An easy going dude, Tobi Adesina is one of the young Nigerian pilots who have continued to inspire millions to aspire for their goals.

He is one of the almost 3,000 workers at Arik which also has in its employ, Nigeria's youngest pilot, Daniel Adeyilekan who got his flying license at barely 19.

Brotherly. I feel ur pain but frankly speaking...u can't do much and/or prosecute those guys. They are diplomats and are covered. Talk to the DPO and get a good lawyer to secure your brother's release before it turns ugly. If possible, refers this to the ministry of foreign affairs and also internal affairs ministry. Perhaps they relied on NCC records which can be faulted because a lot of Nigerians uses more three sim cards.So what the government should do is to conduct population census but it shouldn't be a yardstick for allocation of resources since we're not yet mature .Am very optimistic if a census is done provided it wouldn't be use as a yardstick for revenue allocation, we will see the true picture of Nigeria's population

You can't blame him for that totally. It's a thing of honor for someone to trust you with his money and pay you without seeing you. When you have such level of trust bestowed upon you, it behooves on you that you respect yourself and do what is right. I am a power systems technician since 2002 with vast experience in Renewable Energy and International and Local procurement on Best Quality and Friendly Price.

I had profered alot of free solutions to lots of people on NL but after much chats and calls to give them necessary info they request to know. They wont show up again.

My advice to all techs, engrs , consultants to existing and prospective clients are stated below

1- Always let the prospective client know you wont give a full detailed helpful information as consultation demands payment for your professional service to be rendered.

2- The client should come to your office if really ready for business provided in the same close region but if both of you are in remote regions.

3- The client should be faithful enough to divulge if he or she is truly ready because after much precious time alotted to help will eventually waste your resources by negative feedback subtly.

4- From Inception before you engage into much wasted energy, precious time to be wasted, as as to know if client is serious or not, Ask exact or range budget to know if it is worth it to proceed with the brief or short consulting / procurement service or not, but mind you , most are always smart and will eventually deceive you.

5 - Lastly, so as not to be self-centered, clients also need not make payment to any individual but a business bank account provided with full detailed invoice of service or product to be rendered after he or she is satisfied with prospective consultant.

These are my approach all the time.

Am a civil engineer, buh from experience I ve learnt not to bother myself with d stress of building estimation on nairaland, cos after d whole stress of putting up d estimation. D client only needs it to price another contractor he/she already hv.

Like d poster b4 me. Get ur architectural design first from a good architect , after which u can use his design to get an exact price of d building. Then if u need both services, I can do it for u. Buh dis time. Not free. Be sure that ur need must surely be met. Send me a pm let's talk more

Foundation for 6 flats, i.e Of 2bedroom each. 3flats ground floor and 3flats upstairs.

Materials price are fair but u can still negotiate on the irobender and carpenter fee(those are d only items u can tweak on that list)
#65k for excavation for this building .....pls let me hv his nos I hv plenty foundation for him at that price!
