Business / Naira Depreciates Barely 48 Hours After It Strengthened Against The Dollar by centvin008(m): 4:44pm On Nov 27, 2015 |
The naira on Friday depreciated at the parallel market barely 48 hours after it strengthened against the dollar. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the naira lost N2 to exchange at N242 to the dollar, as against its previous value of N240. Meanwhile, the official inter-bank rate remained at N197 to the dollar. Traders at the market said that in spite of the biweekly sale of forex to Bureaux de Change (BDC’s), the currency of the biggest economy in Africa continued to slide. They attributed the development to the difficulty encountered by some BDC operators in disposing their forex due to the apex banks regulation on forex sales. http://thenationonlineng.net/naira-depreciates-at-parallel-market-2/ 1 Share

Religion / Chris Oyakhilome Offered Me R10 000 To Sit In A Wheelchair, Stand Up And Walk by centvin008(m): 10:00am On Nov 26, 2015 |
Nigerian preacher and healer Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has been accused by a member of his own church of staging miracle-healing sessions. Some of his followers have said that he has been hiring people to pretend to be sick and disabled and then “be healed” during his television shows and public prayer meetings. A man who did not want to be identified for security reasons said: “I was offered R10 000 to rehearse and pretend to be in a wheelchair three weeks before the all-night prayer called Night of Bliss at the Johannesburg Stadium.” Last weekend Pastor Oyakhilome hosted an all-night prayer at the stadium. The source told Sowetan that he started attending Christ Embassy church in Randburg last year. He was recruited by one of the pastors and told he would be paid if he helped to draw crowds. “The pastor told me that they were looking for people to work for the church. He said that I was going to sit in a wheelchair and be wheeled around while pretending to be physically ill. I would then stand up and walk as soon as Pastor Chris stopped praying for me.” The source also said that the people who are “healed” every time on stage are actually trained weeks before. “Even children who are healthy are whisked around in wheelchairs. Some use crutches. “Everyone is allocated a person who tells the congregation about your background, your specific illness and suffering. “The pastor then raises his hands and places them maybe on your legs if you cannot walk, and a few seconds later you get up and walk around the room,”the source said. He said he called the church the day after their offer and turned them down. “I just told myself that using the word of God to lie to desperate people is immoral, so I refused to take up their offer,” said the source. A woman who went to the all-night prayer service, said: “When he started healing people, I did not see him call anyone from the audience. The people that he ‘healed’ came from a certain section of the audience and it looked like he came with them especially for the event. “I saw a lot of people in wheelchairs leaving the venue who had not been healed. It was very sad. ”Lerato Moeketsi told Sowetan she was a loyal follower of the church and was disappointed that she could not make it into the stadium. “I had to turn back because the stadium was full. “There was no way I could go through to receive his blessing,” she said. Thousands of followers jostled for space at the stadium. The seriously ill, mostly disabled and in wheelchairs, went to the service in the hope of being healed by Pastor Chris’s powerful prayer. Another woman, Tshinanne Nemutudi, said she went to the all-night prayer service because she believed in Pastor Chris. “I trust him the way I trust Jesus and God. ”She said she had problems with her ankle but Pastor Chris had healed her. “While he was praying, he said we should all touch our body parts that needed to be healed. He said that if we believed then we would be healed.” Oyakhilome ’s website describes him as a pastor, teacher, healing minister, television host and best-selling author whose career spans 25 years. He runs the church with his wife, Pastor Anita, who is the director of Christ Embassy’s international office and also preaches at the Christ Embassy churches in the United Kingdom. Pastor Chris also hosts a religious programme on TV called Atmosphere for Miracles. At the Randburg branch, brother Onyeka Liozo said what the source and the followers said “was rubbish”. “We have a healing school in Randburg. People ask and get healed. People must stop lying about this holy crusade,” said Liozo. He said that people come from outside South Africa for help. Pastor Chris is both controversial and mysterious. The press is barred from taking pictures at his healing services. http://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2015/11/26/chris-oyakhilome-offered-me-r10-000-to-sit-in-a-wheelchair-stand-up-and-walk/ Lalasticlala 1 Like |
