Abuja walk-in is not crowded (it wasn't when I went last week) if that's what you mean by "what's the situation?" Even after waiting about an hour only about 10more people joined my set. On my way out after biometrics I saw there was a fresh queue.

The student didn't inform the school that he will be traveling with dependants during CAS application because the dependants Pof wasn't ready during CAS application but all there POf is ready during visa application. Yes In cash, I have a Dollar dom account already here in Naija but transfer fees from my dom to a UK account is ridiculous and when you transact with a Naija Dollar card anywhere in world, they charge within the Nigerian rate not the foreign rate. Unless you are in the US. I guess answering their questions at border patrol is my best bet.

As inn. And to dey carry plenty money upandan. I heard the same thing that transfer from a Naija dom acct to a UK account incurs ridiculous charges. Best to ask the bank for the % sha instead of assuming

You'll definitely meet people but it's nothing near what I'm reading here about Lagos...even VI. Met a short queue when I did mine..got a little longer before we were called. So it may be much longer sometimes but it's Abuja...will not be comparable to the Lagos numbers at alllll.

Is it possible to pick flexi appointment later on after picking a date in order to move the process along.

Pick any date and then walk in. If you pick flexi and can checkout you can also do that and walk in any day with that flexi printout. Hope this helps. I did the former because I couldn't check out when i did the latter

I have another question

I printed my statement of Account showing my complete funds which have not gone below the required amount for more than 3months plus

I just printed out 1Month and send to my school for approval which there approved and told me to go ahead with my visa application

My question is that

(1) should I use the same statement of Account that my school approved for my biometrics

(2) since the statement of account is few days old, because is last week Friday I printed it out and my school approved it that same Friday, should I print out a recent one before my biometrics this week or next week because am planning on going for walk-in

Either is fine if it's not more than 31days. One of mine was almost 2wks old because I didn't have time to go to my other bank that doesn't do online statement until about a week later. I also used more than 2months statement for the accounts. 28days is the minimum so it's up to you.

Do you mean layover? Anyway when you have to enter a transit flight you dont offload checked in luggage. Just your hand luggage. You won't see your checked in stuff until you land at the final destination. Even if you use 3 aircrafts.

For context.
if you book Abj to Washington with Emirates, they wl take you to Washington before you see your luggage again. Even if you switch planes at dubai. It's different if you book 2 separate flight itineraries yourself for example 1 from abj to dubai. Then book another one from dubai to Washington...in that case after each flight you will get your stuff.
