We did walk in same time, did biometric immediately after the main applicant. Please, how many days more should we wait for the dependent's or will it follow a normal standard days. The wait is something else

Sometimes it comes out together but other times it doesn't. Just wait for the standard period even though it may come out earlier than the 15days. You can't call to complain because you didn't pay for expedited. That's why we jejely did same priority for everyone but really, once the main gets and pof covers all, you can relax. Collection mail loading.

I think you are making an easy thing complex, unless the funds are not available yet for the children to apply. If the funds are available it may be advisable to apply for the dependants(spouse & Kids) at the same time.
Acclimatizing for a month then returning for the kids is wasting precious resources. The link sent above makes taking a child without your partner seem easy but its a bit difficult and time wasting at the point of entry.
But if the fund is not available, then you can apply alone but have an answer for why you are leaving your kids with their grandparents etc.
And there are many reasons to do so depending on the ages of the children:
1. Since you are only leaving for a year or thereabout, you don't want to disrupt their education as the system is slightly different

2. If there's any below age 3, the cost of daycare is high and the child is used to her/his grandma.

3. You don't want to expose them to the unnecessary culture shock for just a year programme
And add the clause that if at anytime the children are missing the parents, you will definitely come and pick them to be with you!

Wetin you dey yarn? You gave him a lifesaver advice by saying "19th July to 19th August is when 28 days is complete". Wetin Musa nor go see for gate. 28 days is the requirement. If you wan advise pesin you fee say leave am for 31 days. This is not about your advice. Your counting is wrong!

Howw? Counting 1-30 is easy naa. This is 31 days. 28days counting from 19th July is actually 16th/17th of August..and that is excluding day 1 July 19th. Abeg don't mislead the guy.

Not an issue. Relax. Your CAS has correct start date. Not a substantial error and clearly not a misrepresentation.
If you're seriously bothered do letter to correct, pay for assisted service and upload. I would save my 11800 if I were you.

Can I use same bank statement for wife and kids ? I was expected to provide 7m as my POF but I hv about 18m. Now that I got my visa the 18m covers for the remaining family members, can I reprint same statement to apply for them ?

I believe I can use my statement since am the main applicant or do I need to transfer money into my wife account since they will be applying separately?

I hv a son with US passport, should I apply with his US passport or Nigerian passport ?

Does my son with US passport need POF because it’s stated on UKVI website that citizens from certain listed countries do not need to provide POF as dependent?

Please I need help from past applicants with same issue as mine and your contributions will be highly appreciated.

O long nau. Lol ok.
1. YES IHS is per applicant.
2 You can use the same 18m statement if it's not yet over 31 days from print date when you use it.
3. You can use your statement. No need to transfer
4. You can use either. On his form you will provide both nationalities and passport number anyway...but choose one to submit...will be the one you used for IOM and the one you use for the application.
5. He's not an adult but a minor so make sure he is covered too. You need to provide for him.

I hope this helps. I applied with family at once and all pof was in my accounts. Best wishes

Search this thread. It was discussed alot and repeatedly in July. You didn't even mention the "other course" Advice: Make sure your Personal Statement sells you well for whichever course you choose especially if it's unrelated to your BSc.

How about you talk truth? This is even straightforward because it's not a visit visa. Show required pof, CAS and docs on CAS. That's all.

Please i need you advise on this. I did my biometrics alongside my wife on the 2nd August at TLS VI, i did priority for my wife( main applicant) and standard for myself (dependant). My wife received collection mail yesterday and i’m yet to receive any mail as my application is still showing “Application received by DMC”, my question is can i take out some out of the funds i used as pof for her cause all the money was put in my wife’s account? 2. Can i send a paid mail to know if decision has been made on my application? 3. Is it possible they treated our case differently cause most times as i have seen on here that most family’s application come out almost the same time . Kindly please advise as ur kind advise will be much appreciated.

You did standard. Standard takes about 14 or 15 working days. Some people were only lucky to have it considered at the same time

You're damn right about what you see on their website. A friend was offered conditional offer and was told to pay 65% of the tution fee before CAS

CAS used simply means it has been viewed or accessed by Home Office. It also means that if your visa is NOT approved you cannot use the same CAS to reapply. A new one will have to be issued.

A new CAS does not apply to AR. All these information are on every school's website.

Additionally, NOT every school notifies you that the CAS has been USED same way not ALL banks notify you your bank statement was confirmed. Neither my bank or school did.
