Did I say I am the only one?

Yes, you can vehemently disagree for Martins invitation, the same way people vehemently disagreed the invitation of Joel Obi siting it will disrupt team spirit and team cohesion but from what we are hearing from the camp there is nothing like that, their insinuation is void and nulled.

Why can Aluko get invitation?
No be say I no like the guy o... In fact, coaches have not been fair to him but the chances of Sone Aluko getting an invite is non-existent...

Hehehehe! grin

There was alot of resistance here at the mention of Joel Obi by my humble self and notable Mickael2 and distinguish Komekn.

Now, who takes the glory? grin

Don't forget we are still saying bring back Sone Aluko and Obafemi Martins.
If it's Joel Obi, you weren't the only one who clamoured for his invitation. As for Martins, I'll vehemently disagree that he'd be invited... Aluko no fit even get invite sef.

sometimes you need team bond and spirit to make things happen in a tourney like the world cup.....not necessarily just talents...
when there is team spirit and good relationships amongst players....it makes for a good play on the field...
One of those boys will be dropped for Elderson but I really don't see him as a starter in Russia...

Mickael2:
Factually a good tackle CAN NEVER prevent a good interception . I mean if you intercept the ball even before the player gets the pass then what's the essence of a tackle? It's only when you fail to intercept a pass that you depend on your ability to tackle outrightly. Also consider the fact that when a player makes a forward pass, he immediately starts moving in an attacking sense, now if he passes the ball for a one-two for example and you intercept it, the said player would have been making a run to go and get a reverse pass and this provides an open channel for you to exploit. But when a player is comfortably on the ball and is approaching you one on one, his teammates would be settled in their position looking out for loss of possession.

Now don't get this whole thing wrong Sir, of course tackles are important since interceptions won't always work. But Busquets is not a tackling god, he excels in interceptions and that's what makes him the best at what he does. Mikel too when he was a DMF was not exactly a tackling machine, he effectively plugged spaces and won back possession without making any tackle. Then you come back to what we have here, Ndidi-Onazi combo does not exactly work because both are more concerned with tackles instead of plugging spaces and making clean interceptions. Now I just gave you practical applications of the theories I just propounded and we know that when a theoritical dysfunction(such as non-disjunction or Trisomy 21) leads to a clinical disease(in this case Down's Syndrome) then it should be taken serious.
Well, as per the bold, I'd say it depends on which comes first.

the only reason I believed this is because of what you guys said. I did not watch the game , so, how can I start saying what I don't know?

I was led to believe he was at fault, by what i read, not what i saw, so, I cannot talk as if I know anything.

And the same way you owe no in anything., that is how KC's fans are. Nobody owes anybody anything here, so, if they want to be blind supporters, no wahala.

Las las, even you, mentioned that KC made a bad pass, but you didn't exaggerate it the way Dede did, so, why you would support such a strongly-worded writing against KC's supporters is beyond me. Nobody exonerated Kelechi totally, so, why did he come here, vituperating as if someone said Kelechi's pass was Pirlo-esque

We have been on this for over two years and nobody has changed. We still know who is talking by their words, so, why don't we all stop instigating each other by accusing people of over loving a player undecided

It is starting to look like some people just say stuff to get at others
Like when someone just felt like he has to be anti Nacho because of the Nacho lovers. It's really annoying how cats are always trying to put down this boys. All players do not possess all attributes but these boys must be always perfect according to wetin I dey see here... One error or dip in form and they begin to make it look as though the boys have been sh!t their whole career.
Na when you get class today?

Mickael2:
Tackles truly don't win titles, you can argue that interceptions do but definetly not tackles. The blocks were exactly that, blocks and not tackles. When you intercept a pass before it gets to the player, you have a quicker possibility of a counter attack, but tackles, that's another thing. Anyways all these things are important thoug
For God sake, how do tackles not win championship. If an argument can be made for interceptions, then why not tackles. A good tackle would have prevented a good interception. It also returns possession to your team to do whatever you like with the ball... Though na scores we dey count at the end of the game but all these contributes to the final scoreline at the end of the day jo.

Nosa was poor in the Afcon jo... Though our bench was poor, I still wouldn't blame Keshi.