Politics / FG Establishes Efficiency Unit To Cut Cost Of Governance by centvin008(m): 9:57pm On Nov 25, 2015 |
The principal objective of the Efficiency Unit is to ensure that all government expenditure is necessary and represents the best possible value for money. Presently, the oil-rich nation’s recurrent expenditure completely dwarfs capital expenditure by a ratio of 84/16. This includes non-wage related overhead expenditure such as travel costs, entertainment, events, printing, IT consumables and stationeries among others. As at September 2015, the entire capital expenditure was just 194 billion Naira while overhead expenditure was 272 billion Naira. Eliminate Wasteful Spending A statement by the Presidency said the scenario was considered unsustainable and at variance with the current administration’s resolve to reform the economy and reduce the cost of governance. According to the Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun, the Efficiency Unit will undertake programmed reviews of all government overhead expenditure with a view to reducing wastage, promoting efficiency and ensuring quantifiable savings for the country. “Specifically, the Efficiency Unit will work across all MDAs to identify and eliminate wasteful spending, duplication and other inefficiencies; identify best practices in procurement and financial management and share such knowledge to ensure its adoption. “Findings of the Efficiency Unit will be formally communicated accordingly and will be enforced through establishment of expenditure guidelines, undertaking follow-up reviews, spot checks and other measures that will ultimately checkmate wastages across all areas of federal government expenditure,” she said. Supervising Committee Meanwhile, the Minister of Finance is to inaugurate the Supervising Committee for the establishment of the Efficiency Unit in Abuja on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 10 am. The Committee, to be chaired by the Finance Minister, has members drawn from both public and private sector. Travel / Obasa To Canada: Reduce Visa Processing Time by centvin008(m): 9:07pm On Nov 24, 2015 |
Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, on Tuesday pleaded with Canada to reduce the delay in granting visas to genuine Nigerians wishing to travel to the country especially for official purposes. Obasa, who played host to the Canadian High Commissioner in Nigeria, Mr. Lajos Arendas, also promised that Lagos state would continue to support the mutual relationship that had existed between Nigeria and Canada over the years. He noted that this relationship led to Canada standing by Nigeria during the years of the late General Sani Abacha, who was a maximum ruler. Obasa also stressed that the House had passed a lot of bills into law to ensure a peaceful and habitable Lagos, adding that such laws include the Child Rights Law to protect children, Domestic Violence Law to protect women and the Procurement Law. The visit of Lajos, Obasa said, is a confirmation that Canada was interested in the development of democracy in Nigeria and that the parliament is the symbol of democracy in the country. “We know you also support the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and you provide support for our country by helping to reduce maternal death rate. “We will continue to represent our people and their interest is paramount to us. “We thank you for granting us visas, we want this to continue, but the period of obtaining the visa of your country should be reduced,” he said. Earlier, Lajos, who noted that it was interesting witnessing the sitting of the House, revealed that he was impressed by what he saw when he visited the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, adding that he felt as if he was in a different country from Nigeria. For Lajos, Lagos is the hub of business, not just in Nigeria, but in Africa and the business between Canada and Nigeria has grown over the years. He said Nigeria is the number one partner of Canada in Africa, stressing further that he would try to convince Canadian companies in Nigeria to bear with the country in the area of forex trading. Concerning the issuance of visa, the commissioner said the average time of delivery is now two years as against the earlier four years. “The visas were being delayed due to the process of documentation and others, but the system is improving and it is not far from being perfect,” he said. http://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2015/11/24/obasa-to-canada-reduce-visa-processing-time/ Lalasticlala

