So if Akpabio and co can't reposition the ministry of Niger Delta ,we should not blame Buhari but the man and his brother .If Silva can't do wonders in his new ministry we should blame him and not anybody . Rotimi Amwachi has started good work in transport ministry ,we expect him to consolidate .Trust Toyin Saraki will do her best to prove her worth in the ministry also . If she plays well they are grooming her for something greater in the nation. Congrats to all the appointed ministers
