Before you condemn an innocent man,let the mother give the daughter a close monitoring and a chat...at school,church and their residential area.Does she pick her daughter immediately school closes,or the daughter stay behind in school?who does the mother leave her children anytime she wants to run errand at home?do her children stay with her all through church activities or they are left with a sunday school teacher?

Because if the woman accuses the husband and it later turns out that he is innocent,that home will crumble ooo

Firstly, are you targeting particular schools? Because if you are, then locate a parent whose child got in and find out everything they did. Loyola and Catholic schools have their own separate prep, for example.

For Federal exam, ask her teachers if they are willing to organise after-school exam prep for the subjects she'll be taking. Including list of textbooks and past questions. Her teachers should tell you where her weak points are, so she can pinpoint and use her time effectively (if she needs Current Affairs help, it's to study that in a group format. I would help my nephews and nieces ace their History and General Knowledge exams, because I knew how to cover it better than their teacher. But I couldn't help their Maths). Nothing will improve her English, Spelling and Grammar like reading well-written books. So she should get a book list, 1 a week.

Try and target 3 schools. Approach it like you're getting a job. Also, ask your bank manager, your office and your husbands office if they offer scholarships for Best Student or something outstanding. Someone's daughter got N200,000 from a bank for developing an app. A few kids get scholarships for Best exam score. The companies won't advertise it, so you have to make the enquiries. HTH

Entrance exams into secondary schools are usually a test of maths , English and general/current affairs.

Most times the questions are in objective form. One of the key skills is speed and the accuracy. You can get a selection of different past entrance examinations in many bookshops or in the schools you intend to write exams.



Some parents or primary schools organize extra lessons for this purpose

If you can do it yourself you just get your child to answer as many as possible of these past questions. Then you time her so she gets used to being timed for exams etc etc

One popular compilation of past questions is authored by and popularly called Ugo C. ugo you can ask around for it

Good evening everyone,please i am new here,just registered for PGDE at NOUN on Oct 4th,at Mcarthy study center,dont really know where to start from and i really want to pass with disrinctions...

My parents were too strict,sometimes they seemed so insecure of one's future, they don't trust enough, they had a favourite sibling, it unconsciously created competition and resentment among my siblings, they don't just know how to show love, they seems to think that showing love is a sign of lack of control over children they birthed.....but they really tried with the little they had,we didn't lack materially and spiritually (they gave us a good Christian background). They also paid the fee of six of my siblings through higher education, so I don't hate them,but didn't like some of their belief and pattern of training.

Nice and touchy stories....my own marriage will last forever by God's grace,we met during the festive period at the village,i was a fresh graduate,his family members welcomed me well,then,he didnt have much but i liked him,he treats me very well,loves me,cares and was very honest with me,9years don waka already,we still dey carry go,i never doubted his love and trust for me,we do have misunderstanding but we will eventually settle it,i was not really in love then but as time goes on,my love grew so much,that i overly became fond of him.

I stole my mum's #50 and i was caught,my parents partnered in the flogging...i was in SS2,all my classmate comes to School with money and i wanted to join them,my parents wanted me to go with foodflask and waterbottle but then almost everyone brings money,so i decided to feel a sense of belonging as per senior student,although i was not caught on the first day,they finished beating me and gave me three months fasting and prayers.(just imagine daddy and mummy flogging someone at same time)
