Funny post: @ OP if its a full chicken per member I will suggest U 4get and ditch the club. But if they are demanding for already processed frozen chicken in parts, then go and buy 1 & half cartons @ abt N7000,cook and prepare for them. Even if U serve them drinks along side, U won't spend upto 12k and U get ur 40k. The choice is upto U. Me thinks this ur class of club cannot add adequate value to ur growth. Won't worth ur continued association after U get ur 40k becos U sound desperate for it. Na so my uncle made me joined my LGA/towns meeting somewhere outside my region. In one of their end of year parties (which was my last attendance and decisive reason to ditch them). The chairman and other memebers kept hammering on serving one full chicken to all upto date members.They were making it look like most them can't afford to buy chicken for their families once in a while and it infuriated me. Meanwhile there was no adequate funds (then the forum was kind of broke and had to rely on equal levy from all members with some defaulters, meanwhile few of us had to make extra donations to help out) for preparing enough food and drinks for several invited guests. I and quite a few raised objections with gooood reasons thinking that the excos accepted by the way they responded. To my greatest shock & suprise on the D day,they started distributing the chickens which U must pay the minimum of N1500 b4 U collect (it was crazy,chicken,Kolanuts and wines were collected with a token, not initially discussed general; me using money collect wetin I paid for?). At the end there was not enough food and drinks to go round especially to some invited guests. I felt stupid (if not that the man that took me to their first gathering is not very respectable to me nothing on earth would have made me associate with them). I even begged b4 2nd bottle of small 17:59 reach me, imagine after contributing 3k and giving extra 3k from my charity. Some forums, associations or clubs don't really worth it. Funny enough they have not stopped calling me on fone since Jan 2012. Good riddance!! Sorry for the epistle.

If the NFF is not giving them what they were promised, then they shud not accept. Did they officials slash their own pay? Our politicians are looting by the seconds and some fools here are talking rubbish. Even NASS members going on recess goes with huge allowances just to go and rest ooooooh. Ok now, even the president may not be PATROTIC enough to cut his pay.

Rochas is just doing abrakadabra in Imo state. Am really disappointed. He's just like Udenwa, ohakim. Gov Mbakwe finished all the work in Owr munincipal and environs, why are these new generation Governors kept on recycling and renovating Owerri main town while there are severall linking roads to some major LGAs that needs serious attention. Towns in Owerri North and West are suffering to connect from home to state capital.several promises yet to be fulfilled. Its quite disheartening. Just used pouring of laterite to do people poopi like all the roads will be done in a flash. Not even to mention other aspect of infrastructura dev. Its over two years now, before you know it another two is gone! I still give to Gov Mimiko of Ondo state,I have spent 4 yrs in that state now and have been in almost all the local Govt Area. There's no place U won't see a significant mark left by his govt. I his 1st two years, he was able to do what Agagu couldn't do in 6 yrs. Good evening guys, hope you all have a nice weekend rest. This exactly 2 weeks after the DSSC/SSC screening. The final list of NAF was out after about 3 weeks after screening exercise.

Who knows, same period of compilation for final list may apply to that of Army. Invariablly we may be seeing the final list of successful appliacnts come next weekend or before 15th of Aug. Wishing all NLanders who faced the board the best of luck. As for me, God don guarantee my name inside am (I don find trouble this night). Lol.

You do not need a soothsayer to believe the story. Davido just get small talent and his head swells like he's on top of the world. He apparently has violent features,his dance steps and his garagara body moves shows that, even the way he opens his mouth while singing depicts some level of uncontrollable temperament. Unlike Wizkid and some other new young artists, who sings and dance gracefully, we don't get to hear nasty stories about them often.

Good morning Guys, Calabaman and all those who were screend out on Medical grounds or other reasons, pls take heart, be strong and repackage ur selves for future (either in the Army or other ventures).

I faced the board yesterday and am preparing to leave 2nd division this morning. Everything went well, its only God that gives the grace required for success. Am sure God's Grace is upon me and other members of this family who saw the board. We will be shortlisted n the final list and will be commissioned come 1st qtr of 2013 IJN. 16 pple saw the board in my state (the highest all tru), you can see the competetion was crazy. Your continous prayers is needed.

Other states will continue to see the board today.

Like Emrino said, its usually random questions, maybe one or two from ur field. But it could be anything.

Generally, it was an eye opening experience, tough, rough, a minor clue to what shud be expected in the 6 months camping.

Gud morning guys. We waited @ d parade grd till 12:15am earlier this morning for the Medical result/eviction but no show. We marched down 4km back to the hostel btw 12:20am to 1am. We are out again on the parade ground after 2:30min sleep.

After breakfast, follows Medical/eviction, then aptitude test. Later psycoanalysis test.

3.2km will around 5pm later today.
Obstacle crossing tomorrow morning then some rest.

From Monday will come facing the panal for the Orals.

Guys, sometin happened on Thursday. After credential screening on Mon & Tue, over 150 candidates were sent home on Wednesday for one erring reason or the other. But over half of the # sent home were called back same wednesday and thurday, rescreened and sent to do medicals. They are waiting with us currently for the next eviction. Let me also tell U guys that some states were over 35 in camp, while some were less than 20. Yyou know the Naija thing.

Lotta shit has been going on. We go talk in details later.

As at the moment 6:00pm, we are all seated on the field of the open stadium selection centre waiting other members of the board for Medical result and eviction. Almost everyone is tensed up.

Successful candidates will do the 3.2km race for 18 mins. Just another huddle for next stage and eviction.

Gud morning guys, it is one day count down for those going to Markudi and Ibadan camps. Good luck to all of us. May God Almighty lead us safely from our various locations to our destinations, Amen. I also pray for God's guidance and success upon completion of the 2 weeks exercise.

Please those with past experience, is there usaully an order or sequence with which the diff exercises/tests are conducted. If so which 1 is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd ect?.

For instance; Medicals,race,written and so on?

2ndly is there any form of TIME TABLE showing type of activity,day & time for every activity?

Even if you want it doctored, them go still decode when they do their own. Will consult more to know exactly what is required of us.

Pls those that have experience, info and contact in the force shud help us clarify this MEDICAL REPORT bruhaha.

Pls elaborate the ones that are carried out in the camp and the ones that are pardonable if not included in the Med report presented by applicant.

Some senseless ones may think its a sign of weakness. Its not bad to care for ur woman in this way if its part of your way of caring for ur woman. But never let her take advantage of it. Ie it should not be a routine or tradition rather an occassional act. However it is very very impt to always be the man. You must stand ur ground and take control as a man shud in any standard r/ship.
