may God bless the op of this thread, please sir I am trying to invest with the little I have, and my project now is still on land level, thinking about going thru foundation to dpc, but the issue is I am not arround, and the person in charge is saying the bricklayer or engineer is charging 300k for the pegging and setting of the foundation....the project is 5 unit self contain, so I want to ask is this price to much or is it ok

Please I found out people now don't floor all the foundation during DPC, the only cover the blocks area only. What is the difference between the two.

What was done is concrete pour at the top brick as a tie. The brick may be solid or Hollow

Jug my memory is laterite filling sand Orr which sand.

Laterite ma location is Ibeju product come from outside Lagos.

Both are same but depend on the type of roofing. if modern days roof absolutely is same(Wood, roofing, parapet)