Politics / DSS Asks Court To Stop Kanu’s Trial by centvin008(m): 3:03pm On Nov 23, 2015 |
The Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday requested a Wuse Zone 2 Senior Magistrates’ Court in Abuja to discontinue trial of Nnamdi Kanu, Director of Radio Biafra, charged with criminal conspiracy. Kanu is standing trial on a three-count charge of criminal conspiracy, intimidation and belonging to unlawful society, to which he pleaded not guilty. At the resumed sitting of the case, prosecution counsel, Moses Idakwo, informed the court that after the arraignment of the accused, the complainant stumbled on some facts which took the matter out of the jurisdiction of the court. According to him, the complainant found out that the accused was involved in terrorism and has been financing it. “The complainant is, therefore, applying to discontinue the matter under section 108(1) of administration of criminal justice act 2015.” Idakwo said that the DSS had also obtained an order from the Federal High Court, Abuja, dated Nov.10, to detain the accused in its custody for 90 days. Objecting, Kanu’s counsel, Vincent Obetta, prayed the court not to discontinue the case because the prosecution did not present any information from the Attorney-General of Federation who had the authority to approve such. Obetta told the court that the DSS violated the order of the court which granted bail that was perfected but not granted, adding that the accused had been in DSS custody since he was arrested. Subsequently, the magistrate, Mr Usman Shuaibu, after listening to both counsels, adjourned the matter until Dec.1 for ruling. http://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2015/11/23/biafra-dss-asks-court-to-stop-kanus-trial/ Lalasticlala |

Education / 21-year-old Woman Took College Exam While In Labor by centvin008(m): 4:13am On Nov 21, 2015 |
21-Year-Old Woman Who Took College Exam While in Labor Says, I Just 'Handled My Responsibilities' BY CHAR ADAMS A 21-year-old Georgia student stunned thousands after a photo of her taking a college exam while in labor made its way around the Internet. But the new mother tells PEOPLE that she simply did what she had to do. "I didn't want to give an excuse," Tommitrise Collins, of Macon, Georgia, tells PEOPLE. "I made sure I just went ahead and did what I had to do, I handled my responsibilities." She added: "I didn't want to get behind in my work." Collins says her water broke at around 1 a.m. on Nov. 12 – just one week before she was set to deliver her daughter, Her online psychology test began just hours later at 8 a.m., but she "was hurting really bad by then," she says. "I emailed my teacher to tell her that I was having contractions and that I was in labor and that I'm still going to take the test," the Middle Georgia State University student tells PEOPLE. "It was my decision, she didn't make me do anything." Collins rushed to the Coliseum Medical Center, and at around 1:30 p.m., approximately 12 hours after her labor began, Collins took the test. She says that during that time, she was not taking any medication, so the "pain was real." She finished the test in 90 minutes and ultimately ended up with a "B." Unbeknownst to Collins, her sister, Shanell Brinkley-Chapman, took a picture of her while she was taking the test. Chapman snapped a photo of Collins sitting in the hospital bed with a laptop in front of her. "I didn't know that she took the picture until after I gave birth," Collins said. "I finally looked on my phone and saw that people were 'liking' something and that [Shanell] tagged me in something. She added: [Shanell] didn't know it was going to make this big of a deal, but we see where it got us." But Collins hasn't been too preoccupied about the now-viral photo because after 20 hours of labor, she welcomed her daughter, Tyler Elise. Collins, who is currently working toward her second college degree, says motherhood "feels great." "It's one of the best feelings in the world. All of those quotes that you always hear about it, they're true," she tells PEOPLE. "I love it. Sometimes I just sit down and look at [Tyler] like, 'Wow, I really have a child now.' " The determined mother, who has an associates degree in criminal justice, expects to graduate from the university with the same major in December 2016. Ultimately, she says, she hopes to work in the field of forensic science. The single mother has set up a GoFundMe fundraising page to raise money to cover college expenses and help with caring for her daughter. http://www.people.com/article/woman-exam-labor-baby-excuse-college?xid=socialflow_facebook_peoplemag Lalasticlala This awesome!

