Car TalkRe: Cars That Will Turn You Into A Mechanic In Nigeria by chieveboy(m): 10:26am On Jul 16
I think some of these brands deliberately make the cars to dilapidate easily so that their newer models will sell.

Same thing they did on fuel economy of these cars in collusion with the oil industry.

By and large, all of those gets the world running, else, things may stagnate for several players in all streams.

Staged photos from an incompetent federation, the so called Palestinian is most likely a poor ethnic Tuareg from Niger Republic that was fed to take part in this nonsense.

Anybody that believes this rubbish has the brain of a newborn baby, spits.

I hate comments like this.
Are people sleeping in their homes and complaining?
The fact that youre complaining, especially the type of complaining that faults someone else other than one's self means you probably haven't gotten it right yet...of course...

If you have not gotten it right (which everyone else had or is going through), then that would be doing the wrong thing and expecting the right results.

The earlier you realize that what politicians do affects you, the faster you wake up from your bubble.
The earlier you realize that every single action from every atom of the universe affects you, the better you grasp that:

1: You live in a sea of actions or Causes beyond APC

2: What matters is not these external or even internal actions, its your reaction to them

The problem is, the party is not bringing in the kind of measures that would make life better for all.

I would like it if instead of taking loans for new lagos-calabar road, government took loans for railways, a cheaper, easier form of mass transport.
The earlier you learn to sail the ocean, the better for you. I have a video clip of how people where complaining of life back in 1994 when things are relatively "cheaper" given the depth of positive enthropy we have today compared to theirs.

Conversely, we have better chance of making it in life than them today, but we are here complaining.

Life will never ever get better than now. When rice was 8,000 naira per bag, people were crying up and down.

NB: The roads stands a better chance of making life easier and cheaper than rails. Even with rails, you need roads to and fro for connecting transits.

Everyone creates their reality.

Pegging your failures on a political party is a folly which based on the laws of manifestation will invite more failure.

budaatum:
I can see that you fail to understand that I gain no emotional gratification from submitting to anyone.

In marriage I am not your employee that you pay and order about. Even my boss, when I had one, wouldn't dare, because they hired me for my brain and not to slave for them.

I married you for us to help each other achieve our life goals, and not just to be your slave. And if you can not emotionally gratify me as I demand and deserve, I'll kick your ass aside and go find a better person who would. That's if I made the error and married you to start with.

And on that note, granddaugther. I got to go take beautiful powerful unsubmissive her to dinner.
Nicely said. What you said above goes with the saying two cannot coexist unless they agree.

So if you agree, your actually are submitting one to the other. He can ask you to go fetch a plate and you too could (if both done under the condition of love which marriages are about).

But then even at that, if he disagrees you go to a night club or keep certain characters close to the family as your friend and you insist, then you are in for a lesson or two regarding the male or positive energy make up of a man.

You obviously did not understand what submission is. You think its coersion and disharmony.
FamilyRe: We Have A Long Way To Go,seeing These Pictures... by chieveboy(m): 4:15pm On Jun 26
DanOkonkwo:
Surfing through the internet,I stumbled upon these pictures of teenagers that just finished writing their WASSCE.

The kind of erotic pose they took having this pictures is what got me concerned and of a truth I'm worried about how the next generation would look like having these set of youths that had no shame.

Does it mean the family has failed?
Our teachers, schools and religious institutions, does it mean that they have also failed?

Of a truth, they have really failed.
With situations of this kind it points to the fact that the home front has failed woefully.
Morality and decency is becoming old fashioned in this time amongst young people, and if these set of youths should continue this way,the future is very bleak.

Most of these youths copy this from the social media platforms that we have. The other day was a young girl child posing before her phone doing erotic Tiktok challenge, and this is a minor,to my chagrin was an adult behind the scene edging her to continue.

The future is bleak with this nonchallant, irresponsible parenthood that we have this days, with youths being exposed to indecent stuff and the internet.

May God really have mercy upon us.

Rufai's logic does not make sense.

Not everyone can be first lady at the same time but everyone can be mama akara.

Moreover, a first lady can be a first lady and still fry akara, but the reverse is not the case.

The guy is just emotional.

