Guys based on the new time for processing (15 weeks), my application would be 15 weeks on Monday. What do you advise I start to send to IRCC and from when should I start cause I have started classes already and I need to ravel. The time difference is killing. Also, my account says eligibility under review and background check is on but no date on when it started but I noticed i started seeing eligibility under review since 1st week in december 2020.

What if it's a PPR there are people that got PPR before Medicals here and didn't even get the NSE request isn't there a possibility that it could be PPR??When did your Eligibility review start? .

I have tried Microsoft edge, google chrome, internet explorer and none is working to submit webform on IRCC kenya, china and the main IRCC.

I have sent a mail to the bank to send me my bank certificate through my sponsor and the account officer only sent a mail typing in the ticket ID and send my sponsor should log in to his ibank and my acocunt to find the password for the embassy. This is for GT bank.

Please is that how it works because he sent a mail to the bank to send mybank certificate statement to the embassy and send him the eticket ID immediately after but the account officer claimed she sent it yesterday, the only think she sent is the ticket ID number. There's no proof from her end that shows my bank certifcate on it with the ticket ID. Please confirm if it's like this whenever one orders from bank, if not, how do we go about doing it if the sponsor has no online account and is not in the country. He can only send a letter in a mail authorizing the bank to do kit which I think was done wrongly now with the way she sent the ticket ID.

I need help asap please guys.

This was exactly what the VO gave me in my 1st application that got denied.

My only advice is to write a very convincing LOE ...also have sufficient money that would pay your first year school fees and living expenses. Then ultimately add God. Cos personally i didnt add my statement of account, or any new documents...some gurus can help you with LOE

Please is there a required column to upload MBS, LOE and IELTS on the GC key account for those of us that were not sent the NSE request?

There is no standard format. He should write a formal letter instructing his financial institution to indulge you with your request of MBS and Reference letter.

The letter should contain your full name, the address of the Canadian embassy, period of his transactional history to be generated, reasons for wanting to generate the MBS and other required personal details. Lastly, the letter should state that with his authorization, the generated MBS and Reference letter should be handed off to you.

Once all formality has been done and all things checked out, you will be handed the hardcopy of the MBS and Reference for your end use.

I tried logging into my GC key, I did not see where to upload my documents there.

My name is xyzz, I am contacting you with respect to a submitted Study-Permit application. My Application Number is xzy and Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number is abc.

I submitted the normal application documents, however on researching, I discovered the Nigerian Student Express (NSE) route and that it presented a faster route for processing applications.
Hence, I will be extremely grateful to have my application processed via the NSE route, as my school resumes January 2021.

To this effect, I have attached the two main documents (listed below) required for the NSE application route, alongside other supporting documents listed below:

1. MyBankStatement Certificate for my Sponsor (containing Ticket-number and password)
2. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Certificate (Overall Score of xyz)
3. School fees deposit evidence, Salary Account and professional certifications (files merged together).
4. Addendum to explain source of funds.

The mail has to be sent directly from the registered email address your sponsor has with the bank. I don't think its something you can do from your end. In the mail, your sponsor should clearly inform the bank that he needs a MyBank Statement Certificate addressed to the Canadian Embassy. His request will be attended to and he will be granted the certificate.

I didnt do IELTS like I said...I only uploaded the waiver letter I composed myself, while some other persons didnt even upload anything in that space...I also submitted the MBS from the bank, and re-uploaded the previous printed bank statement I used plus fixed deposit certificate. All on the GC KEY acct. 2days after bank sent me Ticket number n password, i now sent that via webforms and to all emails that ends with @international.gc.ca plus reminder that my school would be resuming 11th January EVERY BLESSED DAY OR 1 DAY INTERVAL. even the morning I got my PPR I still sent the webform n emails..

Please did you send your my bank certificate and IELTS alongside SOE via webforms and mails to all those emails or you uploaded the IELTS and webform on the IRCC GC key dashboard where it shows upload supporting documents?

Also, were you sending all the follow-up mails and update mails to each country in the mail by sending to one and copying the others or you sent to them individually. In addition, please how many country webform did you send to asides kenya?

I only composed a mail stating that. I am from Nigeria and Nigerians dont need IELTS to study in canada and I just want to do the programme ASAP and come back to Nigeria. I also started that the time frame was too short to prepare for IELTS so I'm not sure I can write it now. Lastly i pointed out that my school isnt requesting for IELTS, so it's not important in my case..I addressed to the anifowoshe office, v.i. and that's all, I uploaded it in the IELTS space and backed it up with faith...

Please can someone help with response to this?

But then, since there's no risk in trying, I'd suggest you send the MBS document and then an explanation saying that you don't have the IELTS requirements, and probably out your waec result just to show you have English competency.

It's a long shot, but there's no risk in trying, and from what I feel, I don't really think ielts is such an huge deal breaker for a decision.
I might be wrong tho, hopefully our senior guys weigh in on this.

Hello DjGimzy,

Yes, it is very possible. The person should go to the bank in the CoR and make inquiry on how feasible to get the MBS. If its infeasible, the person should give you thw foreign BS or send directly to the embassy. At your end, write an LOE to the effect.

At this time, the NSE stream has been gracefully processed if other requirements are met. This has been evidently witnessed in some applications here.

N.B: The financial requirement states that the POF (MBS) should either be in the sponsor's or applicant's name.

I applied first week in October and did my upfront medicals. This has been updated to pass on my dashboard although I did not get the NSE request till date.

The issue is I did not initially include my sponsor's payslip or employment letter when i submitted my application because he was not in the Country. I only submitted a letter from him on the company letterhead, his statement of account and his Company ID. Is it too late to send the employment letter or pay slip and if I can still do that, can i upload them via my GC key dashboard where it says upload documents or should I upload it via Kenya IRCC webform.

Will really appreciate an advise from the gurus in the house please. It is very urgent.

Generally having an upfront medical fastens your application, however, an upfront medical isn't a guaranty for application approval, for me, I just took a step of faith and went ahead after 2-3 months of not hearing from them.

To anyone that wants to give up, I am begging you not to. Believe me, I can understand the mental torture these applications can give someone.

I am so thankful, I just received my PPR. It feels like I am just breathing well for the first time in months.

I also received the NSE letter, but I submitted only the my Bank statement certificate. In the case of the IELTS, I forwarded them a letter explaining how it was not possible for me to do the exam and get a result before the timeline and attached a waiver letter/mail from my DLI. Please note that this was just my case and I’m not declaring it as Avenue to bypass the IELTS requirement but it is an option in an extreme case.

I got my upfront medical uploaded in a few days by bombarding any and all international IRCC mails I could find. I did this as well as the option of waiting for them to pick my web forms

There is no time duration by IRCC for when an Upfront Medicals will reflect on one's profile

Reflection of Medicals can take Days, Weeks and atimes Months.

As far as the clinic has sent the medicals to IRCC, and u too aswell send the e-medical sheet via Webform to IRCC Nairobi & also send the sheet to the three IRCC Nairobi E-mail addresss, then u are left with no choice than to be patient until it changes to passed

Please can someone help me out here. I did my upfront medicals since over 10 business days now but it's yet to reflect on my dashboard and it still shows eligibility under review since. What do I do to get my medicals updated please?

He already has OWP and was applying for a renewed visit visa to come back to Canada.
