I have observed that we have travel/visa agents who have been paid to do visa jobs and what they do is to disguise to me as a genuine nairalander to seek my support privately. If you call yourself an agent and have been paid and you still give that your job me knowing very well that I do support freely at no cost then that's wickedness and you should refund that your client.

I think it counts towards the 20hrs irrespective of the location of the employer. But apart from that I think the time difference might be tasking. I did it before and it could be difficult.

You are assuming. My question was clear. If 30hrs dubai is a breach, I'll ask for 20 there or do my 20 in the UK. Wish you the same.

I’m sure they do for funds within the UK, if funds are paid in a Dubai or Nigerian account, should be fine. It’s actually illegal as well, just an FYI to the people who have remote jobs abroad and plan on schooling in the UK, If you are caught, OYO.

I've schooled there before but for most jobs then physical presence was required. The question will usually not arise but for the new reality of virtual work. Now you don't need to be outside the UK to work and the vignette states "work in the UK" hence the clarification.

Don’t include the job on your CV when you apply for roles in the UK. But just an FYI that if you fail your studies due to lack of dedication to the school, your visa can be revoked or it might affect your Post Study Visa application. Not sure how you plan on juggling 2 jobs and school. Best of luck though.

Where did you read 2 jobs I will ask for 20hrs and disclose because that's how i got my first UK job. They love the fact that you can do school and work and still come out top 1percentile. It shows resilience and all the things they love. When you start applying you'll see why

Oh I see, this might be complicated in itself as well. Because part of your allowed work does not allow you to be self employed or engage in business activity in the Uk. What I am not clear about is if it allows you do that outside the UK.would see if I can find any info for you online.

So if i am in the UK as a student, it is okay to do my virtual dubai role for 30hrs a wk alongside my studies.. Just wondering whether it will be an issue if discovered. I don't plan to announce it but I also don't want to get involved if it will be regarded as wrong.

Please this working 20hours is it just for work in the UK? Or does it apply to working elsewhere? For example if i have a job working 30hrs in Dubai, is it in breach of my visa conditions? I like to be 100percent compliant. So if it's applicable to work elsewhere I can know to reject the Dubai offer and do just UK 20hrs or ask that the Dubai hrs be reduced to 20hrs.

From what I can see, I dont think the payment went through so I believe you should pay again and contact your bank for the refund. If it's an IHS error, it may take a while but you will get your money back. I know someone who got money after 7months in the UK because during audit they realised they used wrong exchange rate for Tier 2 fees bla bla.

Non straight forward mail: Aug 4. Then 3 missed calls from ukvi the next day without prior notice

Interview mail( scheduled at Ikeja VAC by 8:30am, same day after I missed their call)

Interview: August 9( I answered up to 40 questions I even forgot my age when asked�. I was the only one to do interview at the VAC and even up till now, I haven't seen anyone else to add to myself. It was really an executive interview)

Cas used mail and decision: August 11

Collection: Today

Indeed everyone's story is different. My application was more straightforward than anything....yet I got a non straightforward mail, prayed not to do interview but did. In the end God never fails. He really never does. All glory to Him forever. Amen
