He said his uncle should state how much he will offer as funds now in that 15 million how much will a sponsor comfortably give as school fees and living expenses considering his own needs. It's logic. The latter part of the text was to prove ties as an uncle. If you as a PA can't figure out that the funds may not add up after taking over 80% of what's in the account and the sponsor is left with 20% there's definitely something off. Makano just used a flexible approach to his case. It's like saying think you for self? ,do you think this amount will be enough? How much is your uncle going to give you?, I was just direct by telling him that amount wasn't going to cut it. I'm not angry and I don't have pride. When it comes to submitting Personal statement, it depends on your age, cus if you ve come of age, you should try attache your personal statement cus it counts too.
Normally this is wat some people doesn't know, if you ve come of age and your applying for Canada study visa, pls try submit your own personal statement, that is if your not a self sponsor.

It's not a must you will have hundreds of thousands in the account, Noo! But atleast have a reasonable amount of money in the account that is accountable bcus you can't just go and borrow money and use it to submit your account statement,you must show where the money came from.
Another thing again, when it comes to home ties and you ve come of age, try and acquire economic ties to call your own, the one registered in your name.
For example, someone above 28 or 30 and he or she is an applicant who doesn't own anything in their name, No investment, No house, No job, No buisness e.t.c to call their own and not even submitting your own personal statement account, trust me this doesn't speak well of you in the presence of VO and this will make them to arrive to a conclusion that your not a real student and the app may be denied base on Lack of Home ties or Personal Assets.

When it comes to writing Sop, carry our a research and go back back in this forum, you will see where someone made a post on the steps on how to write good Sop. Follow the steps and start writing it, once your done , look for any guru in the house to help you evaluate it or I can also assist you with it

I think you need to let Justwise know that he is the real scammer and not the one in canada he is trying to paint bad and blackmail.
You can imagine going to this length with phone number on display because his request wasn't granted.

I called the number and spoke with him. He said he contacted you sometime in April when you were seeking IELTS waiver. He informed you about his plan to coordinate Nigerian study visa applicants and write a letter to demand that IRCC cease asking for IELTS result from NSE study visa applicants. You indicated that you were not interested, and you rather wanted him to give you his bank statement for you to use in your study visa application and when he refused, you made a post on Nairaland May 16th claiming he was asking you for money, that your post was brought to his attention on August 24, and he contacted you on WhatzApp to take down your defamatory post but you refused to take it down and blocked his number. He then called you on a blocked caller ID which you picked and hung up when you realized it was him. He also sent me screenshots of your chat with him which I have attached here. May be it’s a wrong idea to come here to lie about people because they refuse to allow you to fraudulently use their bank statement for your study visa application.

Personal Assets & Financial Status

My first preassessment notes were vague, in fact i still don't understand it till today as attached.

I did a lot of things differently despite that in this second application:

I paid 28k out of 33k of my tuition through my mum, she gave me 7m which i immediately used to pay 20k cad (in my first application i paid only 7k)
I showed 10.3m in bank account (MBS) (my sponsor gave me 6m since last year Nov and still standing in my account, balance of 4m was my savings) (funds were still intact)
i had mutual funds of 1.4m (since first application)
I had 2.4m in pension ( got a letter from PFA 25% is immediately accessible) also since my first application
i attached gift deeds for both my uncle and the new funds my mum gave me
My uncle showed over 18m in his bank plus introduction letter showing his net worth
My mum attached a retirement letter and stated that she had funds from her 32 years of working, she also had a balance of 4m left to show she will be fine
I included study leave and evidence I got a promotion last year and commendation for stepping in an acting position as MD.
My husbands business docs, showed also 2.3m in his account, he had 2m as fixed deposit (same with first application)
I attached his land docs and added the survey in the second application
i bought shares almost 500K to establish assets (new)

I have ordered for my first and second notes, maybe I should have ordered final notes from my first application because i used preassessment notes while my application was still in progress to apply.

I am numb, I am sad, I feel like all my efforts were in vain.

I had ordered my notes last month to see what was happening and they are only due tomorrow, i guess they dished out the refusal today so i wouldnt have time to ammend.

This one doesn't really need advice from here only because every school has their procedure and everyone here is going to different school. So I suggest you mail your admissions office and explain to them your situation and ask them the best time to differ which I am sure must also be on their newly admitted students page on their website.

Like my school always do online webinar to update us (Bishops University, Quebec) and they are aware of our visa delays and challenges. In that regards they have emailed us and asked us to send our letter showing we have already applied for study permit and CAQ approval letter(applicable to Quebec only). They made all fall courses to be in person and online so that those without study permit and do not want to differ the admission can start online until they get study permits. I have enrolled for online courses already. If there is any further delay on SP approval, i will kick start lectures with them by 8th September 2021. They have sent us lecture timetable and schedules already.

Please contact your admission office for further clearance. Don't loose your fund by mistake. Take action, No time. It shall all end in praise. thanks
