I think reason for this delay is due to the new immigration law that is due to be out anytime soon, Critical skill takes One week from lagos before but its now take months.

My Advice to people submitting critical skill Visa, Always try to submit with Offer Of employment, and other letter listed on the checklist. This will give you more chance of getting your work visa in time.

“Ramaphosa has not been sensitive enough in their utterances which may be termed otherwise by less informed South African citizens who eventually take laws into their hands.

Why people are so keen to live in a country where they are clearly not wanted, the reality is that South Africa cannot for ever absorb surplus people from all over the continent.African countries must get their act together and cannot burden one country because of their own failures. The people flooding South Africa are not tourists but desperate poor people. African leaders hardly get the blame for the hardship they created for their own citizens. South Africa is now suddenly seen as a source of African misery on the continent.The are more people killed by marauding Fulani Herdsmen in Nigeria than those that die in the so called xenophobic attacks in South Africa.

Go to places like Hillbrow, Yeoville and Sunnyside you 'll understand what I'm saying..
