The Gripen was made to hunt down Su-30s and Su-27 and don't forget a Su-30 is just an upgraded Su-30, Angola also has those so it doesn't put you at the top of the list, plus you guys still don't have any BRV missiles while S.A is making the final touching on our own home grown Missiles, we've already seen pictures of Gripen pilots flying around and test out the A-Darter.

Nah don't worry about that, we're working on filling that gap very soon, in April when I was at the Rand Easter Show, I spoke to one of the Rooivalk pilots and he told me that SAAF was working on getting air refuelling capabilities, because what happened in C.A.R scared the crap out of our politicians in the because we couldn't get them air-support fast enough, so by the end of this year or early next year will probably have new heavy lift aircraft and some will be used as Tankers.

And maybe that's one of the reasons our President was in Russia with no one else but his Military Aids.
