Yea, the only way to avoid addiction is take it once in a while. If one takes it everyday, the body will become used to it and the effect of the drug would reduce, prompting you to increase the dosage in order to get the desired result.... And then.....
Anyway, modesty is key, just like you said.

That's not true. One can easily get addicted to it, and when you do, you start increasing the dosage with time, which has some severe side effects.... Might damage some organs (like the liver), leads to seisures, vomiting etc... And very irritating withdrawal symptoms.
I'm speaking from experience though( both mine and some others).

Thank God I'm now gainfully employed. People would almost make you commit suicide when you're broke.
