Valthegreat: I beg help me with the new definition of 'organic' it seems the definition has changed. What I saw in ZICHIS has been outright manipulation and not in anyway related to organic. From #1.99 to #15 within 3 weeks with daily maximum growth without any fundamentals or serious expansion news. Get your funds ready to buy public offer very soon at #18 or #20. If they no born them well let them add right issue to the offer let me see if the stock brokers that crossed the manipulation will buy their rights. Lol.. We all know the price push is inorganic. I was talking of growth from their financial statement as well as opening speech on YouTube of their financial transitions and economic growth on the Ngx floor so far from their humble beginnings a step at a time. Sounded organic to me. Was never referring to the price I once called abracadabra.. |

KarlTom: There are several options before ELLAH mgt right now:
- reach out to some HNI investors who subscribed to the PO for private placement - borrow internally to fund the acquisition. Then convert the debt to equity later on at a discount. - issue CP or BONDS to fund the acquisition. - come back to the market with a RI (after all the EGM has given approval for the fund raising).
Frankly speaking, the only thing that can save the SP from total decline are successful acquisition + verifiable commencement of milling operations...
Every mallam to his kettle They should have chosen to become minority holders of APRN @ 30%-40% of APRN shares.. With less than 100bn issue. Enough to get into the management board and make decisions. It would have been oversubscribed. Few yrs later, they can increase ownership stake to Major holders or outright owners based on performance. Market might even price in the futuristic complete acquisition even more than the PO price but at less than 100bn capital. |

Omo people fit vex sell this one reach N1. Zichis mission is dead on arrival Lol.. You feel Zichis has the same plan Ellah don spoil their market if true But Zichis seem more of organic growth though. |

Sunrisepebble: Please I need stock reccomendations to research over the weekend Neimeth.. It has dropped a few percent this week from a high of 14-15 to 11 with the bull euphoria relaxing a bit. -Undergoing twin effect of expansion to new frontier state and upgrading in its strongfold. Primarily focused on upgrading pending PO or RI in near future. -Hedged against future forex downtown through massive inventory(raw materials) overflow beyond quarters. To avoid repeat of effect of forex losses. -Probably coming to raise capital in due time for their expansion (20bn capital raise )...hence future capital appreciation in view in near term. -As a health sector, products are Eligible to both VAT exemption (Cheaper product to customers, more sales) and input VAT returns from raw material purchases. -Its return to profitability. Retained earning still negative(from 2.8bn(2024 to 1.8bn(2025) -Revenue is improved from 4 to 7bn It's elder brothers Fidson and Mecure are already showing workings and glimpse of Neimeths possible future prospects in capital appreciation.( though Neimeth is smaller in size with higher OS) I trust you will do your DD as usual. |

But it's quite disappointing from them.. They should have combined it like TIP, and other companies.. Hybrid offer.. RI & PO. |

awesomeJ: Based on yesterday's notifications, the multiple X-ALERT Issue seems resolved.
Anyone who got multiple notifications from yesterday's trading should please mention.
Please note that a bid for 1000 units at 2300.00 for instance, which got filled as 500 units at 2300.00 twice doesn't count as multiple notifications.
Or 200 units 5 times, still isn't multiple.
Detecting the issue wasn't straightforward. I'm glad I detected it, escalated and it now seems resolved. Weldone |

PETERiCHY: He will definitely use the money he made to buy another shirt. It's an idiom kinda. Loosing ones shirt in Nosas scenario butrressed by Emma mean the extreme cases of probably loosing your capital when you have lost the Money (Profit/Capital_Appreciation). or the alternative physical asset the capital was supposed to have funded. It doesn't create the alternative . I suppose it came from football bet, especially at night, where youths stake on credit hoping to hit a jackpot and then payback the debt; but unfortunately they lose. With no more money in them, They have to payback the betting agent with their shirts that night pending when they bring the cash equivalent the next day.. Even if its just #100 staked!! |

emmanuelewumi: Since capital are ploughed back into the business.
It show how the increase in the invested capital affects the Net operating Profit after Tax.
In the exam above.
Invested Capital increased by N400 million to deliver an increase of N500 million in the NOPAT I get you. Much like how working capital differentials operates from quarter to quarter. I can see. It's quite a valuable profitability checklist. Especially as companies take-in debt and equity every now and then from time to time. The hidden value they add from that incremental change can be quite insightful than just looking at the overall ROIC. Gracias. |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by chimex38: 4:43pm On Feb 18 |
emmanuelewumi: NOPAT
Year 1 N2 billion
Year 2 N2.4billion
Invested Capital
Year 1 N4 billion
Year 2 N4.5 billion
Return on Invested Capital
Year 1 will be 50%
Year 2 will be 54.5%
Return on Increamental Invested Capital will be the difference between the NOPAT divided by the difference between the Invested Capital.
2.4 billion - N2 billion divided by
N4.5 billion - N4 billion
That is N400 million divided by N500%.
Return on Increamental Invested Capital will be 90%, that is how to identify the next 10 bagger if this can happen on a consistent basis for the next 3 years and above Interesting... 80% not 90% you mean if I get you correctly. Not entirely a new ratio then, just a modification of ROIC. I would have simply thought the obvious easy way: 54.5%-50%= 4.5% incremental return Thanks for taking the time. |

ehay: Good day all,
Just found out I have two CHN with two different brokers. Both CHN's were opened with different surnames due to marriage. Please do I operating them separately or do I merge them into one? Also will merging them affect the stocks due to different surnames. I think you contact CSCS directly and via your broker and try to merge them with your chosen CHN. Due to different surnames, they may probably need more proof to show it's same person. |
