I had a similar experience some years back. My boss was soooo difficult to please. I heard and i also saw. But, you know what? I endured and we became the best of friends and even now. People were so suprised. I don't work for him again but we are still good friends. Let me tell you my secret (1) God - I prayed and asked God for help . (2) I am not easily intimidated. Refuse to be intimidated,bro. Stop looking at his face for a while and make sure you do your job. Trust me, i have been there.
