I wonder how a guy like Fani Kayode became a minister in Nigeria. It was really a very bad decision of the Obasanjo's presidency. Planes were crashing anyhow! Have we had plane crashes like we had his time, after his mess in the Aviation ministry? No!!! Fani Kayode has many reasons to be jailed and the govt should do the needful.

The guy is childish. When Oliseh was collecting the money, was it an issue? So, why has it become an issue that Mr Metuh has been jailed for a crime he has been fairly tried and rightly found guilty? Did Oliseh say he was innocent? In most of the court cases he appeared on aids, in clutches, wheelchairs and stretchers!!! Others who are found wanting, should also be jailed. People who support convicted criminals based on tribal, religious sentiments etc are part of the problem with Nigeria.

Tinubu may not be president of Nigeria. He is no doubt better than Bode. But Bode will never be president of Nigeria...he will fail in Lagos, fail in all SW states, fail in Kano and all d core north. He will win in SE where Igbos slave for PDP. He will try in SS but his destiny is not to be the president of Nigeria and Nigeria does not need a president of Bode's class and kind .

His deputy has a share of the blame, the screening committee of his party and his party also have a share of the blame. INEC too has a share of the party. This is one loss, too painful! It was avoidable but it wasnt.
Mr Lyon should be comforted. If the incumbent works hard enough, APC will not will Bayelsa anytime soon and Lyon will never be governor again. Sincerely, he is not the best APC or Bayelsa can offer. I quite agree with you. NL is becoming shitty, no longer what it used to be. Most of the moderators dont even know what it means to moderate. There are best in banning people based on their parochial, visibly partial, egocentric and shallow views of ideologies. I support that the moderators in the politics section in particular should be relieved of their roles and more competent hands should be engaged.
