clearly that this is drawn from experience. I have worked with some CU graduates and I am impressed.

Oyedepo does deserve kudos.

By the way, I didn't graduate from Covenant... graduated from a Federal University.
ok since you are a product of a federal University which I don't know. Are most of their graduates better than those from your own school? Needs a yes or no. No analysis

The very wrong mentality Nigerians continue to have. Acquiring quality education goes beyond being employable. Most Covenant University graduates I've come across are really smart people.

And as for employment, I'll tell you for free that an employer hardly ever passes a Covenant University graduate.
my friend don't say things without facts to back it up. You guys just make vague statements here. I have seen a good number of those who are not smart as you claimed and those who are. In all honesty can you compare a first class graduate from OAU to one from that your convenience in any course of study grin grin. Paying colossal sum for education doesn't make you outstanding or a Superman. It's how well you developed yourself that matters. Look at the very distinguished people in Nigeria today, many are products of public institutions even many of your lecturers in that school are all guys from public universities. So don't say employers hardly pass by convenient graduates. Will they jump at them without checking what's upstair?

You can’t find cheap universities giving good opportunities to immigrants with these amounts abroad, evaluating the fees based on the current Nigeria’s economy is like comparing an ant to a whale. that is a lie. I have people who studied in top universities abroad and a good number of them came back to look for jobs here. Those that got a job did with 8G connection. So ?

"Meet Liliana Akah Akah, a budding writer. She started writing when she was ten years old. So far, she has written nine story books.

She's writes in exercise books and design it like it is a published book (check the pictures below).

Her parents noticed her flair for
writing and they don't want to kill that talent. She lives in the neighborhood and somehow, it got to her parents that I'm a writer. They brought her to me and the rest is history.

After having long conversations with Liliana, I
asked her what the dream is, she replied: 'to be a popular writer'.

According to her, she feels happy when she writes a story because, she knows this is what she will do when she grows up.

Watch out for Liliana Akah(Toks). She has stories that will leave a print in the writing industry."

When has speculation become the business of a court?
it's the Dynamics of law. A judge refuse to grant one that will be paid directly to the plaintiff but later did after a long while. The courts have always speculated that's why no presidential election and some high profile cases judgement will ever go the way it should especially as the consequence of the judgment out weighs it's merit.
