PaChukwudi44:
grin grin I thought Awarawara was leading in 14 LGAs according to you How come he dosent want INEC to announce his victory? Lol

Please there is no restraining order on INEC as far as Rivers state election is concerned
You are getting it wrong here, the purpose of the suit is targeted at obio Akpor LGA result.

I maintain my stand that Awara will be declared winner.

You are only been carried away on sentiment but the reality is something you don't know.

Let me stop talking until Sunday results are announced.

Awara is the governor of Rivers state.
Politics › Re: Court Refuses To Stop Collation Of Rivers Election Results by Cherrybae(f): 4:28pm On Mar 20, 2019
How did court reject it please educate me. The court simply asked that other party be served to come and explain as well.

The restraining order remains valid pending the determination of the suits.

Hate has eaten into the hearts of so many persons.

I weep for some Nigerian youths.
Politics › Re: PDP Drags Justice Inyang To NJC by Cherrybae(f): 12:52pm On Mar 20, 2019
To be frank Woke will not return to power. So many forces in Rivers state against him even from his party PDP.

A lot of PDP chieftains and members are working with Amaechi to unseat wike.

I remember some of them who were at the INEC office a day after the elections

They betrayed woke but people on NL will always be shouting Amaechi

Most of the PDP members say wike is a tyrant and feels only him owns the party in Rivers.

Also in the House of Assembly SDP won some seats in Obio Akpor and Opobo Nkoro even in Ahoada, Khana

I remember one Hon Martins in Obio Akpor constituency who was defeated by an SDP candidate that hails from Rumuomsi also in obio Akpor.

PDP should be hailing the court and pray for a fresh elections in Rivers state otherwise Woke is gone.

The gang up against Woke not just an APC or Amaechi thing. It involves even PDP members

Politics › Re: INEC Server Shows Buhari Lost 2019 Election - Atiku, PDP Claim by Cherrybae(f): 10:33am On Mar 20, 2019
PDP should shut and go say this at the tribunal. A party already at the tribunal yet they keep saying one thing or the other.

If the info is even true, is it not something they use at there own advantage in court.

PDP wins it's free and fair, they lose it was rigged.

PDP leave INEC alone and face your matter at the tribunal.

INEC has assembled it's own lawyers to defend the commission at the tribunal.

Bring your claims to the tribunal and INEC will face there.

Only the jobless haters will still take PDP serious.

Ipobs over to you to wail and masturbate
Politics › Re: Biases Of INEC And Their Underhand Tactics, We Have Been Vindicated - Princewill by Cherrybae(f): 7:01am On Mar 20, 2019
Many of you don't know the implications of the court order but you tend to hail Woke here.

There is nothing to hail here, the court order not good for Woke at all

The matter may be delayed till May 29 and a sole administrator may be appointed

INEC obeyed court order against Rivers APC hence they will obey this one too.

Finally to the best of my knowledge A4C is leading, the court case now seems to me to be a delay tactics to get woke step aside and contest the election under a military sole administrator
Politics › Re: INEC Suspends Collation Of Results In Bauchi by Cherrybae(f): 4:41pm On Mar 19, 2019
This is the best decision and only option. On or before Friday the court will rule in favour of the incumbent governor as the earlier INEC decision was illegal.

The court will order a rerun based on the electoral Act.

This is a welcome development.

Stay tuned for the latest Rivers update as I see a lot of people sending tears tomorrow although there will be a rerun in Rivers state.

No,the state returnining officer outrightly canceled results from tafawa lg.there was no basis for any suspension.they should have done a rerun as earlier planned.violence from one or two lgas cant make you suspend the whole state polls.in rivers, almost the entire state was involved and there was no cancellation from any lg
I agree with you again sir. Have a pleasant day ahead

senatordave1:
The rec and collation officer did the right thing.the fault is from inec that wrongly cancelled the supplementary polls
I agree with you, since it was cancelled it's illegal for the INEC to collate the results.

What INEC would have done was to suspend the results, that way it would have been legal collating the result again and announcing it.
Politics › Re: Court Stops INEC From Collating Bauchi Governorship Election Results by Cherrybae(f): 12:42pm On Mar 19, 2019
God bless our judiciary the last hope of the common man.

Even if I'm attached with INEC, the decision to resume collation of the Tafawa Belewa LGA is illegal

The Bauchi REC and the investigation committee should be proved. I suspect they were bribed

Rerun is due for the LGA considering all that transpired that led to the cancellation.

Nigerians should learn to stand for truth irrespective of party affiliation.

Justice must be upheld.
Politics › Test Update On Rivers Governorship Election by Cherrybae(op): 3:05pm On Mar 18, 2019
I have it on good records that the candidate of the AAC is presently leading his counterpart of the PDP.

Results collated so far for 14 LGA shows clearly that the AAC is leading in 10 LGAs while the PDP won four.

Collation is ongoing for remaining LGAs as there is likely to be a rerun in six LGAs

AAC won in Abua Odual, Ahoada east, Ahoada West, Degema, Gokana, Akuku Toru, Asari Tori, Emohua, Ikwerre, , Opobo/ Nkoro

While the PDP has won in Etche, Omuma, ogu / bolo, Ogba Egbema/ Ndoni

The margin of defeat by the AAC at the moment is about 326. 112

In other not to call this a fake news, I urge the Mods and both the APC and PDP supporters here on Nairaland to see this update as a speculation as on the INEC are empowered by law to declare results.

Full collation will be completed latest 5pm on Tuesday 19th March while results will be announced on Wednesday 20th March.

Please note that Obio Akpor LGA result remains cancelled.

I had expected the PDP. Atiku and the lawyers to follow up at the court for INEC to be served the court order that making dirty statement to get public sympathy as usual

I can confirm that up till 4pm on Friday the INEC legal department has not received the court order.

PDP should wise up and stop this childish act.

I know the ipobs will still bash INEC but who cares.

A meeting with the leaders of the herdsmen should be convened immediately to avert any possible repraisal attack.

I hope that other Nigerians condemn this as well.

Babacele:
everything you have said long before now about the election has been correct; absolutely correct. Let those who know nothing about Rivers politics be making noise. Amaechi has finished Wike. While Wike was busy dancing unclad entertaining ipobs, amaechi was silently strategizing hence when the news got to Wike that even in Obiakpor he has lost badly ,he went mad as usual but his eyes go clear finally when Awara is declared the winner.
Don't mind all quoting me out of emotion. While election were almost over on Saturday, I got the hint about the results and I shared it here via a thread, all the LGA I mentioned then we're the results that later went viral.

AAC has won the election, INEC delaying based on security advice given by the military and police, they want the tension to calm down and they announce the results.

If INEC had declared the results there would have been crisis then.

I bet my life that with the results on ground, AAC has won.
