Of course not. None of them men who have condoned slapping this woman for picking up his call are men's men. It's an outdated form of punishment. |

Cristalz: @Queenisha Yep,i'm just a child grandma
Seems you will never understand my point. No woman should accept being treated like a stubborn cow when she doesn't deserve it. A woman should have her pride and self-esteem. She should also treat a man right. When he takes her for granted, she shouldn't take it in silence.
But a woman whoz just evil should have Nemesis visit her big time. If it burns y'all that i think this way, complain to your kids.
As ancient as you all are it beats my imagination how y'all still think every woman is a jewel. Pity. For all your 'experience', y'all are the ones talking like over-grown babies.
note here that not a single one of you answered my question on how a woman who physically abuses a child or slaps her husband's brother for being late for an appointment should be treated. Cristalz when does she deserve it? Where do you begin to draw the line? |
Romance › Re: Yes I Slap Her: by CH3COO(m): 9:24pm On Jul 18, 2008 |
Even if she hits you first, it's not always the best idea to hit her back. A responsible man must be in control and should be able to restrict his hostility if need be. If in the act of hitting her back you kill her, do you think we the jury, the prosecutor, and the judge will find you innocent? Two wrongs don't make a right. |
Romance › Re: Yes I Slap Her: by CH3COO(m): 9:12pm On Jul 18, 2008 |
Cristalz: Lol. I'm not married. . .still too early for that.
I just happen to have been around some really nasty women this side of planet Earth. Lemme ask you, a woman who physically abuses a child or slaps her husband's younger brother for coming over to the house @ 4 instead of 3. . . .what would you do to her? Hug her and say ''honey please just take it easy''?
Another thing Queenisha,Omoge,Busta and co are missing here is that i never said 'take a woman and make her your regular punching bag'. For once, read with unbiased eyes.Your views are sensible and right, but try see it from another point of view besides your own. A woman that behaves deplorably should be embraced? Given the red carpet treatment? My being a woman will not make me condone inhumane behavior from my fellow women. I am in support of the royal treatment for women who are real women, who know how to comport themselves and who, when they make mistakes, make sensible ones. Men who disrespect such women should be hanged. But there are always two sides to a coin. Just as some women are the real deal, some are just excuses for the word. Its those i believe ned discipline.
Heck,if society,be it Nigerian,American,British, whatever, believed seriously erring women should not be touched, why do they still send such women to prison where they get flogged, raped and given hard labor? Be realistic here pleaze! you aren't married? that's good news for doyin, debosky, and co. you can be used as a substitute for anger management. The message you're missing is, it's not okay for a woman or a man to hit one another. your relationship should be built on a solid rock of respect. If she hits him she can expect his instincts to cause him to hit her back. She begged for it. If he hits her for punishment or discipline and you're saying it's okay, then you need your brain seriously examined. A woman that misbehaves deplorably can be disciplined effectively without punches. |

doyin13: What I do not understand about this domestic violence thingy is where we draw the line.
What if in the delirium of sexual intercourse, a guy is moved to slap his woman to stop her from moaning too loud. . . . . Lol. Don't you think slapping her would make her scream louder. |

Cristalz: @CH3COO et al.
I'm a pity to women folk for being objective?
Honest to God,i think y'all have never come across some really wicked women in this life. Women who make you want to run to the devil's house and hide. Just a pity that you all believe all women are made of gold and roses. Not all women are so wonderful.
As for my future daughters,i will bring them up so well that men will have no choice but to treat them like queens. A woman's behavior is everything. She should be gentle but not stupid. She should be smart but not loud and aggressive. She should be tactful and sensible. When a woman behaves like a woman should, even her man knows she holds the power and just lets him think he does. When a woman behaves like this and her man still hits her, then he should be shot in the knee cap.
But when a woman behaves like a trashy mamba, heck, she should be called to order in the most reasonable way her man thinks best. Any man that's been with a bad,as in,b-a-d woman will understand my point. And any girl thats been around one will too. All of you who've had everything smooth and easy all their lives with other human beings will never get it.
Call me whatever you will, but it aint going to change facts. There's nothing objective about promoting abuse as a viable option of punishing a defenseless adult. She's not your "dummy" for kickboxing exercises. Sisikill: S & M, eh?
Oh la la. lols at S and M |

sistawoman: Some women maybe speaking hypothetically when they speak here but i can speak from knowledge the first and only man to ever put his hands on me got a first class ticket to City Jail and a domestic violence record to follow him for the rest of his fucking life.
So that is what i will do to a man that hits me. that's what he gets. |
Romance › Re: Yes I Slap Her: by CH3COO(m): 8:30pm On Jul 18, 2008 |
debosky: abeg sharrap jare acid
men and women are equal, so why should slapping a woman get you in jail if slapping a man won't get a woman in jail?
This is INJUSTICE!
I repeat, if you go into the deal knowing the score, and you go against the laid down procedure, then it is inevitable that the cause and effect principle will come into play. Bottom line - do not commit offences with the punishment of slapping.
If you don't like being slapped, do not offend, or better yet, refrain from dating a man that does.
and these women always talking about slicing things, them no get things wey knife fit cut? I'm not advocating violence, but if you slice someone's abunna off for slapping you, then in all likelyhood the man messed up - he should have drop-kicked your ass to pre-empt that. debo most men are physically superior in strength to women. You can present one hundred pages of outlined scenarios to a judge and none of them would fly, unless in a thirld-world environment like Nigeria. The only possible scenario I can justify of any man laying his hands abusively on a woman is when attempting to restrain a ballsistic woman or in self defense. Provocation or punishment is not an excuse . . . picking up his call might be considered enough provocation to hit a woman by one man, while not making dinner might be provocative to another. I only see myself hitting a woman on a daily basis if it's a light playful smack on her butt. I can also see myself shaking the living day lights out of her. Beating on women like stubborn animals is cowardly. I would hate to see a woman abused in front of me. |

SeanT21: Maybe they just do not want him in their country. So because he is the president of Nigeria they should bend down and kiss his feet. Not all president are welcomed in foreign countries. Just because he is a Nigerian does not make it a big deal. Where are all the Nigerians that live in London? Where were they when he visited? Why did the Nigerians that live in London not welcome him?