Politics / Igbo-etiti Legislative Council Passes Bye-law To Bar Youths From Loitering by centvin008(m): 6:55pm On Nov 20, 2015 |
Enugu (Enugu State) -The Igbo Etiti Legislative Council has passed a bye-law barring youths from loitering within communities in the Local Government Area between 6 a.m. and noon. The Leader of the council, Mr Titus Ejili, said in Enugu on Friday that the law was timely and necessary to reduce crimes being committed within these early hours. Ejili said the bye-law became imperative, considering the level of crime being committed in the area. He said youths aged between 12 and 25 years come out as early as 6 a.m. and be loitering in the various bus-stops. “These youths look out for people going to their lawful businesses and in some cases, attack market women and make away with their belongings. “The legislative arm of Igbo-Etiti government finds it imperative to put a check to this ugly menace. “We have also made another law to stop those celebrating any event from blocking major roads within the council. “You know that in Igbo culture, funeral is a big ceremony that showcases the culture of our people and in most cases, people jubilate. “At such celebrations, the celebrants block major roads, cut down palm and banana trees and some other things,” Ejili said. He explained that such blockage often led to accidents and sometimes disturbed commuters plying those roads from going about their normal businesses. The leader urged the people to celebrate events in their compounds. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/igbo-etiti-legislative-council-passes-bye-law-to-bar-youths-from-loitering/ Lalasticlala |
Politics / Excellent Drainage Systems Will Make Roads Last Longer, Says NSE by centvin008(m): 5:21pm On Nov 18, 2015 |
A fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), Mrs Ibilola Amao, says the only way roads in the country can last longer is by building a good drainage system. Amao, who is a consulting engineer, stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Wednesday. She urged Nigerians to always engage professional engineers to supervise their building projects to guard against incessant building collapse in the country. “The primary thing for roads to last longer is to have excellent drainage. “If you do not have excellent drainage, the water on the surface of the roads will erode the materials you have used to construct the road. “So we need to focus more on designing and building exceptionally good drainage systems, which will take the water off the surface of the roads and will reduce the erosion. “Traditionally we’ve built a storey or two-storey, nowadays because of the cost of land people are taking three-storey, four-storey buildings and higher buildings. “The technology and the techniques and the quality control and the quality assurance required to build three-storey-and-above buildings are totally different from the very mundane artisan type mechanisms we use for single-storey buildings. “We need to use regulated engineering services, we need to get chartered engineers, and qualified engineers to not only design the structures. “But also supervise the use of the right quality of material to build these three-storey-and-above buildings.’’ http://leadership.ng/news/475734/excellent-drainage-systems-will-make-roads-last-longer-says-nse-fellow Lalasticlala

Politics / Global Oil Rises, But Oversupply Hobbles Gains by centvin008(m): 3:51pm On Nov 18, 2015 |
Global oil prices rebounded Wednesday but buying sentiment remains sluggish owing to supply glut woes and a strong dollar. At about 1245 GMT, US benchmark West Texas Intermediate for delivery in December was up 62 cents at $41.29 per barrel. Brent North Sea crude for January delivery rose 67 cents to stand at $44.24 a barrel. Traders are waiting for the release later in the day of a US Department of Energy report on commercial stockpiles in the world’s top oil consumer which is expected to show an increase and further confirm the oversupply. Another key focus is the release later Wednesday of minutes from last month’s Federal Reserve policy meeting, with dealers looking for hints on whether it will raise interest rates at its gathering next month. Speculation has mounted in recent weeks that the central bank will pull the trigger following a string of positive US economic figures. A hike would likely boost the dollar and make dollar-priced oil more expensive for those holding weaker units, depressing demand. “Strong US employment data and statements by (policy board) members crystalised markets’ expectations of a December rate hike, causing the trade-weighted dollar to rise by more than 5.0 percent,” Capital Economics said. “This sharp appreciation has weighed heavily on (commodity) prices over the past month.” Adding to the supply glut woes was a statement Tuesday by Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh that Tehran will not negotiate with OPEC over its planned 500,000 barrels per day (bpd) production hike once western sanctions are lifted. “We will not negotiate with OPEC to increase our production. We will only notify them when we adapt,” he told reporters in Tehran, referring to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries. Sanctions on Iran are expected to be lifted in early 2016 following a landmark deal in July with major powers to curb the country’s nuclear ambitions. Iran will follow its output rise with an extra one million bpd a year later, Zanganeh said. Analysts have said the excess supplies on global markets that have depressed crude prices for more than a year are likely to stretch well into 2016. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/oil-rises-but-oversupply-hobbles-gains/ Lalasticlala |

