When you refine crude, Diesel and petrol must come out,
it's just that diesel is distilled first before petrol.
We are almost there, let's just exercise patience.

Wakanda question is this? Most haulage vehicles use diesel and haulage cost is a critical component in determining final prices of goods and agricultural products. So it greatly concerns the common man o.
BTW I'm sure petrol will follow shortly.

You could register, then wait 60 days (so you can get auth code - needed when transferring the domain to your prospective buyer).

tldes.com/com - is a nice place to track some of these registry services.

If they are an ICAAN accredited service provider - you have nothing to worry about.

However what I need clarification for is this: is it ethically or legally wrong to buy a bank in distress if you are the CBN Governor, assuming you plan to follow due process?

It is ethically wrong. It is like a referee officiating a match in which he has a (potential) stake in one of the teams.
The other team will always cry foul, understandably.
