AgricultureRe: Our Cocoa Will Soon Get Stock Market Pricing — Mimiko by Change2015(m): 7:16pm On Oct 18, 2015
davide470:
What he was trying to say is, Cocoa would be a commodity being traded with the likes of Oil, Gold, Sugar et al and the price would be determined by the International Market.

He didn't say it well.
Cocoa has long been quoted on the international commodities market and Ghana/Ivory Coast remain the reference price for quality West African production.

Dapaboy:
This article doesn't make sense.
Is it that cocoa will be floated on the stock exchange or a company that grows cocoa or a company that process cocoa will be floated on the stock exchange.

Somebody please explain.

Anyway high tech agriculture is the key
Lol. My sentiments exactly. Cocoa is already quoted on the international commodities market.

Buhari dares not eat soap and bath with bullion!

The only reason we are with Buhari is because of Tinubu. The president has nothing without Jagaban!
You can count me out of that. Buhari’s reputation is what gave us victory, and not once has he ever asked his supporters to vote pdp because of some backdoor deal. We need more principled people in politics.

The witnesses testified to the truth as they observed it, and I'm sorry to say but Wike should just go and prepare for a fair rerun. The witnesses have been very contradictory and even inec staff were showing utter ignorance of the process. Coupled with the violence and thumbprinting, Rivers and Akwa Ibom should just get ready. The evidence shows what happened in both states was a farce.

Buhari's visit isn't the reason Madueke's is held under the UK's NCA... Madueke case was under investigation since 2013.... So shut it...

Buhari visits, covers a lot of money... Why then is he claiming that GEJ left nothing for him?

Buhari visits isn't yielding any result... Coz one of his shameful visits where he was purportedly absent at the discourse over the displaced citizens and tactical issues to handle Boko haram ... Is not yielding any good thing.

Asking me to list what GEJ did...is like asking me to tell you GEJ's full name... You're a not politically sound.....
Abeg! The reason they are moving against her is because they know they will receive full cooperation from the new president, unlike the efulefu she had covered with her wrapper. Even Patience is celebrating the news and you are here giving us your analog bs. Chai.

If you, your extended family & friends are lawless and have a culture of impunity, please speak for yourself. Ok huh

Mass education is the way to change orientation and culture of EVERYONE towards a Law & Order society anchored on the EQUITY of all citizens before the courts & law enforcement agents, not the scapegoat mentality of DickTATOR Buhari that leaves out his utterly lawless & CORRUPT campaign sponsors, friends & relations. Not so huh

Meanwhile Buhari's record on this needed EDUCATION throughout his life as a public servant is total & complete FAILURE.

It's not about what the Witnesses said. They are meant to stick to a certain line of story. They have to satisfy their pay master. The major question you should be answering is "What happened during the cross examination?" where they able to respond? Your news should include that.
Abi. They have been failing miserably under cross examination and we are looking forward to a rerun. Less than 300k accredited for the governorship election but 1.4mill voted. It is time inec staff start being prosecuted for false testimony and election fraud.

PoliticsRe: I Received The Greatest Embarassment Of My Life Recently by Change2015(m): 10:27pm On Sep 28, 2015
ayokellany:
One of the greatest problem Nigeria is facing today which is greatly exploited by both military and democratic leaders is the division among the ethnic nationalities. A critical look at the problem of this country varies from corruption nepotism illiteracy and many more but these problems are not synonymous to only Nigeria. In fact nearly every country in the world is grappling with one problem or the other.

What make Nigeria problem unique is the varying need of the ethnic tribes. I happened to have travelled to the East North n live in the West. One problem which appear insignificant but is an essential determinant to a successful revolution which I believe is the only way forward is the divergent wants/needs of each tribe.

What the Hausa want is not what the Yoruba, Igbo Desire. What's needed in the SS in not what the NC SW or NE needs. Until there's unity of purpose among the masses from the North East South n West Enough to force a revolution the Politicians will continue to act oblivious to those want but would campaign on it during election to earn vote.
Sorry to say but you are mostly wrong. The main problem we have is that we are too small minded, and very ignorant as a people. We go to other countries and their orderliness shocks and scares us so much that we breath a sigh of relief when we return. What values do we have? In every corner we are ashamed to stand up to crooks and the corrupt, not if it costs us five whole minutes. We are always in a rush to get nowhere, always looking for shortcuts, seldom happy to think of the public good, act with true charity and not pity, or give or receive without envy or bitterness.
Consider these simple things, our local authorities have no interest in preserving the pavements for pedestrians when it can be used for additional parking. We allow private residences that have only 6 parking spaces to be used as banks or supermarkets, and if there are five easily accessible public toilets in your local government, that is extremely exceptional. We have nurses with no inclination to nurse and teachers without gift or ability. But we all believe in 'salary' come hell or high water.

