I know so many people are battling with weight issues. I decided to share these pictures to motivate others no to give up. I used to weight 110kg, i wasn't happy cos to get fitted clothes is a problem. I tried using some drugs to lose the weight but it wasn't helping. I was just too lazy to exercise or diet cos i love food so much.

Then something happened that triggered my determination to lose the weight in a very healthy way, which was dieting and exercising. The only exercise i did was skipping of rope, i jumped rope 30mins everyday. So within 5 months of skipping rope and dieting, i lost a whopping 34kg.

Although my goal was to reach 70kg but Nigerians with their mentality, they were already insinuating I'm HIV positive or I'm suffering from eating disorder. I just had to stop at 76kg, also they said I'm ugly and not good looking anymore. My health is very important to me, I'm healthy, smart and light. Finally i don't spend 6hrs while shopping for clothes anymore, i spend less than 2hrs cos i easily get my size and the best. I love myself but my health is important....

well sleep and food is how we gain weight i guess so take your food intake down to a meal a day and sleep 4/5 hours a day and within 3mnths you will loose x amount of kilos... Hope your old enough to understand that this is unhealthy and you will gain it all back once you eat and sleep again... So don't bother.

Just make your portions smaller & eat often and drink at least 1lt of water a day. Cut your carbs down (rice, pasta, bread and Sugar intake) and Don't eat too much red meat (eat it twice a week, and chicken for the rest of the week) Meat is bad for your figure...

But since u are going for B.Sc it may be hard to get a scholarship..
Since most of the scholarships go to graduate studies..

Try ur family or friends or even your state govt scholarship..
They may Help out..

And my dear pls and pls dont be too sure of dis agent u are using..
As in dont put 100 percent hope on him and u end up disappointed. pardon my ignorance, which university is U and R...........

The first good step is that u are here on dis tread... read thru from d begining till now.. U will see u wont need a Representative or an agent.

no, it was not upto 50k. Tho i had subscribed to the services of an agent whom i had already paid all that to who in turn, paid for all those visa and biometrics fees. but from the receipt i was given after the biometrics, text services charges, visa app and biometric fees was about 38k. but go with 40k cash approximately. thanks

I did the police clearance certificate for my cousin today for 8k. Done and collected today. After printing and thumbprinting, just go with a printed coloured copy of the international passport the page that contains your bio-data. Goto Alagbon, Police force headquarters and it'd be done.

I will suggest u get this fixed before applying for visa cos let assume u get a visa with the age on your passport... That will be the age u will be stuck with in Canada ...it will be on your work permit, drivers license, health card even on your bank accounts.. That will be the age the Federal/provincial govt will av too.the naija embassy here won't fix it for u either, I know of someone DAT just a single letter was missing from his name when he did his passport in naija, time for renewal in Canada ,the embassy insisted they can't include the letter....his still stuck with that mistake till date.Moreso,those v.o are looking for the siliest excuse to deny people visa,don't make their job easy with this your age issue.fix it before applying will be my recommendation.

Your case is complicated, I believe you have E.passport, and you have used it to travel without correcting the age and to get another passport with your real age might be difficult (actually I don't know) unless you can leave your travel history out and get another passport then swear affidavit I think oooo.
But am somehow curious people do reduce age why did you increase it with 7years?
