Good day everyone. I want to start a project and I want to ask engineers in the house if 8M can build a 3 bedroom flat. Please I need advice because I am thinking of relocating with it.

My client, who is also a very active member of this thread built this design of ours with about 9-10M @ Benin.
A two bedroom flat.

Essentially, when planning with a budget, it begins with a Tailored Design/plan. (A 3m x 3m room will cost less to build than a 4m x 3.6 room).

Tie Chain beam.

For stability and column slenderness we introduced tie beam.

The main function of the tie-beam is to act as a length breaker for the wall/column and reduce slenderness ratio.

Thanks boss.
Its actually ignorance.there are so many things that can go wrong in the kitchen.
And I also see some people placing DBs in escape stairwell (bad engineering practice)

A lot can go wrong if fixed in the kitchen

To me distribution board should not be installed anywhere, where there is a tendency of getting in contact with water or vapor

Distribution boards should not be installed around a fixed cooking appliance because of the heat it generates

Is it a case of not working with an electrical drawing or Ignorance?