And yet if we simply had consideration for each other, good roads, education (in a true broad sense), affordable housing, regular electricity... Is there a tribe that hates any of these things? Most other nations developed by different people recognising the public good and working towards that... But in all our 'smartness' we have managed to destroy every positive impression of the country, earn a reputation for dishonesty, and are so intellectually lazy that even though we have decimated and plundered our local communities, we still have the nerve to blame ethnic division for our circumstances.

It is sad to see that not one responder has been able to give an intelligent response as to why the op's argument is'wrong'. Just as I expected, and while the the reasoning is a little simplistic, it is certifiably true that the biafra fantasy is built on bigotry and ill-educated opinion. Why go so far to find an example? Look at the apc government and it's different factions, United by little more than the aim of replacing a wretched situation under Jonathan, they are now at war with each other over the spoils of victory.

Buhari is still trying to figure what governance entails ... but while at it, he expects the propaganda that brought him to office to sustain him for a while.

But he totally forgot that Nigerians are very impatient people... and adding the widespread hunger and economic downturn under his administration and you clearly see the bleak future.
It is your impatience and lack of perspective that aids corruption in Nigeria. If all the nonsense about transformation agenda was true, why should you be suffering anything.? Someone steals from you and you think we should just move on? It is important that Buhari creates a climate where corruption is not acceptable and has immediate consequences. And then money is not to be spent until there is a viable plan and expectation of a return on investment. For the first time in a long time the country is heading in a positive direction, and I do not miss Jonathan who did not even have control of his own drinking or oil minister!

Apart from Femi Falana and Pat Utomi, the rest are white-washed sepulchres full of rotten bones. If this is all Buhari can offer after keeping the country waiting for so many months for his supposed 'angels', then I think the future is not so bright with this government. I was thinking he'd replicate what he did with the SGF and Chief of staff appointmens by appointing people without any corruption allegations hanging on their necks.

So Obj is no longer the compass of the APC' cruise ship? Tinubu wants to appoint everything in the south west, including cockroaches that hide in people's closets.

Keyamo, Fayemi and all the' wish-thinker' politicians...ohoi! What happened to Buhari's ally in Rivers state? The old prof(I have forgotten his name)

The reality is that Biafrans don't want to share a country with the Arewa-odua people.

This has been the reality since 1966 till date. It's a sign of gross ignorance of history to insinuate that the Biafrans demand for independent existence outside the Nigerian state is tied to GEJ fate in Nigeria.

MASSOB had been active many years before GEJ emergence, IPOB and radio Biafra has been there before GEJ loss.

In the end, what matters is that Biafra must come.
Massob that ended up supporting pdp election delay tactics, just like opc and yet you think they have principles? Was it not money Jonathan was passing around that threw ohaneze into confusion? Now even professor Ben Nwabueze, a renowned constitutional lawyer has faded into irrelevance because he too joined the pathetic Jonathan train. Already your kanu is fighting many of his colleagues and former colleagues and there are many allegations of financial fraud and sexual scandals. I guess all this is meant to impress yeah? And as for the constant yoruba and hausa bashing, I come from a Nigerian minority and you think this kind of open display of ethnic hatred is a good marketing tool? I will tell you this for free, there are many delta ibos I have familial ties to and none parrots this biafra nonsense, much the same as the south south have no interest. Go persuade your own people, but don't be so stupid as to imagine that any referendum on separation will be held on a tribal basis.

I was talking about someone I know personally who expressed that opinion about GEJ to me. As for all this nonsense, you cannot even claim to have persuaded 20% of your own people so if you don't even have a sensible road map or argument (devoid of the usual vituperations) what else is there?
The east right now shows little talent for national politics and is also suffering the endemic poor governance afflicting most of Nigeria. But you assume that the character of the people there will undergo a miraculous transformation once the place is called biafra? Lol. Riiight!
