Why not the Minister of State for Petroluem? If that one can't answer then nothing stops them from inviting the Minister of Petroluem....!!! |
Audu, it was gathered started vomiting blood shortly after casting his vote on Saturday and sharing a meal with the APC National Leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lokoja. Audu eventually passed on at about 6 am on Saturday morning while election results were being collated..... When did he cast his vote? Accreditation started at about 8am on Saturday, he casted his vote at about 12noon and then passped on again at about 6am same Saturday...!!! What contraction...!!! Anyway, this is Niaja where anything is possible...!!! |
See talk, not all men are dumb NAIf the man had the confirmation why didn't he present it there and then? The woman has a point; the man could be using that as accuse to dissolve the marriage. This does not absorb her though...!!! I like the unbiased judgment of the Magistrate People condemning the poor lady unjustly. The next adjoined date will reveal the truth. |
After all the noise, APC government has hit the ground stranded. I thought the Minister of State for Petroleum ordered DPR to give out for free PMS that are being hoarded by Filling Stations? Pls who has benefitted from such ‘Christmas’ gift? Fuel Stations are comfortably and currently selling at N170 in Port Harcourt as though there are no regulatory agencies |
Truth24:Really? Then you must be arrested asap for questioning |
okomogo:What could be more official then than now? Announced or unannounced, bottom line is price of PMS is N150 - N160/litre and Nigerians are suffering...!!! Scarcity means some officials aren't doing what they are supposed to do and Nigerians are paying for their laxity |
Mogidi:Exactly...!! |
Fellow Nigerians, recall that in 2012 when the price of PMS skyrocketed from N85/litre to N141/litre due to the removal of fuel Subsidy by the then administration of GEJ, the Save Nigeria Group (SNG) mobilized Nigerians from all works of life to 'Occupy Nigeria' until the price was reduced to N97/litre. From North to South, East to West, the streets were taken over by citizens protesting the hike and for once in a long time, we spoke with one voice. Today, we are currently buying PMS at N150/litre and it is both shocking and annoying that the conveners of the same SNG (the likes of Prof. Wole Soyinka, Pastor Tunde Bakare etc) are silent. So, what has changed? What has happened to civil protest to push the Federal Government into action on the current suffering of Nigerians? What has happened to ‘Occupy Nigeria’ once again? After all the mission of the SNG from their website http://savenigeriagroup.com says it all but now on the reverse

Someone I know called this Sunday morning 8/11/2015 to report a very serious issue of violence against a pregnant woman. Her husband broke a bottle of beer on her head few days to her delivery during a minor argument; she falls down in shock, fainted and was rushed to the hospital by neighbors not even the husband (who wasn’t even drunk as at the time). She was revived and had the wound on her head stitched. Husband threatens more harm if she ever mentions the incident to anyone. Few days later, she was in labor pain and went to the hospital for delivery; baby comes out dead and mother's life at risk due to continuous internal bleeding and discharge of blood complications. Husband still threatens no one must know about it and he goes about telling sympathizers that baby died due to complications bla bla bla ….!!! Woman's mother comes to stay with her after hearing of the loss and woman wakes mom up deep in the night when husband was fast asleep to disclose what had happened couple of days back and how husband had threatened she must not disclose. Mother and daughter are not sure the next step to take. Should they report the matter to the Police and get the husband arrested? Should they get a Lawyer? What should she do that would not ruin her marriage or cause more harm? She is 100% certain her brothers will take laws into their hands by becoming extra violent in retaliation if they hear this and only God knows where that may take everybody to. Should she just allow the sleeping dog lie? |

News reaching us has it that the Special Adviser on Media and spokesman of the Rivers State Governor, Mr. Opunabo Inko-Tariah has resigned from the Administration of Gov. Wike. He claimed that during his four months as the Media Aid, his offices was starved of funds and the Governor always rejects his Professional Advise...!!! More details shortly |
IyaIode:That's my point, National Security shouldn't be politicized. If the DSS has anything incriminating they should follow due process and not creat an 'he must go down by hook or by crook' impression. |
Just thinking aloud...!!! Are they becoming too Political lately? After reading the Press Release by the DSS on the alleged siege of the residence of the Ex- NSA Sambo Dasuki by security operative today, https://www.nairaland.com/2716511/dansuki-house-arrest-dss-releases I just wondered to myself, shouldn't the DSS just apply to INEC to be registered as a Political Party instead? |
I agree with OBJ on this, but I still think OBJ wouldn't have practiced what he preaches here....!!! Meanwhile hope Saraki gets a refund from his Lawyers after they abandoned him at the Tribunal? |

Let him be sent to jail at once, the Supreme Court will deliver judgment in favor of the CCT. He will go down in Nigerian History as the first SP to be jailed while still in office and thereafter impeached by his colleagues less than two hours later. |

Relocate him back to Nigeria? Why not send him to a rehab where he may be given the opportunity or chance of being integrated back to the society gradually? Sending him here would mean making him a prospective BH or IS member. |
Recall that in December 2014 under the Administration of GEJ, the former Lagos State Governor and current Minister Designate Babatunde Raji Fashola blasted the FG for its reluctance to adjust the pump price of PMS as the global oil prices slid further downward. Fashola said, “Now we should be enjoying cheap fuel if the price of oil has dropped globally. Even as we import the product, a major component has reduced in price and while this has reduced, the pump price of fuel in the country still remains the same. “Then something is wrong. If the price increases in the country when the price of oil goes up globally, then it should also reduce when the price of oil drops. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/12/oil-slump-bring-fuel-price-immediately-fashola-tells-fg-2/ Now that the APC led government which Fashola is part of is in charge of the economy, what Nigerians are expecting from them rather than complaining of how many Ministers to appoint and give portfolio to, is the immediate reduction of the Price of PMS and increase in minimum Wage. If PBM is saying he wants to cut down or merge Ministries to shape so the average Nigerian on the street would benefit directly by paying less on PMS and having increased monthly take home, we will understand but anything short of this shows APC lacks the ability to manage the country and should therefore put aside their pride and call the PDP to advice them. |
Senators Brambaifar and chief Alex ekoitenne led the defectors under the punishment of a heavy downpour back to the PDPNow rainfall has become punishment since the defection is against the APC abi? Nonsense...!!! Why not see the rain as washing off the dirty deceptive spirit of APC from them |
Looks like the camera caught some UFO in the second to the last Pic...!!! |