Politics / Ikpeazu To Pro-biafra Groups: Embrace Dialogue, Your Message’s Been Communicated by centvin008(m): 6:53pm On Nov 16, 2015 |
Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, has appealed on pro-Biafra groups, the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) and the Movement for the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) to discontinue their protests as their message has been well communicated and their voices heard nationally and internationally. In a statement signed by Godwin Adindu, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the Abia State Government, said the pro-Biafra groups have made their statement calling for the release of the Director of Radio Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu. The state government therefore, asked the group to give peace a chance and wait for reaction of the government. The call by government followed the peaceful protest by the separatist groups in Umuahia, the state capital today which was well checked by law enforcement agencies. It observed that though the protest has been largely peaceful in Abia State without any incident of violence, it actually disturbed the socio-economic life of the state, hence the need for the pro-Biafra groups to change strategy from street marches to peaceful negotiation with the Federal Government. The government also noted that the entire South East cannot afford another militancy and therefore urged the groups to discontinue their street marches before the situation is hijacked by troublemakers and detractors of government. Abia government also commended the security agencies for the high professionalism they exhibited in handling the protest in Abia State. The government further stated that it will continue to guarantee the freedom of association and expression by persons and groups so long as they operate within the ambit of the law and therefore appealed to the pro-Biafra groups not to conduct themselves in a manner that could lead to the breach of peace. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/ikpeazu-to-pro-biafra-groups-embrace-dialogue-your-messages-been-communicated/ Lalasticlala

Travel / U-23 National Team Escapes Plane Crash In Accra by centvin008(m): 5:22pm On Nov 15, 2015 |
The U-23 National Team delegation has arrived in The Gambia for a 10 –day training program ahead of the 2nd Africa U-23 Cup of Nations taking place in Senegal escaped plane crash in Accra. It was learnt that the ARIK Air aircraft conveying the team from Lagos lost a tyre on landing at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra. The airplane that was on ground in Accra was then deployed for the purpose of flying the team to The Gambia, but that also lost an engine on take –off and the pilot had to make a quick return. However, ARIK provided another aircraft that flew the delegation to The Gambia through Dakar. Before departing the shores of the country on Sunday morning, NFF 2nd Vice President/LMC chairman, Shehu Dikko, charged the players and their officials to do the nationl proud at the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations, where Africa’s flagbearers to the men’s football tournament of next year’s Olympics will emerge. Pledging that the NFF would ensure a comfortable stay for the team in The Gambia and the championship in Senegal, Dikko charged the team to put Nigeria first and ensure qualification for the Olympics taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ext year summer. “Some of the challenges you guys are facing now is as a result of some changes in the financial regulations in the country, but in a little time, we will be able to resolve all that and your welfare and comfort will be priority.” Although he regretted that many of the players from the NPFL would not be taking part in the last games of the season, Dikko urged them to consider it as part of the sacrifice they haves to make for the nation. “In times like this, all of us must make sacrifices, I know most of you here would love to play for your clubs, but the reality is that it will not be possible as this is national duty you guys are involved in and as such we must put the nation first.” Responding, Coach Samson Siasia thanked the NFF for sending a top member of the executive to see the team off, assuring that they would not be deterred by any difficulty they are going through right now, and that the team is poised to pick an Olympic ticket for the country. Meanwhile, Coach Siasia has wielded the big stick by dropping Kingsley Sokari, Nzube Anaezemba and Daniel Etor for what he termed indiscipline. Siasia said the players were sent packing after they requested to leave the camp to go for their Club’s (Enyimba) last NPFL game of the season against Sunshine Stars in Lagos, even after he (Siasia) had told all the players they could not leave camp. “I feel bad in taking this decision, but discipline must be maintained for us to achieve success in Senegal. All players in camp were told not to leave camp as the team would be traveling this weekend to The Gambia for pre –Championship training, only for these three players to come and ask to be allowed to go play for their club as they wanted to be part of the victory parade. I had no option but to allow them leave and also in the process, leave them out of the team.” Siasia then wished them well in their pursuit of club glory, while urging them to wish the national team well. FIFA U-17 World Cup record goalscorer, Victor Osihmen, who was invited alongside three of his victorious team -mates, joined up with the U-23 team to The Gambia. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/u-23-national-team-escapes-plane-crash-in-accra/ 1 Like |
