Common sense target for Veritas Kapital Assurance is N1.20. Good buy at current price of 0.55.

0.31 x 4 =1.24

Target Range N1.24-N1.55

Better still if they pay a dividend of 5-7 k in which case could target upper range.

Please do your DD.

Even with RED across board, EPS is King. Stocks hardly fall below EPS x 4. That’s the beauty of the strategy. Any one significantly below that is a BUY. Just Common Sense.
Veritascap Call out..

From my little knowledge of this kinda scenario, I think we should not consider the bolded like ordinary arithmetic.

If/When Aradel lists on NGX, two things could happen:
1. They delist from NASD and list on NGX.
2. They list on both exchanges simultaneously. This is known as Dual Listing.

For both scenarios.
They will offer the equivalent number of shares to existing holders based on a stipulated ratio (just like DANGSUGAR-NASCON).

For scenario 1, there will be the option to be paid off for those who don't want to move with the company to NGX.

For example if you have ₦1million worth of shares in NASD, you'll be given ₦1million worth in NGX...

I stand to be corrected and further enlightened
If a company lists on the NGX or any other foreign exchange..
It must delist from NASD-OTC if it's listed.
(can't dual list with NASD-OTC)

No company listed on NASD OTC is listed on any other exchange..
Hence the NASD-OTC is called an
"unlisted exchange"..
my 2 cents.

Patriots will still defend
Let me try to summarize for the patriots grin
The "patriots" totally agree that the economy affects both foreign companies and indigineous companies..

But that for foreign companies..
We need to scrutinize whether they have hidden agenda inaddition to the economic effects..
Much like when the British were offering us free education and scholarships abroad in those days building schools for us, roads, etc..
And actually they were doing it and we benefited but but...
Unknowingly at the expense of our Oil and Artifacts much more valuable in monetary terms than what they offered us.. grin

Foreign companies may have genuine reasons to leave but but... Does it present a perfect opportunity for them to take sth illegal with them or abandon sth they shld do?(or should have done?)..
They are free to go but pay for any damages if found guilty. We shldnt just be easily cajoled into blaming our economy 100%(when foreign entities are involved) just because the indigenous companies are also affected
(is there an underneath ripoff? )
Their Exit shld be scrutinized further.

just butressing the "patriots" point grin

If I was fidelity, I'll just target band A customers within those states and make a the returns I can get as that band seems to cover the cost on a band B, C and including the last A price. That's if they're patient enough not to start selling off assests grin

PS: More revenue for TRANSPOWER in the horizon.

You are right as per cbn selling to bdc.The cbn could not determine the price of dollars on the street because the amount sold on the street compared to the amount from cbn was nothing. The majority of dollars on the street at 700/750 was money from diasporans that never came through official means.Even the banks whr selling on the street. To me that was the true value of naira/dollars. The price on the street was a reflection of demand and supply