PS: I dont know who this is for: Never sleep on the opportunity to be the plug for a nicely fried akara. Never!

You are assuming you and I are the same category when it us obvious that we are not.

First, my work is not compulsory. It is an obligation I take on for the wage I am paid, and which I can walk away from whenever I like. I am no one's slave.

Second, I am far too developed for marriage to me to be "open you legs, cook, clean the house and do dishes and others... bath the baby, wash, clean, and it goes on", which on reading actually made me laugh.

My parents, you see, educated me to be a boss in my own right, so all those things you listed are joint duties in my house, since the man is not the only one bringing home our bacon. We make decisions together too, since our joint resource is involved. And thankfully he is not arrogant and stup¹d enough to think only him did God give a brain.

Those "policies" you mention might work with the uneducated girl you went to your village to marry, but that's not me, thank you very much.
Its an insight problem for you madam.

Whether its Royco or Maggi, its the same chicken bullion.

You obviously haven't reconciled this reality, hence you think they are different...well yes they are, but on the packaging level.

In both, you have gratifications, one is called salary, the other is called emotional gratification.

Your solace is as in the ostrich burying its head in hay for safety grin
FamilyRe: "If You Can't Submit To A Husband, Don't Marry"---Pastor Damina Tells Feminists by chieveboy(m): 3:06pm On Jun 26
budaatum:
Are you are comprehending far too little.

All you have listed is not submission. It's just doing ones job, but I do not expect you to understand the difference.

You've already recognised me for the feminist I am, so do you seriously think I'd be wasting my time with some insecure man who needs me to submit? And do you think I will bring up weak daughters who need to submit to some di%?

I am not "compelled". No one came to my house and ordered me to work for any particular organisation (or marry any particular man). I applied by showing my worth to them, and they saw I could be valuable to them so they hired me (or married me). And if I feel unvalued, I can very easily submit my resignation and go work elsewhere (or kick the man out of my house).

But perhaps I should help you with definitions.

Man! Are you a higher authority that I must yield to, or do you plan to force me to be humble or obedient and yield to you?
You understanding is indeed amazing

In the corporate setting, its you being subjected to do all manner of work and you must do it. Its compulsory.

Just the way you signed up for getting a corporate job where the boss you must submit to advertises their vacancy is the way your husband advertised their proposal and you willfully agreed.

There are unwritten policies: You must open you legs, cook, clean the house and do dishes and others..When you give birth, you're the one to bath the baby, wash, clean, and it goes on.

The must not always have their way, but then his decisions mostly may overrule yours.

These are what occurs as submission.

Sorry, but I do not "submit" to my boss at work!

I am at, or rather, was at a level where my bosses recognised my abilities and skills, and they were far too intelligent to require me to submit to them because I can very easily take my skills and abilities to where I am better appreciated.

They are are also intelligent enough to understand that we build the company or organisation together, so they wouldn't have stupidly required that I submit to them instead of flourishing in my own right.

That said, I understand if you submit. You are not me.
You're explaining too much.

You in fact do submit as a matter of compulsion. Its called the organizational chart, KPIs, chain of reporting, etc...

Marriages too have its own.

Where you thinking submission in the corporate sense was anything outside of that?

Actually, he means don't marry him. And of course I wouldn't.

Thankfully he's not the only man out there, and not all men need their wife to submit to them.

Besides, I bet his children do not submit to him, but he wants to make a slave of someone else's daughter!
You cant escape it.

You submit to your boss at work. If that is slavery, then like I said...

This is one of the dangers of a religion that makes sin its primary focus. It can turn everything into sin, rob you of the ability to live a normal life, and keep you in constant bondage, making you feel guilty about almost everything. Free yourself from that mindset and stop seeing Satan in everything.
Actually the sin thing is a tool that does the reverse of letting people have or experience spiritual freedom, if you factor in the fact that no matter how much blood of Jesus you cover yourself with, drink or confess, you cannot be free of it.

Its worse if you add the reality that their 'holy ghost' is said to not forgive deliberate sins.

Currently we live in a world where no one can say they do not know of a sin...as in all sin are known and you cannot sin a sin you do not know of as things stand...