Politics / Treasury Single Account Is A Fraud, Says Fayose by centvin008(m): 3:08pm On Nov 15, 2015 |
Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state on Sunday declared he was not attending the meeting called by the Federal Government with state governors on the Treasury Single Account, TSA. Fayose said his decision stems from his belief that the Ekiti state government was not interested in the TSA policy introduced by President Muhammadu Buhari, which, according to him, is a fraud against Nigeria and its people. The governor said this in a press statement issued by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka. Fayose asked the Federal Government to rather remove the veil on the face of REMITA, the alleged firm handling the TSA contract, “so that Nigerians can know the real owners, through whom the All Progressives Congress (APC) is siphoning Nigeria money to fund Kogi and Bayelsa states governorship election.” “From all intent and purposes, this TSA policy is aimed at recouping money spent on the last general elections by the APC, as well as raise money for future elections, especially the Kogi and Bayelsa States gubernatorial poll. “It is also meant to enrich some individuals for doing virtually nothing and that can be seen from the discovery of N25 billion that already accrued to just a single company in one month! “How can the Federal Government justify a transaction in which a single company gets one percent, amounting to N25 billion in one month? “In this economic situation that Nigeria is, shouldn’t the one percent commission have been negotiated downward to like 0.1 percent which would have reduced the N25 billion to N2.5 billion? Even manufacturing companies, with thousands of employees don’t make N25 billion profit in one month. “Therefore, what Nigerians are expecting from the Federal Government is explanation on the alleged N25 billion scam already associated with the operation of the TSA, instead of calling state governors to a meeting that is aimed at imposing the TSA policy on the states.” Governor Fayose said the Federal Government cannot force its policies on states that are federating units in the Nigeria federation. “Ekiti State is entitled to its own policies and it is not under any obligation to accept Federal Government policies, especially the TSA that is already robed in the garment of fraud. “I therefore wish to state categorically that Ekiti State is not interested in the TSA policy and since the State is not interested, I, as the custodian of the popular mandate of the entire people of the state will not attend any meeting called by the Federal Government on the TSA,” he said. But a recent report which supposedly emanated from the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, may have rubbished Fayose’s belief as it was stated that the parent body of REMITA had existed for about 20 years while REMITA, which is not even a company, has been in existence for about 10 years. The report also showed that REMITA is not solely entitled to the one percent. Other participating banks are to share from the amount. http://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2015/11/15/buharis-treasury-single-account-is-a-fraud-says-fayose/ Lalasticlala 26 Likes 1 Share

Sports / Nigerians Want Eaglets Rewarded With Cash by centvin008(m): 6:17pm On Nov 12, 2015 |
The Eaglets won the FIFA Under 17 world cup last Sunday in Chile which was the fifth time Nigeria was winning the youth tournament. A cross section of Nigerians wants the victorious U-17 Golden Eaglets to be rewarded by the federal government. The Eaglets won the FIFA Under 17 world cup last Sunday in Chile which was the fifth time Nigeria was winning the youth tournament. Expressing their views on Twitter, some Nigerians called on President Muhammadu Buhari to reward the Golden Eaglets in cash. Twitter user @TheMidasMicheal feels the Eaglets deserve monetary rewards; "the golden Eaglets deserve monetary rewards with some part of it invested in stocks for future and continuous grooming to senior level," he said. Another tweet by @dawisu thinks because of the current economic crisis, it might not be wise giving cash to the eaglets; "Baba (PMB) won't give cash, but it should be both ways, cash and fixed assets," he tweeted. For @MustapherSaeed; "the best way to reward the Eaglets is by upgrading some of them to play in the senior national team." President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday said he will fulfil the promise he made to the 1985 set of the Golden Eaglets. The team had in 1985 become the first to win the Under-17 World Cup. The position of Buhari was contained in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said he was disappointed by state governments who failed to carry out a directive he handed over to them during his military leadership. http://www.dailytrust.com.ng/news/sports/nigerians-want-eaglets-rewarded-with-cash/119116.html Lalasticlala 2 Likes
