Cornelius was not an isrealite bro what are you even saying read Acts CHAPTER 10 however He had fear of God and was devout to God which God saw and still brought the gospel of Jesus Christ to Him through apostle Peter. Recall that we are talking of the same God who announced in Deuteronomy 32 vs 1 - 9 that Israel is His only inheritance in the land of men meaning God's plan revolves around and is carried out on Israel and only Israel.
